I had an excellent experience with everyone. I had a plumbing problem on a Sunday. They responded quickly and were able to stabilize the situation over the phone. The techs were professional, showed up on time, did their work quickly and with skill. They suggested additional repairs which made sense to me that would prevent problems in the future. I felt the price was reasonable given what was done. I am completely happy with my experience.

This company and its employees have excellent customer service and work ethics. Di went over and above expectations during the Christmas holidays to help get a plumbing issue resolved that involved an issue caused by another company’s install of fiber. She gracefully and efficiently handled all the logistics and kept me well informed along the way. Kyle came on Christmas Day and got a temporary fix in place. The two plumbers were excellent as well and actually came a day a head of the scheduled date to do final repairs. Thank you all so much, a pleasure having such kindness and service in a world so lacking in it nowadays.

(09June2022) First-time customer of Rocketman Plumbing Services and they performed superbly!Contacted Rocketman Plumbing 6/7/22 in need of an appointment to have my kitchen faucet replaced. Ms. Di was able to schedule an appointment for me only two days later!On the day of the appointment, Service Technician Carlos called me by phone to let me know he was able to arrive earlier than expected. Heck yeah!! Lets get it done!Mr. Carlos was skilled, professional, courteous and efficient! He wasted no time installing the kitchen faucet, explained Operating Procedures for my new Koehler hands-free kitchen faucet, left the work area clean and, even, completed the work in just under an hour! OUTSTANDING!I really appreciated getting an up-front estimate of the cost of the project from Ms. Di before I agreed to have the work done. Id called around Albuquerque (before contacting Rocketman Plumbing) and SOME plumbing services would not give a quote until the plumber was able to see how extensive the job would be. Even then, if I decided the on-site estimate was too much to pay and didnt want the work done, there would STILL be a fee required for the technician to just show up. Bummer!...So glad that I stumbled on to Rocketman Plumbing Services online! I couldnt ask for a better end result and will continue to patronize Rocketman Plumbing for future needs!The..ONLY...glitch I experienced was that my Receipt of Payment was emailed to the WRONG email address. Because only one single alphanumeric character was mistakenly omitted from my email address by Rocketman Staff, that Electronic Receipt (most likely) went to another (unknown) email recipient that may exist. Now, because my name, address and other information concerning my credit card was sent to the WRONG person, Ill need to cancel my credit card and have another issued. Hopefully, this wont become messy...Thanks, again, Mr. Carlos! YOU made the difference, Sir!

We feel Rocketman is a company that values their customers.

She is efficient...obviously caring about the needs of the customer. She recognized that I had an after hours furnace emergency. Ken was dispatched and resolved the issue promptly and efficiently. Prior to that I had several persistent plumbing issues. Scott fixed those problems as well as any professional. Rocketman Plumbing is the best.

I needed a leak detected before my insurance would approve repairs. I called all over town and the soonest I could get somebody to come out was in three days. Which meant I would be without water for four days. I spoke with Di at Rocket Man and she had Kyle come out to my house within an hour. Kyle was professional and knowledgeable. I had rocketman come out to my home yesterday to fix my toilet valve that wouldnt shut off the water supply, as well as a leaking flapper. The plumber tried to convince me to get a new toilet, but we were able to fix the issue without having to do that thankfully and save some money that way.First time customers also get a $25 discount, which I didnt see mentioned anywhere so I figured Id included it here. I would use them again if I needed them, the plumber seemed knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

The owner of Rocketman gave me the best estimate and he was the only one who went into the crawl space and took photos so I could see the problems. I called Rocketman yesterday morning for an estimate for water heater replacement. I have been without hot water for 2 WEEKS trying to get my home warranty company and their assigned local contractor to do the work. Delay after delay. He was kind, respectful, clear with information and patient with me as I was so frustrated with the past two weeks. GOOD NEWS- Rocketman is installing my new water heater this morning!!!! These guys are the best! Always reliable and very knowledgeable. They were able to fix our shallow water pump (nobody else was able to figure it out before - or even show up), installed filters, cleared our septic line, and replaced all the toilets in our home. Everything was done at a reasonable price. They even followed up after each job to make sure all was still good. I wouldnt recommend anyone else for any plumbing needs.

I had a plumbing emergency (leak we could not shut off) after hours, and my usual plumber was closed. The Rocketman dispatcher was very nice and assured me they could get to me next and were at my home to stop a leak within a few hours of calling. All of this was after business hours, and I am not a usual customer of theirs! They were able to stop the leak with the supplies they had. And returned promptly the next morning for a permanent fix. The fees were reasonable for emergency work. And more of the repair was done the next day at regular prices, that were also reasonable. I will use them again. The plumber did a great job of communicating with me every step of the way and was very professional. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

In the midst of the Albuquerque heat wave our refrigerated air suddenly stopped working. Called Rocketman at 7:00 am and they said they could send a crew out same day! Ken and Ray called when they were 20 mins away, showed up as scheduled, and gave me some quick diagnostic facts and cost estimates for possible outcomes. Then they went on the roof and started testing the least expensive parts first. Praise God, it was just a $20 capacitor. Ken knows his stuff and was great at communicating. Five stars all around.

My furnace was making some strange, loud noises then went completely offline. I wasnt able to determine the issue and gave Rocketman a call based on co-worker recommendation. They got me squeezed in the next day and figured out that it was the inducer motor in my furnace that needed to be replaced. Got it done and working within the hour they arrived. Very professional and helpful. Payment was easy, even for first time customer (which comes with a discount!) and Im happy to recommend them!

Was willing to quote the project in a few different ways for my insurance company. The cold snap caused the supply pipe from under our house to one of our outdoor faucets to rupture. We had gallons of water spraying out of the pipe and no way to stop the leak without shutting off all water to our home. Lawrence, from Rocketman, came out on this 20 degree day and replaced the broken section. It wasnt easy to access, but he did a great job at a very reasonable cost. Well definitely call Rocketman again!

These guys are awesome! They were the only ones to make time on a Monday when my sewer backed up. Doug was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and patient as I followed him around and asked a zillion questions.When the problem wasn’t resolved after his visit and we needed and estimate on possible sewer pipe repair he came the next morning after we called to get the estimate started. The next day a crew was digging and working to figure out exactly what was going on.They communicated with my through the whole process and were awesome to talk to. Everyone that came to my house brought a good attitude and worked hard.My sewer pipe is done and I’m so happy that we came across this company.I will definitely use them in the future!

I would recommend rocketman to anyone who has any plumbing needs. My realtor gave me their information to have them fix some requests by the buyers of our house. They came out the same day I called, gave us a reasonable quote, then promptly fixed everything we requested. After a re inspection the inspector came back out and claimed they had not fixed the part , so I called and immediately Tina got ahold of someone to have them out the following morning. They came back out reassessed the part (which had been fixed correctly the first time) and went the extra mile to write the report again stating their second assessment the part is brand new and in working condition. I am so grateful for Tina, Erick, and all the staff at Rocketman that helped us so that we could close on the sale of our home on time. Thanks again for all that you do!!

Main Water Line To House Replaced: What can I say, these guys are great. They are very fast and reasonably priced. What I thought would be a 3 or 4 day job, was completed in a day and a half and done right. My main water line was replaced. including under the driveway without breaking or cutting any concrete. They made a very difficult job look easy. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I think that when it comes to contractors, integrity is the single biggest trait one could hope for. I requested an irrigation valve box built from Rocketman Plumbing and they initially completed the work, but there were severe problems. They returned twice and the third time, Kyle, the co-owner, came out to make sure it was done right and that I was completely satisfied. They easily overspent what I paid and they made sure it was right in the end. Rocketman Plumbing has integrity and my respect.

Provided an professional estimate of the required work.3. Excellent work performed by qualified plumber.4. The plumber used a drop cloth in consideration of my clean home.5. The work performed was best quality, quick and clean solder joints.6. The work included bringing everything up to CODE, including gas venting and routing a new pipe and connection to pressure release drain.Both the owner and the plumber were open to negotiating certain aspects of the work like the routing of the copper drain pipe, and to my satisfaction. Apparently the way that my water heater was installed 20 years ago is not currently up to code. So they came back but not during the week they came on a weekend and spent more time trying to figure out how we could bring it up to code. They were here three different times and I probably spent more than 10 hours of my time overall waiting for the installation and fix. Ultimately they found a solution and to what they did not initially think was going to be a problem. Repairman was pleasant and somewhat professional. My only complaint was on his weekend visits he drove his personal vehicle to my residence and it leaked oil on my driveway. I was very unhappy about that situation and very unhappy that he wasn’t able to clean it up totally. Finally I had to reschedule with the city inspectors office to have them come out and do a second inspection. Thankfully it past the second time around. I would recommend this company as they seem comparably priced and we’re willing to work until the situation was resolved.

The best most amazing plumbers. Rocketman plumbing will be my forever plumbers and Carlos was amazing. I had an old worn out sink drain pipe break in the wall right above the foundation at the hub of a joint. Rocketman was the only plumber in town that did not point directly at jackhammering the foundation. Carlos came and looked at the issue said I have all the parts and tools for this. Had us up and running within an hour and no jackhammering the foundation. Carlos was also so amazing and friendly.
