    Great experience! Great customer service, great response time, professional, competent and reasonably priced. Cory, the tech/plumber, was great. Knew what he was doing, was clean, cleaned up afterwards, QA’d his job to make sure that all was fixed.We have used RotoRooter several times in the past as well. This is our 3rd home where we have used their services. This is the first time I didn’t just have them come out after we purchased to do routine maintenance. Won’t do that again.I highly recommend them and Cory.

    I received service on a Saturday and I was able to get seen within 2 hours. I do have a house made in the 50’s so they were not able to get the clog out, it was a bigger issue than we expected. We did pay for a clog but since they were not able to fix it they gave us a refund for the service. Everyone was pleasantly to work with.

    Your servicemen that come to my house are always top-notch. Take care of the problem. But since the same problem came up in just a months time your serviceman offered me a root killing option for an additional $70. I paid you for the first visit. I don’t think you should charge me extra to try another idea to fix the problem.Other than that, you always take real good care of us.

    When I had a water main break, I called 4+ plumbers Monday morning at 8AM. Roto-rooters not only answered and got there to provide an estimate but David and Elijah were able to start work finding the connection point to the house right away. Both of them were phenomenal and worked tirelessly to get us water by mid-afternoon Wednesday and left the yard better than it was when they originally showed up. David was great at answering all of my questions about the process and durability as well.

    I had an urgent plumping issue with one of my sprinkler lines and they were here right away same day to fix it. My back yard was flooded and I was in a panic. Called 2 other companies, 1 had no one to come same day and the other TLC I sat on hold forever hoping to get someone on the line and finally hung up. Called Roto Rooter and got through right away and within a few hours my problem was fixed and water back on. Sam and his partner were FABULOUS!

    We had a backed up sewer line on a Saturday afternoon. The first plumbing service we called said they would get back with us. Never did in a reasonable time. The second company came out quickly but only brought a 50 foot snake with no cutter blade. After trying for a while, they couldnt fix the problem at all but still charged us well over 100 Dollars. Then we called Roto-Rooter. They sent Lukas, a very friendly and knowledgable plumber who had the right equipment (a heavy-duty 100+ feet long snake with a cutter blade) and could clear our sewer line within half an hour. The service was not cheap but also came with a 30 day warranty and made us happy. We will never bother with anyone else in the future but Roto-Rooter.

    The crew at Roto Rooter are constantly professional, very competent, and friendly. We had issues with some equipment and they worked constantly to get it resolved, doing everything they could to make it right. I would absolutely use them again, and I have.     I like the warranties offered by Roto-Rooter after they clean our your drains. I purchased the one year whole home warranty and it gave me a discount on plumbing services too. I also like the transparent pricing compared to some other plumbing companies. I think they were prompt and helped us get back up and running quickly. I had them do some extra stuff around the house since I liked them so much.

    At 8PM on a Friday night, the main drain line in my house got clogged in the middle of a laundry cycle. The bathtub backfilled with black water and the toilet was completely out of commission. It felt like a mini disaster. I called several plumbers who claimed to have a 24/7 emergency service but no one was available. Roto Rooter was extremely professional, responsive, and sent out a plumber within the hour. They were super transparent about their fees and even let me know that any work past 10:30 PM has a doubled rate. The plumber worked for over an hour trying to unclog the drain but it had not resolved, which meant we were about to push past the 10:30 PM time. The plumber suggested that he return in the morning instead to save me money (and time at this point). Sure enough, he showed up bright and early the following morning and the problem was fixed. He also presented me with a cleanout package warranty option that no other plumbers had brought up to me before. I feel at peace knowing that my money isnt going to keep going down the drain (no pun intended) every time there is a clog and that I can rely on Roto Rooter to keep their word and be available when they are truly needed. I would recommend this company to anyone I know!

    They were the first company I called that answered their phone! Ms. Stephanie was quick to address my concerns. Promptly placed me on the schedule with a window of 2 hours. Within 30 minutes recieved a call that technicians were en route. Technicians arrived and quickly addressed the situation. Offered a few options for service and promptly completed the task at hand. As a team they were courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable.

    The technician showed up right away and took care of the issue. The person who answered the phone was knowledgeable and the service prompt. My only small complaint was that the tool used left a significant number of dark scratch marks requiring me to drain the toilet completely and scrub them out. Totally worth the effort to have a working toilet!

Yikes!!The company had someone here within two hours and finished cleaning the main line within 30/mins or so!!First..Customer Services was excellent and responsive, the technicians Craig and Ruben are outstanding, they assured me they will have problem fix shortly!!Cost $388.35 includes taxIt might seem an unwanted expensive, however with family of 6 it was well worth it!

    I had a major leak in my laundry room and kitchen, water was pour out of my washer and backing up into my kitchen sink and dishwasher. I attempted to call the bumper who fixed the issue 4 months ago, but I would call and after one ring disconnected. I called 4 plumbers, left messages and not a single one called me back. I called Roto-Rooter, and they were wonderful, the receptionist was able to put me on the schedule for that day, they came out and gave me a free estimate before they did work, and the work comes with a warranty (limited). I highly recommend calling Roto-Rooter first. I recommend them to anyone!

    Recently in the evening, my kitchen drained clogged up. I tried the usual chemical and even borrowed a neighbors drain snake to no success. It was time to quickly find a plumber that specialized in clearing drains. The next morning I called Roto-Rooter and the friendly dispatcher said that a technician should be there within 2-3 hours which wasnt unreasonable considering I just called that morning. Later, another dispatcher called and said the technician would be there within a half hour which was exactly inside the time period initially given.Id like to give a big shout out to Jonathan, our plumbing technician, who knew exactly what to do to unclog the drain. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. This was a messy repair and unclog job and Jonathan did a nice job cleaning up everything. Kudos to him.I thought the invoice was fair. I wouldnt say it was reasonable nor was it exorbitant. I do feel I got a good value and Rotor Rooster was fast, reliable, and got the household up and running. I very much recommend their services.

Then he proceeded to explain the 1 YEAR warranty was good for the whole house. So if anything went wrong with any of the drains or if I needed a sewer clean-out within the year, it was all covered!Cory gave me more useful information, but will wrap this up.     I had an emergency plumbing situation in my house with flooding due to clogged pipes. I also take care of my elderly and ill parents, 87 & 90 years respectfully. It was approximately 20 degrees when this occurred. I called Roto-Rooter and spoke with a very kind and helpful lady named Julie. After hearing my situation, she contacted someone asap while I waited on the line. It wasnt even 15-20 minutes when a couple of excellent plumbers turned up to save the day. One individuals name was Mike and I forget the other gentlemans name. My apologies! However, they offered us a discount coupon and treated us with kindness, professionalism and respect. Im out of work and my parents are on a very fixed income while dealing with major health concerns. At this point I believe that this particular Roto-Rooter company took care of the heart along with the plumbing. Thank you all as I will definitely refer your services.     I called with a clogged drain and was so grateful that they could send out a plumber the same day. Jake was very courteous and professional. He was upfront about pricing and didnt pressure me to upgrade (even the cheapest service seemed great to me). He got right to work on my drain and got it taken care of quickly.     We were informed by the water authority Friday that we may have a leak, so we called Roto-Rooter that afternoon, they were going to come within a couple hours but we had other things to do so they came out first thing Saturday morning and found the leak in our front yard within minutes! ( So no charge since he found it so fast!) He had us scheduled for the repair first thing Monday morning, they were here by 9:30 am and done by 3:00pm!! They did an awesome job!     We called yesterday early afternoon about the kitchen sink backing up into the hall bath. The service tech was out to our place within a couple hours and fixed the same issue we had another company fix not less than 2weeks ago. Fast, professional, friendly, service. The tub has not drained like this in a year and the kitchen sink no longer backs up into the tub. I wish our home warranty would add Roto Rooter to their list of service providers. Much better service and price. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of when I was presented the bill. Will definitely be calling Roto Rooter for future plumbing needs!!

    Our work hasnt been completed but, I just wanted to say you guys are great and very big life savers!! I just wanted to say how much we appreciate the accommodations you provide for customers who struggle to pay their bills in full. We have a leak in our home, I have a disabled elder in the home who is on a fixed income and this was the only company who had some heart to work with my family on the billing arrangements and to help get us our water running as soon as possible. I was able to call this morning and schedule an appointment for a tech to come out to our home today!! Everywhere else wanted us to wait several days until a tech could come to our home. All employees have gone over an beyond to provide me and my family with help. Ive worked in a office for 2 plumbing companies so I know how things can go but Roto-Rooter is by far the best company and I would recommend everyone and anyone to use this company!! All employees that Ive talked to over the phone are so professional, helpful, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help resolve any issues. The technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and very professional. Management is definitely my favorite, this is the first company that Ive experienced a manager calling me back quickly (I didnt wait no longer than half an hour). Management is professional but still super understanding to a customers needs/requests. You guys have customers for life!! We will not use any other plumbing company other then RotoRooter! We look forward to seeing the technicians tomorrow and having our leak fixed!!

    I had a pipe burst in my front yard. My whole yard was flooded and I had to shut the water off to the house until I could get someone to come fix it. I have 2 kids and a swamp cooler so having no water isnt ideal. I called Roto-Rooter and explained the emergency situation. They were so kind and squeezed me into the schedule. Within an hour Sam had showed up with a few other workers. Dug out the pipe and had it repaired within 2 hours of my call.     I am so thankful for this company. We tried getting another company out and they were very unprofessional on the phone. We called Roto-rooter and within minutes we had a friendly and knowledgeable tech on the phone. He talked to me and treated me with respect. We ended up having them come out. He and another tech worked to resolve our problem quickly and stayed around after to answer a few questions we had about our plumbing. Being first time home oweners we are clueless.     We bought a house that had been dormant for about three years. when we try to use the toilet everything started backing up into the bathtub and toilet. This happened on a weekend but Roto-Rooter was able to come out on a Saturday, find the problem, give a quote on repair, and set us up for the next possible time slot available as it was a rush job.     I made a long list of issues. When Ryan/Nick came out I also mentioned needing counter tops for both bathrooms. He said we have the man for you - Kurt. He can do anything. He called Kurt and he came over and gave me an estimate to replace my counter tops. These guys coordinated a time when they both could complete the job and it was done in less than half a day. Ryan/Nick came out change all my fixtures, leaking faucets... And Kurt/Garrett replaced my counter tops. Their estimates were true in the final bill and much less than what I expected to pay for all the work done. If ever I need anything done to my home I am calling Roto-Rooter!!!     So, my tenant called and said the drain is backed up. We are on septic. I said oh no and called roto-rooter. They said that they would come as soon as they could, and they got right out. As soon as we agreed, he set to work and had the clog cleared in no time at all.     Had our garbage disposal go out on us just a few days after getting home with our new baby, needless to say we didnt need that. I gave Roto Rooter in Abq a call and they were more than happy to send a technician out that day. In no time at all the technician was here assessing the damage. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He suggested we replace the disposal, however, pointed out if we bought it ourselves rather than use the unit he would have to bring, we would save a fair amount of money which with a new baby helps a lot. He wrote down the specs of the unit we would need and it did turn out to be quite a bit cheaper than using the disposal he would supply. He made an appointment first thing the next day and replaced the disposal quickly and correctly. He also pointed out another small leak we had at the faucet that would just require a new unit. He informed me that it was not serious but would need attention.     I’ve used many different plumbing companies because I renovate homes. I’ve used Roto many times. Plumbers are expensive. Each company charges different call out rates just to visit the site and give you a price to do the job. There are differences of up to $40 between companies. Roto is great for small jobs because they can normally get to your home the same day and they have more reasonable rates then their competitors. I’ve never had a bad experience with their techs.
