    Today, Zoom Drain came to install a water conditioner. Ishmael, who had previously installed toilets a couple of months ago, returned to assist his co-worker Adam with the installation. Both Ishmael and Adam did an excellent job.I also want to give kudos to Michael in the office, who was very patient and answered all my questions.

    Ismael was really impressive and professional. He was very knowledgeable about septic systems. He answered all of my questions and really put me at ease. I have over 30 years if engineering experience so I grilled him pretty good. The nozzle sweeping system is much better than the snake Ive used previously. The price was also very reasonable for the 180 ft line I have. Great job Zoom!

    Adam helped clear a drain in my Albuquerque rental property that was full of thick roots, more than he’d ever seen. He worked very hard to clear everything and the cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended!

    I had an issue with my drains. Both my showers and toilets would not drain and were overflowing! I called and someone was out to my house within 2 hours. Adam came out and fixed the issue within 2 hours. Best customer service by far. Very professional and quick! Would definitely recommend!

    Adam was absolutely incredible!! I had an issue with a bathroom sink that had roots growing in it not only did he take care of the problem immediately he had insight and was very knowledgeable as what preventative measures to take to keep this from happening. I was given a window of 9 AM to 1 PM as to when he would show up to do the job. He was promptly here at 10 till 9am knocked out the job super swiftly. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody that needs any plumbing done. They definitely have a customer for life!!!!

    I am SO grateful to Adam, Ishmael, and Mike for their work on my water main leak repair.I had initially called Wagner in a panic, I suspected a major leak somewhere under my house. The person they sent over was nice enough, but it was clear he didnt want to have to dig out my crawlspace, and after sending a second person to help, they both decided it couldnt be done, and suggested I wait 3 days for their leak locator person, who would find the leak and then rip up the floors in my house to resolve it. They suggested I call someone else if I didnt want to wait...I ended up calling Zoom, and spoke to Mike.After asking a couple of probing questions, Mike was dumbfounded that Wagner was willing to rip up my homes floors, instead of utilizing my crawlspace...he offered to send someone down the same day to assess the situation. An hour or so later, and I had the great pleasure of meeting Adam. After only what seemed like a few minutes, Adam was able to get in my crawlspace, and found the issue. He very eloquently explained what hed seen, and offered a couple of solutions. We agreed to a fix after a bit of a panic on my end (and some very sweet assurance on his part), and I was able to take advantage of their financing option.Adam, Mike, and a new gentleman, Ishmael, showed up today to fix the issue...and after a very hard day of work and some amazing communication from Ishmael about the process along the way (Adam spent most of the day in my crawlspace), I now get to enjoy running water again!I HIGHLY recommend these guys; they were professional, punctual, knowledgeable...and most importantly, they were kind. Ill continue to call them for any future projects and repairs.

    Ismael was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to our septic issues.He completed the project in a reasonable time frame. He did his due diligence to determine the cause of our washer drain not flowing properly and we ended up getting the line jetted. Everything flows great now and we couldnt be happier.     We Love ZoomDrain as a relatively new sewage and drain service in Albuquerque. We had a main drain line blockage in our residence on New Years Eve. The owner called us on New Year’s Day and scheduled work the following day, which was perfect since we had access to one bathroom. Our technician, Ismael, professionally and efficiently diagnosed and cleared the problem. What a relief!! We love that the company has the “on truck” scoping capability IF the drainage system needed any additional close evaluation. Very customer focused! Five stars to Ismael and ZoomDrain … We highly Recommend this company for your drain and sewage issues.

    Adam did an outstanding job! Courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He explained everything he was doing and fixed our problem shower/bathtub drain completely.     Adam does such a great job. He is very personable, very patient, explains everything very clearly, and is super respectful of everything around my home. He had to remove my toilet and wanted to make sure that even my dogs would be safe from where he would need to set it. HE IS AN AMAZING PLUMBER!! Thank you for everything Adam!!

    I, 100%, recommend this company. Zoom Drain was timely, reasonably priced, and very transparent. They were able to send someone out the day after I called, and the technician that they sent out, Adam Trujillo, showed up on time. He got right to work and he busted his hump getting the job done. He took the time to explain every step of what he was doing and also his findings as he went along. When he got to a spot in the line that was collapsed and under the street, he took the time to explain and give several options on how to proceed. He even went as far as to call his boss for any options that he missed, because of him and Michael (his boss) he saved my client thousands of dollars. They put they client above making money and that is not something that you see often these days. I am a real estate agent and deal with lots of companies, this company is going to the top of my list. They are honest, hard working, timely and have integrity. Out of 5 stars I give them a 10.

    Originally called another plumber, but was not able to completely fix the problem. Called Zoom Drain to find out if they could solve the issue. By that time, the issue had subsided. Adam Trujillo came out to assess the issues. He was very friendly polite and professional. He looked at everything and gave me direct feedback on his assessment. Whatever the previous plumber did, seemed to have fixed the problem. Quite frankly, he didnt need to say that and work on the issue just to charge me. Instead, he checked every place he could and determined the problem, had, indeed, been fixed. I was very grateful for his honesty and true assessment of the situation. As a result, he did not charge me, which was another bonus. Adam and Zoom Drain will be first on my list if have any other issues in the future. Adam, if you ever read this...THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

    A truly amazing company with fantastic customer service. Adam came out to help fix a clogged toilet for me, fortunately when he got here toilet had essentially fixed itself. Adam did not charge us a penny for that moreover he also looked at the drain in my moms bathroom sink with no charge just to make sure there was no hair in it because she had previously been having a slow drain. This was incredibly wonderful customer service but what I really want to highlight is how Adam treated my mom. My mom has Alzheimers and shes in her 70s and this man treated her so wonderfully, so gently and like she was his mom. It was such a wonderful experience actually after our terrible experience with TLC in regards to our swamp cooler. Now that I have an actually good company they will be who I will be going to to replace my swamp cooler on the house I just recently bought and has been giving me a lot of issue. If you have a drain issue, a plumbing issue, if you have a swamp cooler issue call these people. Call them now.

    Zoom drain is AMAZING!! For years I had had trouble with a slow drain in one of my bathrooms (sink and tub). I had tried other companies and online products but they never seemed to fix the problem, they only offered a temporary solution, and the slow flowing drain would always return. Well my problem was solved with one quick call to Zoom Drain. Zoom Drain came to my home quickly. The technician was courteous, efficient and cleaned up after himself.
