    I had a Stopped up toilet causing the tub and shower to backup as well as a leak in the garage ceiling. Skyler came out and was young, knowledgeable and had to go up and down my stairs many times to take care of it all. He explained what he found, offered options for fixing the problem, as well as payment options. White fixing all my problems Skyler took a pic showing roots in the line and I plan to call them and schedule to have this corrected. I was very impressed with Skyler as I have 4 grandsons and love to see them making a good future for themselves like this young man.

    Skyler called from 20-30 min. out, just as ofc said someone would, arrived on time, explained reason for and how he could take care of a leak caused by corroded pipes, then did so (including going to get new parts, cutting through and replacing old), all in about 2 1/2 hours. He did a great job, plus hes super nice, professional, and efficient!

    A month or so back we had water back up in our sewer line, into the basement. I had another company come out to camera the line, and they determined that there was a bad blockage in the line, and they were not able to clear it, suggesting that the 100-year old terracotta sewer line had collapsed (this happens eventually).So I had Plumber Near Me (PNM) and a couple other companies come out to provide bids for replacing the line. The other companies just did a bid walk and left to put together pricing. Craig was the PNM tech who came out to provide their bid. In the process, he suggested re-scoping the line to make sure it was actually collapsed. Turns out we just had a really bad blockage, and he was able to get his camera through it, but wasnt able to clear the line out all the way with just the camera. I was so impressed with the work and with Craig in general that I immediately approved having them come out to water jet the line and completely clear it out.Craig inspected the line once it was clear and indicated that no further repair was necessary. So I could have just left it at that and saved a bunch of money (at least in the near term).However, Ive got some experience with older houses and I knew that with our use case it was just a matter of time until the terracotta failed, which would result in more backups, and potentially significant down time where we wouldnt be able to stay in the house while we sorted out contractors and had the repair done. So I decided to preemptively replace our 100-year old line. I did get multiple bids for this work. PNM was the least expensive bid, their proposed scope was the same as the other guys, and Id been very impressed with Craig, so I selected PNM to do the work.Once we got past the delays caused by the City not approving permits in a timely matter, PNM did the entire job in 2 days total, and we were only without sewer service for about 12 hours. Kevins crew did the replacement work and were very professional, knowledgeable, and tolerant of my curiosity questions and minor alterations to the scope.TLDR version of this long, rambling review: These guys are great. Based on my couple experiences, I would absolutely recommend PNM for everything plumbing-related.

    I had a Delta Leland faucet installed in June and Ive been frustrated to all hell with it because it is extremely tricky to turn off the water flow completely. I called them asking if they could take a look at it.I think most plumbers would say thats just how it worked, but my tech was empathetic and offered to go and replace the cartridge for it free of charge. Turns out, it was the cartridge! Props to them for not copping out and leaving me out to dry.
