Tom is great. Ive been using this plumbing service since I got my house in 2009. I got a time frame when Tom would arrive and a text from Tom directly of when hed arrive. I thought I needed a new toilet pump, but Tom just replaced a couple of items from my pump and it came out less than I was quoted. Pro service plumbing is the only plumber I use.

I had a busted water pipe in my exterior brick wall. Tom and Darrin did an excellent job finding the leak and repairing. They also replaced my water heater and fixed a leaky toilet. I can not recommend them enough. Tom answered all of my questions and came with amazing knowledge and experience.

Fantastic experience. Cannot say enough Good things about this company. Called when I couldn’t turn my shower off and Tom came out on a holiday to fix a broken shower valve. Thoughtful, courteous, and more than willing to go the extra mile. Tom fixed some of the pressure concerns after replacing the shower and left everything in better condition than it was when I bought the house. I mentioned a problem I had been having with another bathroom and Tom fixed that while he was here, too.Every person I encountered—from the receptionist who answered to phone to Tom himself—was thoroughly professional and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended.

Tom (the owner, we prefer small local businesses) came out to look at our water hammer issue. He arrived during the specified window and took the time to explain what was going on. After diagnosing the problem and deciding on the next step, Tom made the repair in the same trip. When I initially called I was able to easily schedule it out two days, so I could work around my schedule. Tom was really great at explaining what was going on and answered a few other minor plumbing questions, too. As somewhat recent home owners, this added a huge amount of value to the service as well. Highly recommend!!!

We used Pro-Service twice already. First time, Tom, the owner came out to help us locate a leak in our slab. He spent a good amount of time, to make sure he was able to re-route the leaky pipe, so that we didnt have to cut into the slab. He stood by his quoted price even though it took him nearly two days to do the work.2nd time we called them out to help with a water pressure issue. We called Tom out because he did such a great job on our leak. We actually had two other plumbers out before Tom, regarding the pressure issue and they told us crazy outrageously expensive solutions.Tom took a look and easily resolved the issue. There was a blockage in the exterior fixture due to a broken faucet that the first plumber installed!Needless to say, we will be only using Pro-Service from now on.

We found a hot spot on our kitchen floor and figured it was a hot water leak under the slab. We called two plumbing companies that we have used in the past. Tom from Pro-Service gave me a price range over the phone. I had to pay the other company to come give me an estimate.Both of the companies had a similar price range. I choose Pro-Service because we had good success with Tom on some other large projects. They replaced our 75 gallon water heater and ran a gas line for our new cook top when we converted from electric to gas.The work is done and this repair was not cheap but the price I paid was in the middle of the range Tom told me and less than what the other company would have charged.I dont wish this on any one. Having a leaking pipe under you slab in your kitchen is not fun. Yes the jack hammer is loud and even though they try to keep the dust down we have lots of concrete dust everywhere. We still have to get our tile guy to replace some kitchen tiles. I am sure that Tom could have gotten a tile guy for us but we already have a tile guy.I hope this never happens to you but if it does I highly recommend you give Tom at Pro-Service Plumbing a call.

I called Pro-Service to ask them to diagnose and check my water heaters that stopped working during the giant storm. They are obviously incredibly busy and booked for weeks repairing pipes. However, the owner called me personally using Facetime, waited while I climbed up into my roof space and then walked me through some diagnostics to check my water heaters and make sure they were up and functioning correctly and with the correct settings. What amazing service. I highly recommend Pro-Service Plumbing and will definitely be using them for every plumbing need going forward. Professional, friendly, courteous and patient.

We noticed a water leak in our front yard on Monday afternoon. I wasnt sure where it was coming from. After I was done panicking, I decided to try to shut off my lawn sprinkler valve. It seemed like a logical place to start. No matter how I tried, I couldnt turn it....it was then that I looked up and noticed a work truck stopped in front of my house. The truck was marked Pro-Service Plumbing!! I thought to myself... it was a gift from above!!! Tom, the owner had stopped to check his phone. I got his attention and explained my dilemma. He offered to look at it and proceeded to help me shut off the valve. Well it turns out that it wasnt the sprinkler system but the main water service line!!! Since Tom was so nice to help me, I decided to go with his company for the repair.Next morning first thing, he had his crew out to fix the line, we decided to replace the existing line with a new line. We have large mature trees in our front yard which probably caused the problem. By noon we had our water back on and all was good! We did have a problem with the crew accidentally cutting a sprinkler system electrical line and not realizing it. They sent out Daniel to troubleshoot and he took care of the problem. Thank you Tom and Pro-Service Plumbing. Everyone was super professional and attentive. I would highly recommend anyone needing a good reliable plumber to call them!

We have used Pro-Service Plumbing for years. Recently, they replaced a water heater in our pull-down attic, which was not an easy job since the water heater is tucked far back in the attic. While they were installing the water heater they alerted me to some electrical issues in the attic that were fire hazards as well as an air-conditioner that was leaking. Very professional service. I would highly recommend them!

We had a leak somewhere inside or under the wall. Real flooding, middle of the night, every towel in the house used to try to stop the flow. They helped us be sure the water was shut off, arranged for leak detection, and worked diligently to minimize disruption to our lives. Where other companies would have jackhammered the slab, they worked so it was managed through the wall plumbing. Drywall repair is better than slab repair! Not to mention the team is so nice, we’d hang out with them as buddies — off the clock. 😉 They also cleaned up the area before they left. These are the plumbers to call!!!

Pro Service people first worked in our house a few years ago as a sub through another company. We were impressed with their courtesy and professionalism so since that time, we have called them directly for all of our plumbing needs. I am a big DIY-er and Tom has always been willing to help me troubleshoot problems when I get stumped. I am always impressed with his knowledge and experience and I learn something every time we meet. I recently hired him for a large amount of work following a mold remediation; hes done a complicated PEX replacement of corroded copper pipe in one wall, cleaned and lubricated several corroded copper joints, replaced 3 toilets, and all of the stop valves in my house. I am always satisfied with his work and his prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Pro Service to anyone.

I called Pro-Service plumbing after having another plumbing company replace my water heater and not get it working after 2 days. Tom came out and was able to get it up and running in about an hour or so.
