We Found our Forever Plumber!We recently embarked on what we affectionately call our “furnace room remodel.” We got quotes from 5 reputable HVAC companies, and JP Plumbery won our trust with their attention to detail, technical prowess, and honesty. It was clear from the quote process that JP stays up to date on the latest HVAC developments, readily translates technical jargon into layperson’s terms, and loves his work. He performed a detailed heat load analysis for our home to spec out a properly sized furnace and heat pump and provided a competitive quote.We had multiple issues for JP’s crew to work on: replacing our main water shutoff valve (conveniently located behind the furnace!), upgrading our 17-year-old gas furnace, re-piping our incoming water lines, and replacing an evaporative cooler with a heat pump.JP’s team was up for all the challenges presented in our tiny furnace room. Mike and Javier skillfully removed the old equipment while protecting our flooring and cleaning up every night. Javier mixed 18 bags of concrete to fill in the obsolete cooler ducting, assuring that we won’t have any heat/cooling loss. Mike and Javier even insulated all the water lines for our tankless water heater, which they didn’t work on!The team’s attention to detail was evident throughout the multi-day job: Manny, Dylan, and Max did a fabulous job fitting the new furnace and coil into the tiny space, piping all the necessary lines neatly, and explaining everything as they went. Cody did a masterful job installing the steam humidifier and routing those bulky lines tidily.We absolutely LOVE our new furnace and heat pump! They work flawlessly because of the diligence, hard work, and expertise of all the professionals at JP Plumbery, including the wonderful office staff of Arely, Delilah and Caitlin. These guys saved my butt when my water heater exploded a few years back. I was about to leave on a long trip within a week, the water heater popped out the side and was leaking water. I started calling around to get a new one. Seems like everyone would be a week+ before they would even send anyone out for a quote.JP Plumbery sent someone out within a day or two for a quote and I had a new water heater in place a day or two after that.Now I can say its been working without issue for ... 6 years now.I would definitely recommended them.

I selected JP Plummery to upgrade my swamp cooler to central AC and install a new furnace, and I’m very happy with my choice. I received 5 different quotes from other suppliers, but decided to go with them after carefully considering my options. (1) I performed a heat/cooling load calculation on my home and they were the only ones that recommend the appropriate size. Everyone else sized or higher and used brands I didn’t prefer.(2) During the home evaluation, I was told that I’d have to wait about a month. I figured if they were backed up in scheduling it’s because they are in high demand, and that’s a sign of a good reputation. (3) I checked the better business bureau, and they weren’t listed. One of the other companies that gave me a quote was. When you are spending a pretty penny for this kind of upgrade reputation matters!Last week, the central AC system and two-stage furnace was installed. I was not only pleased with the quality of the work, but the attentiveness of the technicians. Manny and Dylan answered all of my questions, and were very through in addressing all concerns I had. After they completed the install I felt reassured by the quality of their work that I chose the right company. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

5 stars goes out to the installer, Ben, and his assistant, Robert. They were friendly, efficient, and installed my tankless water heater right. I ding this company a star overall due to my frustration with scheduling and incorrect information on the front end. I was told the job would take 2 days and scheduled it as such. A week before the installation, I called to determine arrival times and was told the job would take 3-5 days because of necessary roof work and wall patching. They claimed that the 2 days represented their side of the work, yet didn’t find it necessary to explain the entire job and time commitment to me. I’m not sure how many people can suddenly take a week off of work to accommodate construction issues a company new about in advance, so be sure to ask about the hidden details, time, and expenses they don’t tell you about.

I had JP Plumbery give me a quote on some plumbing work I needed done in my business. I believe his name was Steve that came to quote the job. He was so polite and professional. He quoted me a fair price.Ben was the technician that came to do the plumbing work. He was on time and very friendly. I was quoted that I would have to do the drywall repair, however they installed a panel in the wall for no extra fee so I did not have to do any drywall repair. This was a wonderful surprise! Ben was super quick with the job, walked me though his work when he was finished and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using JP Plumbery again!!!

My neighbor recommended JP Plumbery to me. From scheduling to final install, everything went smoothly. I had to wait a while to get an appointment for my toilet install, but it was worth the wait. Ben was efficient and friendly. His communication was great, and he even pointed out that I could apply for a city rebate. AND he took a peek at a bathtub issue I am having to give me a little feedback. He left no messes, and hauled away all of the packaging from the toilet delivery. I contracted with JP Plumbery to remove an existing evaporative cooler and single stage gas furnace to be replaced with a two-stage dual-fuel heat pump/gas furnace combination. JP was prompt to schedule a visit to talk through various options and acknowledged that heat pumps are just gaining traction in Albuquerque. He was responsive to numerous questions throughout the design process for my system and seems to genuinely enjoy his trade. During the install, JPs crew were prompt, professional, and appeared to truly take pride in their work. The Carrier system installed has been an incredible upgrade for my home. After install, JP and I discussed a minor upgrade in the thermostat to ensure I was able to realize the full benefits of the system. He helped me explore the options and make a selection. JP Plumbery did the HVAC work on my parents new build a few years back so we were referred to them when our heater started giving us issues this winter. Our heater was 20+ years old and weve been wanting to switch from a swamp cooler to refrigerated air for some time now. We decided to pull the trigger and did a full replacement of both units. They were extremely competitive when it came to pricing, another company was going to be significantly more expensive when we were just looking at the heater repair/replacement.Cody and Dylan were the two service techs that replaced the units and were great to work with. The first day they arrived they were very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect over the coming days. I didnt feel the need to check in with them because they would check in with me when they arrived every day and throughout so they could update me on the progress they were making.With the change in weather Ive used both the AC and heating unit in the last couple of weeks and both are working great! I recently hired JP Plumbery to install a mini-split HVAC system in my home to replace the original gas heaters (from 1939) and a BreezAir swamp cooler. I spoke with several companies, none of which felt quite right until this one. JP himself came over to assess the job and provide an estimate. I felt an instant rapport with him. He understood my needs, living in an older home I love, and the importance I placed on having the job done right. The work was completed over approximately 4 days in inclement weather. The service techs were consistently on time and worked hard, keeping me appraised of what they were doing as well as the next steps. When a particularly challenging issue arose, they worked tirelessly to get it completed to my satisfaction. Their goal was not just a good installation but also for me to be totally pleased with the final result. Major kudos to Mark and Dylan, who made a major home upgrade not just tolerable but pleasant. They made me feel comfortable, which speaks volumes as I consistently procrastinate having work done on my home. They are truly the best! And so is my HVAC system. I plan on using JP Plumbery for all my plumbing needs from here on, that’s how impressed I was.

We purchased a 57 year old home in ABQ a few weeks ago and it was in need of some plumbing work. Ben and Chad came out the first day to replace two water heaters and water main valves. Ben came out the next day to demo and repair all of the sink drains, install a new kitchen sink faucet and disposal and replace a shower cartridge.We can’t say enough about the great job they did. They started the work on the 15th of April and finished the work on April 26, 2024.Im a 71 year old women with extreme health issues.Ben and Max were extremely considerate and helpful. Ben did outstand work on cutting the drywall and kept the dust and mess to a minimum. Max did outstanding in cleaning and helping Ben when needed. UPDATE: 8.16.22 Once again, I needed the service of a plumber to replace the hot water valve to my washing machine. I didnt hesitate to call JP Plumbery to do the work because of past experience. I was scheduled for repairs the day after I contacted them. Mario arrived promptly and was courteous, professional, and explained everything he was doing while making the repairs. I just cant say enough good about this company! Do not hesitate to contact JP Plumbery for any of your plumbing repairs. They are the very best!!!My water main in the wall in my master bathroom developed a slow leak. My home is 27 years old. JP Plumbery was referred to me by my daughter, so I gave them a call. When Ben arrived, I showed him where I believed the leak to be. He cut open the wall, and yes, the copper fittings were slowly dripping. I was disappointed that he was not able to repair the leak that day. He did not have the necessary piping. He returned the following week and promptly went to work to remove the old lines and install new ones. He worked carefully and did a nice job re-routing and soldering the new lines and crafting a door to cover the opening in the wall. He cleaned up all the debris and didnt leave a trace. Ben is an asset to the company. I highly recommend JP Plumbery for all your plumbing needs.

Chose a major contractor to provide an addition and a kitchen remodel to a 40 year old home in Sandia Heights. Of course when you work with a contractor, you will also work with the contractor’s subcontractors. One sub who did the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning work was outstanding in performance, skills, technical expertise, scheduling and overall excellence. JP Plumbery and employees provided the services to run new underground sewer lines, installed the in-floor heating system in the addition (studio room, full bath, and mechanical/storage room), added a new water line to the addition, did all the plumbing and fixture installations in the new bath, remodeled the plumbing systems in the kitchen, added a Navien combo boiler to provide hot water to the bath and in-floor heating, and a Mitsubishi mini-split ac and heat pump system. Of course they did more work, but these are the highlights. The technicians Mike, Cody, Jose, Phil, Ben, Mark, Max, Chris, Dillan, and Javier all did an outstanding job. We could not be more please with the quality of their work. Dave, who coordinated and provided estimates for the work was so easy to work with. And if you call the office, Arely and Caitlin are veryhelpful in providing you with the information you need. And most of all, JP has the technical expertise to work through any of your unique issues. We definitely will be using their services in our future needs.
