After Atmos installed a new gas meter at my house, they did a leak test on my line and found a leak. Michaels Master Plumbing provided a very competitive bid and showed me what needed to be done. They did the job very quickly and professionally. In fact Michael fixed my outside faucet while he was on site for no charge. I would highly recommend Michaels Master Plumbing for your plumbing jobs.

We have used Michael’s Master Plumber 3 to 4 times. Always feel we are charged a fair price for the work. A few months ago we had a leak under our patio. It turned out it was the sprinkler system. When Matt came over he told me they do not do sprinkler systems. He did not charge me a trip charge just gave me a name of a company that could help. Maybe the company name should be Michael’s Honest Master Plumber.

Michael and Dan were very professional. Provided me an initial quote that I assumed was high so I shopped around. OBRYAN Plumbing came out for a consult costing $79 and quoted me $1295 to repair my leaking valve. I ultimately opted for Michael’s services and he was able to perform the work under what he quoted and I walked away paying $300 for his work after it was all finished and not the $595 he originally quoted. So $79 consult from OBRYAN and $300 work charge from Michael, I’m out $379. It’s a no brainer to go with Michael’s Master Plumbing. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing an honest quote and services.

He was later joined by a fellow coworker, Matt, who adjusted a 3rd commode lid in an upstairs bathroom. Both workers were very knowledgeable and explained the items they were repairing. I thought they were at least 25-35% more pricey. They could have given a better discount for Atmos work as Atmos recommended them. Overall all good except price.

Wonderful Plumber! Ive had a great experience with Michaels Master Plumbing over the last week. They answered the phone and came out very quickly and addressed my issues the first time. Ive had them replace my outside faucet and the reverse osmosis tank at the sink. I paid a very fair price for both jobs. Phillip was professional and he had a helper and both were very courteous. We were truly out of our league with this problem and calling Michael’s Master Plumbing was the best decision we could have made! The worst time to have to call on a plumber is the weekend... thats when our water heater decided to break. After a couple of frantic phone calls, Michael from Michaels Master Plumbing shows up to the rescue. Michael spends his time walking us through how to turn off the water heater and how to patch it up so that it will continue to work until its replacement. A Huge Thank You to Michael for helping us when we needed it.After calling around for bids, we decided to hire Michaels Master Plumbing. They had a team of 2-3 people replacing 2 water heaters, in the attic, in unbearable temperatures, uphill both ways... and completed the job in under 2 hours!I am very grateful to have found them. Matt installed my water heater last year and the company offers to flush the water heater for free the 1st year after installation. He did it today and showed me how to do it so I can do it myself once a year. It was super simple. The fact they dont charge for this service is so valuable. With me flushing it, my water heater can last 15-20years instead of only 10years. That is value. I will be using them for other future plumbing needs because they have fair pricing and personable service.

First called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out to fix a broken pvc toilet flange (s/b brass) but they gave a huge estimate to repair that and possibly replace the pipes under the house all for the mere price of $15k and no the plumber could not or didnt want to just replace the flange. I then called Michaels Master Plumbing and the owner scoffed at what Ben Frank told me. He sent out Matt who arrived very shortly after contacting Michaels. Matt was very courteous and knowledgeable of his trade. He explained he could replace the flange with a proper brass one and have it fixed correctly for $389. The toilet is down and working and all is well. I honestly wished I had contacted Michaels first. Im Very happy with the job and the service and responsiveness of Matt. I will definitely use Michaels Master Plumbing again.

Years ago my husband had installed taller handicapped toilets for each bathroom. We found this business via recommendations posted on NextDoor. Due to the massive winter storm of Feb 2021 here in North Texas, like many others, we were affected with burst pipe. The next morning my hubby started calling around to plumbers, and as expected all hard to get lined up. Most he called either had full voicemail boxes, didnt answer or respond. Michaels was the exception--they responded right away and we were added to their appointment roster and waited our turn in the que for about a week. We were unsure the extent or exact location of our burst. Philip & Matt were the team that showed up today to address our damages. We were lucky that our damage was not in the wall behind our washer where we thought it was, and they were able to quickly identify the leak from an adjacent exterior pipe that in living in our home 25+ years we didnt even know existed! They were able to replace and bury that and add a shut-off valve. They ran a check with our meter to ensure no movement to indicate other possible leaks and made sure toilets flushed and hot water coming freely after turning water back on for the house. The team of Phillip & Matt were very professional, friendly and efficient and they explained everything that they did clearly. They arrived promptly (actually a little earlier than expected) and were here just under 2 hours--and the final cost was minimal compared to our insurance deductible and what a competitor might have charged.

Michaels crew repaired a gas line leak on the outside of our house and they were remarkable! I have to tell you I called another company by the name of swan that was given to me by Atmos energy and it was such a stressful time with this company in terms of what they were telling me. I was told that I would have to replace the entire gas line for over $3400 and was told the 3400 was Not guaranteed that would be the final price. I was shocked! Even though our gas was turned off to the house and we had no hot water or a way to use the stove- I still made a call to Michael’s -explain to them what was going on and they came first thing in the morning. They said there was No reason for us to have to replace the entire line only the damaged pipe! My Bill ended up being less than $900!! They waited for Atmos to show and get my gas turned on and then lit my pilot light as well on water heater. You want a company that is honest and fair? If I could give a 10-star rating I would! Michael Wallace and his team are the best! I had a water leak in the bathroom which required removing the damaged bathtub, drilling though the concrete floor and moving the pipes! They also installed a new bathtub and worked with me every step of the way. Michael and his team are friendly, professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM!!

If you are looking for a a good plumber, these guys are great! Friendly, professional, and they want to make sure your issue is taken care of. We had a gas leak and I called them at 7:00am they were at the house by 8:00am to start the work. They solved the issue and even got the required permit from the city the same day so that my wife would have hot water over the weekend. We have used them several times and have nothing but positive experiences. Highly recommend.
