    Very nice folks at Strongbuilt. I had a coupon to have my furnace checked and they spent a considerable amount of time with me answering questions and providing advice. They also gave me an estimate on a new AC and furnace combo. Very timely, knowledgeable and patient! They are also a company that is run by veterans and many of those that work with them are veterans as well.

    25 Oct 24 Update: Juan did a fantastic job on my home furnace inspection and tune-up! He was prompt, courteous, and cheerful--especially after having to do the work down in the bowels of Hell known as my crawlspace. His work was clean and efficient, and very thorough. This is my second interaction with Strongbuilt and I couldnt be happier. Theyve won themselves another loyal customer. Keep up the great work! From booking my appointment--which was met within 24 hours for a nasty shower drain clog--to the tech, Manuel, showing up right on time, communicating all aspects of the work before it started, being thorough, courteous, and respectful, I may not ever hire an alternate plumbing company again.     Two different technicians were scheduled and both young men were really great. Last week I called to schedule a furnace tune-up based on a coupon that I got through Valu-Pac offers. The young lady who took my call could not have been any nicer. She took information to load into their system and then offered me an appointment at the beginning of this week. She then mentioned their water heater tune-up special and asked if I would be interested in scheduling an appointment. That offer sounded like a good idea since we just moved into this house in July. Demetrio T. serviced our furnace and Manuel T. serviced the water heater. Both young men were on time, professional, explained each step in the process, answered our questions, and provided reports of our system. Great experience for a good price.

    I found the communication process to schedule service with Strongbuilt to be easy and reliable. Chris was on time and great to work with. He took time to explain the mechanics of my swamp cooler and was detailed in explaining the repair. The difference was immediate.     My kitchen sink drain was stopped up and I called Strongbuilt on Saturday morning, 14 Dec 24. I was put on waiting list for an opening and was called later by Manuel Turietta, Drain Technician and advised he was on his way. In short, Manuel was outstanding. This was not a simple fix and in fact it took a couple of hours. The drain is functioning perfectly, everything was cleaned up and Manuel was very polite and explained all the different steps he was taking to find and fix the problem. The cost for a Saturday fix was very reasonable. If I have any future drain problems, I will call Strongbuilt and request Manuel if possible.

    The Tech, Juan Garcia was so great. Very professional and personable. Showed up at designated time. Im a very curious person and thankfully he didnt mind my plethora of questions. I had a coupon, but Im sure I received more attention than usual. If this is your normal business practice, then you have one heck of a good business model others should aspire to. The best part was Juan. It was probably over 100° today and he worked outside diligently, with no complaints. Thankfully, I had cold water to offer him. When Juan found out my husband was a Veteran, we even got a discount. Juan is coming back next week to install a part he did not have in stock. I actually look forward to seeing an Electrician come back to do more work. Thank you so much.

    Chris Dominguez, Felix Dominguez, and Chris Sisneros were an AWESOME team of guys. The work took 11 hours and they didn’t stop for a minute. They answered every question I had, explained what they were doing every step of the way, and were professional and friendly the entire day. They made sure everything was working properly, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled the old swamp cooler/furnace away. HIGHLY recommend this team and this company for any HVAC work you need done. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

    Demitrio did a wonderful job on the AC inspection and tuneup. He was punctual, respectful, and spent quite a bit of time explaining to me what he did and what the results were. From now on, I will be using their service over and over. Highly recommended. And Juan was patient, thorough, and went out of his way to fix my thermostat. Nick, Juan, and Dimitrio sort of tag-teamed my issue and got it resolved. Strongbuilt rocks!

    I would like to thank Patrick A. for his work that he did for us. He was very professional and polite. He arrived within the appointed time frame and looked what we needed, and proceeded to procure parts. All equipment he needed was available, no delay in work. He continuously cleaned the area as he worked. After installing, he made sure there were no leaks. Plan on using them again as the need arises.

I was promptly called back and walked through everything with such a friendly and enthusiastic representative!     I am looking after a home, whose owner has been hospitalized, and isnt expected to return home. The womens kids, both live in other states, and have full lives, and families.It has been determined that the house will be sold, and I am there, trying to get it in order.The A/C stopped working correctly, so I needed it to be serviced. I called 2 different businesses to come look at it, and was given very different, confusing, information, and recommendations for repair. One quote came in at $620, and the other at around $1200. I needed a third opinion, so I searched online for HVAC repair, and chose Strong built, based on their description of their business. I left an email on their site that night, after business hours, and received a call first thing the next morning. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. They were right on time, and communicated throughout the entire experience. 2 days later, the A/C was fixed, the pricing was very reasonable, and I clearly understood exactly what had been done.This is a well run, honest, business, and I am recommending it to everyone. Please trust that they have values, and old school type of customer service.

    I had my new AC unit rebuilt and installed by a truly professional Strongbuilt team. They are Chris Dominguez and Chris Sisneros.The unit stopped working and the temperature outside was triple digits. The AC is on the side of the house. Also the humidifier unit in the garage wasn’t working. The Strongbuilt team did an outstanding job. They asked if I had any questions along the way. I am very happy with the service and the outcome! That is until 7pm and still no call and no show by Chris Ball, who was the tech.Called the office Monday, mind you, I dont have a number directly to the NM location, so I explain my situation to 2 different young ladies before they transfer me a third time. By now Im aggrevated just trying to get this going when Clarissa finally takes the call. She tells me that Chris called Friday afternoon and I didnt answer so he left a message. I told her I had no missed calls, no voice-mail, nothing, and when I addressed her by the wrong name (like I said, Ive been handed off 3 times already), she replies in a most condescending manner my name is Clarissa which I advised you at the beginning of this call. This was the point I was ready to unravel the whole deal.Finally got someone out to do the pre-inspection after calling BRUNO. Thank you Bruno!When it came to the install, everything was back on track. Manny, the install manager was very professional and worked his best around my availability.Now, the installation team was THE BEST! Chris Sisneros and his partner, Felix (i hope i got that right) were courteous, professional, and focused throughout their entire job. I believe they even skipped lunch on the first day. After the installation, I was to have the vents cleaned. They initially told me they couldnt do it on a Saturday, but quickly came back and made me a Saturday appt. That was thanks to Chris Sisneros offering to do it. This young man takes a lot of pride in doing a quality job and making sure the customer is not just satisfied, but comfortable with all services performed.I wouldve given all 5 🌟 if I left out the incident with Clarissa. But unfortunately, her de-escalation skills almost drove me to do business elsewhere.

    It is such a relief to have a plumber you can trust who does a good job. Valentino came over and fixed a leak under my sink as well as flushed out my hot water heater.     Visited inlaws in Tucson last week. The day before heading back to Albuquerque Mom turned on the AC and it was not working properly. Called company original unit was from and was not satisfied with their answers and results. Decided to call Strongbuilt as they have the company in Albuquerque as well and I need work done at home in Edgewood NM. Thought we might get bonus points if we use them? Need all the help one can get nowadays right! Anyway called Strongbuilt telling them We were heading home and needed an estimate ASAP before we leave! The lady on the other end of the phone (sorry I forgot her name) put it out to dispatch and one of their Tech support and shop managers (Jeff Gray) took the call and made the appointment for his first call the next morning 8:00. He checked out everything and even spent time troubleshooting the old unit and was unable to repair. After gathering info needed he gave us 2 quotes base line and middle. We went with the middle estimate and they were able to make changes with scheduling and installed new unit the next day so my 87 year old pops and 82 Mom did not have to go without AC. Sorry so long but I wanted you to know how much I appreciated everyone fromm Strongbuilt. We are a veteran family and so is the company so we welcomed the discount. The installer Mike S lead and David M helper stayed till 9:30 to complete the installation in 1 day. It has been along time since I have been this happy with a contractor. Being one myself I appreciated their expertise on how the system works, warranties, product knowledge and the way they treated the in-laws was nothing short of professional and perfection.     Yesterday, Mitch came out to help us. We had been going back and forth with a prior plumbing company who kept cancelling/no showing on us, and as I was calling other companies to get our issue addressed, one of them recommended StrongBuilt, as we needed a jetter service (we are renting and the pipes are very old and got clogged by us according to the prior plumber). When I called StrongBuilt, they were extremely professional, nice, and quick to get us scheduled after getting permission from our landlords. They were even able to get us help same day via their emergency services. I was so happy and relieved I cried. When Mitch came out, everything was so backed up that it was spilling into the front yard via the clean out. Mitch was very thorough in his work, getting everything flushed out via the jetter, and going in with the camera for what seemed like several times to pinpoint the actual issue. Lo and behold, tree roots have pushed down so much on the pipes that they’ve become separated by at least a few inches if not more. The clog was not caused by us after all, and it was such a relief to know the truth. He cleaned up all the mess in the front yard too, and wrote detailed notes in the invoice. He also took several pictures and saved video of what is happening with the piping system. StrongBuilt cares, they take pride in their work, and they do a good job. They are a huge blessing and I would recommend them to anyone needing services like this.

    Chris, Felix and Mark were knowledge, professional, courteous, respected my home and answered any questions I had. They cleaned the ducts and then used the Aeroseal product to seal all leaks in the duct work, and it was bad. They cleaned up all the work areas. Mark did one extra thing for me and that was to reattach a toilet seat that I fought with the day before and had all the bruises to prove it. Its not as easy as it sounds. He didnt have to do that.
