Sunshine plumbing helped us out replacing part of our distribution pipes on our community water system. We had difficulty getting anyone to do the work on our system, but these folks came through, the work was phenomenal, the price was great and our results were fantastic.During the process the supervisors and workers were extremely professional and competent. They were able to get all the work done quickly with very few interruptions in service.Our distribution system services several families and they were very informative and patient with all of our questions and requests.They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Ive had Sunshine do several services, but the big one was a recent install of a ductless mini-split system for AC and heat. Ron did an amazing job assessing our home and recommending what to do, was professional, answered all my questions, and put my mind at ease. When it came time for the work Henry and Rodrigo were on time every day (it was a 3 day job), worked super hard in the heat, were nice, courteous with our things, and professional. Ron continued to come by and make sure everything was going smoothly and answer any questions we had. All in all, everything went super well, our new ductless system works great and its been such a relief to have air in our home again. I would recommend Sunshine for this and any HVAC, plumbing work you need. Ill continue to reach out to them for period maintenance of our system.

Sunshine, like most plumbers, has a show up charge ($89) to come over and do an estimate. When they came to my house, the Tech immediately informed he they do not do plumbing work related to sprinkler systems. He did his job and charged me $89 for the one-minute evaluation. Later, I made a telephone appeal to Sunshine to ask if they would consider abating the charge since the Techs werent there more than two minutes and didnt do any work. Sunshine graciously abated the charge in full. Thank you very much, Sunshine. Ill be calling you guys again when theres a plumbing need.

I have used them for 20years. Very professional tidy installation. Their price beat two other companies they were on time as promised. They have serviced my boiler for heating. Converted swamp coolers to refrigeration and. Changed out. Heaters and every faucet was changed out. They are a family business for 40+years

Wow, what great service. The service gentlemen Josh, was on time, very professional, took an impossable repair and got the job done for me. Ive been so disappointed in the past with home repairs and Josh was so patient and worked until the job met all expectations. When I was in business I would wish for this exact employee. My plumbing is working and I cant wait to get that shower going. This company is very very fair on prices and for those that worry about the safe distancing, he wore a mask the entire time and cleaned up everything perfectly before leaving. My faith in home repair companies has been restored. I have a few more things I need done and I can assure you that this is the company Ill be calling. I have used Sunshine Plumbing for about 8 years. They have installed new hot water heater, new furnace, new air conditioning (got rid of swamp cooler) and have always been professional. The products they sell are top quality at very fair prices and in the one instance of needing minor warranty maintenance they were very responsive. Highly recommend this company.

We thought we had a water leak from our main water line to our home in our front yard, and Bobby from Sunshine plumbing came out and helped us find the problem. Bobby was honest, reliable and very professional. He gave us reassurance by showing us where the leak was, and that it wasn’t our water line to the house! He also showed us how to repair the leak! I wouldn’t wish plumbing problems on anyone, BUT if you find yourself in that hole, CALL SUNSHINE! They were fast, reliable and so honest. We will be using them again in the future!

My experience has been stellar. My A/C went out during a hot weekend and it’s been miserable. I called a few places and Sunshine was booked for a couple days. But, they called me and managed to get a technician here later that same day. Kearston was professional, prompt, educated me on preventative maintenance. Great company!

ABSOLUTELY GREAT!November 2014 our original furnace decided to quit and the weather was getting cold. We called Sunshine Plumbing & Heating and we had a new Carrier furnace in a few days. The other companies we contacted couldn’t even get to the house for weeks.Then this past summer our swamp cooler decided to quit. Who did we call; Sunshine Plumbing & Heating. They had a challenge getting a new system in the furnace space in our 1969 tri level home, but they did it. Excellent service and support.My most recent experience with Sunshine Plumbing was last week to have our ducts cleaned and fogged. With allergy season upon us and spending most of our time in the house because of lockdown orders it was important to ensure the air we were breathing was as clean as possible.As part of this service they also verified the Global Plasma Solution units were properly functioning. These units are incredible as they neutralize odors, kill mold, bacteria and virus, and help control allergens. These units run when the fan for the HVAC unit is on. It the past the entire family has suffered from allergies to Mulberry and Juniper. Even with these pollen counts off the charts right now we are not feeling the effects while in our home. The draw back is the fan does need to be on so the electric bill will be higher this month. I will gladly pay that bill for the relief this brings.The technicians Alan and Jeremiah were prompt, courteous, and ensured the job was completed to my satisfaction.I highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing for all of your plumbing/HVAC needs.

Excellent honest service!! I can not say how excellent the service I received. Ramon Alderrtte performed a video rocording for my sewer and was prompt and provided the utmost customer service!!!! Also Shane came out to my property to provide a quote on a new water meter install and also provided excellent customer service!! I highly recommend Sunshine Plumbing because they are honest, affordable and most of all provide superior customer service!!!!

My first experience with Sunshine Plumbing and Heating occurred when our household hot water tank needed to be replaced.Bobby, a senior service tech, pointed out the problem cause and explained why a straight trade out, tank for tank, would not work. Not a sales pitch, what was in our best interest.Damian, the plumber, arrived on time to perform the various tasks. Before starting, he took the time to review all the notes Bobby had entered, confirmed the estimated work time, and the project cost.Damians work was efficient, neat, and surprisingly quite.Based on my experience with Bobby and Damian, I recommend Sunshine Plumbing and Heating without reservation.- Vern

The most recent technicians who came to my house installed larger ducts in two rooms and now I am getting heat in those rooms. For several years now, those rooms have been cold. Until Bobby and Evans replaced the existing ducts those rooms were cold. Bobby and Evan were efficient and I want to thank them for the work they did. For years now, I have been cold and until now, no one had suggested to me that the ducts to those rooms were too small. Josh the service manager and Joseph the owner approved Sunshine Plumbing installing larger ducts. Thank you everyone involved.

We have used Sunshine in the past for remolding updates and an AC conversion, their quotes are always very competitive. Its their work that stands above all the others. Josh was the most knowledgable supervisor that has ever given us an estimate. He informed us of everything that needed to be done and exactly what to expect. They always arrive on time and they called before their arival to confirm their visit, Highly Professional!!!More recently they sent Damien over to install a Whole House Water Filtration System from scratch, complete with bi-pass valves. Damien had previously done an excellent job converting our cooktop from electric to gas so I was familiar with his work, but this time he outdid himself and the filtration system turned out great. Neat and clean work necessary to create a complex system that blends seamlessly in the corner of the garage, Im very pleased.We wouldnt use any other company for my plumbing and heating needs, period!

Our sewer kept backing up, and my husband kept snaking it, which was a temporary fix. Finally, we called Sunshine plumbing who was recommended by our plumber. They came out and found roots in our pipes. It took them a while afternoon and a morning to get them out and replace the pipe. We thought the cost would be much higher than it was. Lupe, Josh and the Service Manager were awesome. We had a clogged sewer pipe. At first we called TLC. They came with a very thin snake ofcourse did nothing charged $200. TTLC charges trip charges 2 hiur min and charge by the hour. They wanted to charge me $500 to bring a camera. Then another $300 to power blast it. I said why dont you carry all of your equipment on one truck. I stopped him said no and called Sunshine Plumbing. They were so nice,. Best thing we did.Way under $500. They used a large coiled steel snake unclogged the pipes and brought in a camera, recirded the whole thing. Said we arent sure why they would want to use a camera. The camera cant see through cloudy water. You have to get it unplugged first. So moral of the story call Sunshine plumbing first. Pkus they are locally owned and are a great New Mexico family with morals. Thank you so much. Great experience.

I rarely have good customer service experiences anymore so when they do occur I am excited to share. We had one company come out and say they could not find our AC leak. They said we needed to then repipe from attic above 2nd floor down to ground level outside to the unit. This was going to run us $5k+ (not to mention have new piping down the prominent face of our house). I decided to get a 2nd opinion and called Sunshine. These guys were so personable and professional. They ran one test and found the leak in minutes. It was in fact outside and on the unit itself. So, had we re-piped the whole system from the attic and paid thousands we would have still had a leak! I am a nurse and mom of 3. No one deserves to be lied to but I truly dont understand these things and Im so glad I found a company that advocated for me and is doing the right thing for my home and family. Highly recommend Kurston and Josh! Thankful for companies that value their customers.
