They showed up on time and got the job done.

I was contracted with this company thru Home Depot. I received a call from them right away to schedule an appointment and was able to schedule a day that worked for me. Jason was sent out to look at my refrigerated cooling system that quit working. He diagnosed and repaired it in less than 15 minutes. He cleaned it up and showed me how to keep it clean. He also showed me how to change out the filters in my furnace and showed me which ones to buy on Amazon, this was not part of my appointment. Jason was super helpful, great demeanor and genuinely wanted to help. I was really happy with my experience and will definitely use their service again. Thank you Jason!!

It took a while to get them out to look at our house and give a quote. My wife asked for one on-line and after a week with no response, she called. The receptionist was disinterested and could not care less that no one had gotten back to us. After finally convincing her she would like an appointment for a quote Jeff Mitchell came out. Finally dealing with someone other than the rude receptionist things started moving fast. Jeff came out and gave us a quote and showed us the multiple arrangements for A/C we could get for our house and what was the best for our size house. We had already gotten recommendations to use MSC and had someone come out to give a quote. Jeffs recommendation on what was the best for our home, sold us! We scheduled for the next Friday for installation. Luis T, Jose H showed up right on time and got to work. Preston the electrician showed up just a bit later the three of them worked really hard and were done before 1600. They were kind, professional, and were not annoyed when I asked questions. My wife and I are super happy with our system, and recommend them to anyone looking to convert to A/C. If you can get them to your house you wont be sorry!

We were on the brink of having a mess with our water heater. We purchased at Home Depot who contracts with MCS, I received a call within 30min of getting them my info. I worked with David Ramos who was quick , efficient and got me a price right over the phone. They were able to get me in the following day. My mistake in purchasing a 50gl instead of a 75gal and Robert our service plumber brought it to install. He was so nice he toot it back, let me purchase the correct one, returned to my house to measure if new one would fit and returned the next day with the correct one. I found him to be very trustworthy, we left our garage unlocked for him to complete the job while we were at work. I would highly recommend him, very strong christian who wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. They did add additional fees due to larger tank and needing a second person so not sure if they are comparable in cost to others.

Water heater started leaking Wednesday afternoon. Called around and most places couldnt send anyone until the end of May. MCS was able get someone out Thursday morning, went over everything and was able to install my new water heater Friday morning. Robert T. and David R. did an excellent job! Just had a brand new water heater installed by Miguel and Daniel. They were very quick with the installation as not to inconvenience my household of water while making the replacement. They replaced gas lines and piping into the hot water heater so it was all fresh new equipment coming into the water heater. Miguel went over everything about the water heater and it now has an alarm so if it starts leaking it will notify me before it becomes a hot mess. These guys were very professional and quick with their installation and cleaned everything up like they hadnt even been here.

Needed a new swamp cooler(HVAC) installed due to our other being very old, and way over due for a new one. Miguel and Daniel came out to do the install and we’re extremely professional as well as fast :) Our old one was apparently barley hanging on for dear life, so when they installed the new one they went above and beyond. Very affordable and was able to get a senior discount as well, per my mother living in the home. Would definitely recommend their services and will use them again in the future if needed!

I had MCS install an ac unit at our home. We did it through Costco. They were great. Very professional and did not try to up charge me like the other company that quoted me. The cement pad was no charge if I wanted it on the ground, but I had it put on the roof to keep it clear of the dust. They also wired my breaker box for the 220 free of charge as it had an empty slot. They have serviced it since then and been helpful and informative each time. Definitely my go to company

We had a new furnace and AC installed.Curtis,the salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable.Any question we had he was able to answer.The gentlemen that installed the furnace and AC were also very professional. They helped us set up the thermostat with Alexia.They removed our old swap coolers disposed of them and the old furnace. They put cloth down on the floor to ensure our floors would not be damaged and left the work area clean. We were very happy with our experience dealing with this company.

MCS installed a water heater in my home through Home Depot. Although there was a bit of confusion initially (no big deal, confirmation text mistakenly sent to the wrong number), and a bit of a delay in arriving for the scheduled install (understandable--its not always possible to predict exactly how long a project scheduled before yours will take), once the guys (Emmanuel and Kenneth) arrived they did a great job. They were efficient, thorough, courteous, and capable, and the electrician who followed (Alex) was also solid. All in all, I was pleased with the experience.

Jason was my service tech for my AV maintenance. He was professional and knowledgeable. I had asked about pad replacement, size and care for my unit. Jason cleaned all the pads, gave me my pad sizes and let me know they did not need replacing this year. MCS installed my water heater, heater and AC unit about 4 years ago. I have a maintenance plan with them, best thing ever! All of the service techs are wonderful but, I truly appreciated Jason taking the time to answer my questions.

Did an upgrade from a very old furnace and swamp cooler to a refrigerated air/furnace system from home depot using MCS as the contractors and they installed the system quickly and very professionally. brought water heater up to code as part of the process. took 2 days to install only because the condenser coils were back ordered but had system heating within a few hours. City inspectors were impressed with the installation said was one of the best they have seen. did not have to come back to fix code issues

Arrived early Saturday morning ready to install our new hot water heater. L.O. and J.A. worked quickly and professionally. They stayed until the hot water heater was working properly. They cleaned up their mess and were gone. Just like they were never here.Our hot water heater is part of our Aqua Therm heating system. The team from Mechanical Control Solutions offered to come in late Friday afternoon and work until our heat was restored. The inside of our house was not too cold. I decided that Saturday morning would be OK for them to return and install the new hot water heater. After two and a half days we have heat and hot water again.Thanks guys, you earned your five star rating.

In regards to a same-day install of a new water heater, since original unit must have busted on the bottom and was leaking into our garage. This was my second time using MCS (referred by Home Depot) and I have had nothing but excellent service from them. They have installed refrigerated air and the most recent visit was a new water heater. From installation to inspection, they manage everything. Robert was the technician and he did a great job with the R&R of my water heater! Even the way he fabricated the piping looked like he was doing the job in his personal home! He could have run the lines directly from wall to unit, but that would have taken some valuable space in our garage. Instead he sweated several 90* angles to minimize the pipes going through the room. The company took extra time to mail me a $50 energy savings that I was unaware I had received with my unit. I’ll never hesitate to use this company again for additional services!

On the last service visit, Jason discovered that our cooling coil unit had a leak. He worked hard to find a replacement unit and get it installed under warranty. We appreciate his help in discovering and fixing this problem. Jasons work was very efficient, neat and professional. We will certainly use them again for service calls and future HVAC needs.

I spoke with Brittany in the office when I had a carbon monoxide alarm going off in my home, she was beyond helpful in securing someone to come out right away to check my levels and then assisted me in getting a new furnace installed ASAP!!! Brittany and her team (Luis T & Jose) were on time, helpful, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease during what could have been a very stressful time. We had a problem with an installation of an AC compressor on the roof from about 4 years ago. It was determined that a roof leak was caused by a contract electrician error. MCS leadership stepped up and shared the cost of the roof repair and drywall repair in the garage. MCS went above and beyond in demonstrating great customer service. They have installed two complete HVAC systems for us and I highly recommend MCS.

Ive been using Mechanical Control Solutions for a number of years now. The staff on the phone are friendly and helpful and the techs that come out are polite and personable. Aaron came out today to shut down my furnace and prepped my evap cooler for the summer. He answered all my questions and gets the job done. This is only the second time hes been to my home and he remembered being here before. With the number of customers he sees in any given week, I thought that was pretty impressive. I strayed once and got taken to the cleaners. I trust MCS!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with your MCS.. I I know how hard it is to have and retain good staff! I have found it extremely difficult in New Mexico, since my move from the east coast, specifically anything customer service related. It is very sad that it is lacking here, however Sandy, Jeremy, Ian, Manny, and Paul are your true heroes at MCS. Whenever I need something I call Sandy or Jeremy and someone is sent within hours. They have fixed my water tank (which had an active leak), installed a $5,000 water softener, demolished a boiler system, and removed baseboard heating. They also just recently removed my split unit so we can have new windows installed and then replaced it in a more heat efficient area.Because my expectations in customer service are always high, it is refreshing when a company meets my expectations and when they do not, it is expected that they be diligent about remedying it, in an expedited manner, which has always been the case with MCS.Sandy deescalates situations, even when I get loud (as is always the case since I am from NJ). She is pleasant to speak to and always resolves my situations. She always sends the guys out quick and I usually have a remedy same day.Jeremy has great customer service skills and is also a good problem solver. He cares about his customers and he works great with his guys. I am sure they respect him immensely and am rest assured when I know he is coming to inspect a final job. I do not worry when I know him or his guys are coming to complete a work order. He is professional and is always available to talk to when I have questions . He is a star and should be commended for his work.Ian is also the epitome of customer service. His demeanor, his calmness, and his way of talking to customers would deescalate any situation. He is professional and also ensures that a job is done properly.Two of the non-manager staff stand out as well; Manny and Paul. They are excellent, friendly, funny, and hard workers. They do not dilly dally and try to get the work done efficiently.Trevor who works in plumbing who installed our faucet and garbage disposal in the kitchen was also a pleasure to work with. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.It is staff like this that make a company thrive well. We know this world of social media well. When people are unhappy, they run to let everyone know, but will not do the same on the other spectrum. Thanks for the hard work! I will definitely use them again and again!

We woke up Friday to no hot water and a dripping water heater. Called home depot who sent us over to MCS. Robert was at our home within an hour, explained everything thoroughly to us and spent time answering all our questions. We ran over to home depot and purchased a new water heater, which Robert then picked up. We were even able to upgrade to a larger tank, something Ive been wanting since we moved in 12+ years ago.Robert got everything installed the same day while being an amazing person as well. We were able to use our home depot card to pay, which took a lot of the stress of an unexpected bill off our chests. Robert not only brought our system up to code, but added extras to help the tank be as efficient as possible.Highly recommend! Thank you!!!

He is kind, soft spoken, understanding, respectful, and many more attributes.He had done research, call the rep over and over to get the correct information in order to fix the issues since the beginning with the tankless water heater. We have had problem after problem, but he has been the only person to work for months to get each issue resolved. He has done extensive evaluations to ensure our product is functioning properly and not flooding the area.I can not say enough wonderful things about this gentleman.Try not to let him go as an employee You have a gold mine in his commitment to great serviceI would give him 10 star rating!!!

Would I recommend these people for a contract -- Absolutely. MCS came out to our home and replaced a water heater that our home warranty insurance wouldnt replace under the warranty. From the first look at the WH Richard Trevino said that he could see at least 3 code violations and wondered why the Home inspector did not note them. Had the inspector noted the violations the seller would have replaced it at their charge prior to our purchase. The home inspector is getting a less than stellar review due to his shoddy inspection. Through Home Depot and MCS the replacement price ended up being about $800.00 less than was quoted from the Home Warranty company. Richard was helpful in his explanations on what he needed to do and made sure that the work was done professionally. At the end he made sure his work area was clean and neat and a training for care and maintenance was fully understood. A Technician like Richard goes a long way towards getting people like MCS recognized by the community as people you can depend on for fairly priced quality service. I will call on them again the next time I need service.

I had MCS replace my worn out evaporative cooler with a Master Cool at the beginning of the summer. It made a difference....better than the original cooler.In the middle of August, it did not seem to be working as effectively, and I had company coming to visit for a week! The Master Cool had also just begun leaking on the roof. I called them on a Saturday at 4:45, and I was thinking....nobody is going to come on Saturday at 5:00!Wrong. I stumbled across MCS on a PNM website. I had never heard of MCS before but after reading some Google reviews, I felt somewhat confident trying them out. This company has gone above and beyond as far as customer service and professionalism go. I had some HVAC issues that I was dreading (and thus putting off) but wanted to get taken care of before the 90 degree weather hit. This was during the COVID-19 pandemic, too. The operator answered from her home (working from home) and needed to do some research before calling me back. Within minutes I received a call back from Phil, a commercial sales rep. He made a plan to be there the next day. After a brief site visit, Phil explained that I would get a phone call soon regarding a service date. Well, I received that phone call within an hour to let me know that a technician would be there within 30-minutes! Phil showed up again with Jeff (technician). Both were fantastic. They were able to diagnose the problem (not an expensive one) within a couple hours. I was so impressed that I signed up for their quarterly maintenance program on the spot and asked for a quote for several refrigerated air units. This is an honest company that I feel comfortable with. Im loyal to companies that I trust and MCS is going to earn my business for the foreseeable future.If you are at a point (like I was) where you dont know who to call for HVAC service, try these guys out. I dont think youll be disappointed.

Robert Trevino was pleasant, professional, creative in addressing unexpected problems, and took appropriate steps to give us all reasonable protection from the Covid-19 Virus.We will be asking for Mr. Trevino on future MCS projects.
