We had a major water leak in the front yard. We got two estimates. The first company was way more expensive and didnt offer nearly as thorough of a job. Miguel and his crew were fantastic. They encountered gravel, rose bushes, and a wonky water line installation. They didnt complain, they didnt raise the price, and they made sure my mom had water whenever possible. They installed a new line, pressure regulator, and even put the gravel back. Then a week later, the water heater started leaking. They showed up same day on a holiday and again went above and beyond. Replaced the water heater, connections, and even the soggy wood. Pulled out the carpet around it and made sure everything was dry, functional, and sturdy. Even installed an alarm to warn us if it ever leaks again. I didnt know such a thing existed. Thank you everyone!

I hired NCB Mechanical to convert my swamp cooler to a new refrigerated air unit. Out of five quotes I collected for the job, NCB had the lowest quote and the best unit for my needs. The salesman, Jeff, came out promptly and delivered a solid quote, outlining several options without being pushy or trying to make a sale. The job was scheduled within a week (I wanted it done before Mothers Day), and they accommodated my request with enthusiasm. The work was done by a great tech crew (thank you, Bryan!), superb electrical team (Quezada Electric, thank you, Ramon!), and great crane truck crew. This year I had a handyman prepare my home for summer, but he didnt do it right (I wont make that mistake again). Once again, I called NCB Mechanical to fix his mistakes. Brandon runs a great crew that you will soon be glad you brought on board. I needed a brand new AC and heater. I was cool by the end of the first day as it was still warm. Heater was quickly installed with all the safety equipment and a pressure test verified by the city. They took time to install the proper condensate pump explaining everything as they worked. System was great for 1.5 year until I had trouble one night keeping the flame on in the heater. Brandon promptly showed up to troubleshoot and found that a sensor was a little dirty. Left me with the skills to quickly tackle the job on my own if I see it again. Super friendly and professional as I took advantage of their 24/hr service. Even in their busy season Brandon went the extra mile to keep our family warm and happy. Not to mention he easily beats the boys out there like Wagner ($10k less) Affrdable (8k less) truly a diamond can be found in this company. I haven’t even had the opportunity to use them on a plumbing call yet. Is there anything they can’t do? Haven’t found it yet! Keep trucking Brandon.

Back in early Fall, my rental home plumbing was clogged again. A plumber I had used before came, spent 15 minutes and charged my $175 - Didnt solve the problem. He advised a $900 smoke test to figure out where the troublesome bathtub clog was. Another well-known expensive local company wanted to do the same. I tried NCB, and they fixed the problem (the previous owners must have had a huge, hairy black dog?). NCB didnt charge outrageous, were pleasant and efficient. What a relief! Thanks guys.

Call NCB Mechanical is great advice! (Like the commercial says.) My old GE furnace lasted at least 43 years but gave it up this year. I had another company try to light the furnace and then I called NCB Mechanical. Brandon inspected the GE furnace carefully and educated me on what was wrong. That gave me confidence in his expertise and I knew I found the right company in NCB Mechanical. They gave me a good estimate on a new Heil furnace. The Heil furnace is not only a replacement but an improvement! Brandon and Ryan installed the Heil furnace today and they were very professional and courteous and respected my home. It feels great as a homeowner to know that I found a company I can trust to steer me in the right direction and to provide great equipment installed right at an affordable price.

This company checks all the boxes. My plumbing experience could not of been better. Marcus and Carlos went above and beyond. No upselling, just the facts and they do it right. This was not your average repair. The leak was coming from water lines going into the floor in our kitchen. It had been poorly done 17 years ago when the home was built. Unfortunately poor workmanship is far too common. In our 44 years of home ownership I have never had a company I have felt more comfortable with. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

This company was exceptional. They resolved the issue. They were thorough with their testing to ensure the issue was resolved. They were reasonably priced.I had clogged sinks that needed immediate attention. My primary plumber was out sick and so I was forced to find a plumbing service online. After some quick online searching, I found TLC Plumbing and Albuquerque Plumbing. Both had on-call service and had availability to come out right away. The problem was that I was very nervous about using a big company. In general, these companies are more interested in selling additional services than resolving the actual issue. Quantity over quality. After speaking with both TLC and Albuquerque Plumbing, their on-call reps did not offer much reassurance that I would receive quality service. They were abrupt and werent great at answering questions I had. They almost had this take it or leave it attitude. In the end, I decided to leave it.After a little more searching, I found NCB Mechanical. The on-call rep (mightve been owner) was exceptional. He took the time to answer questions I had and reassured me that the company had a high success rate in quickly resolving the type of issue I was having. So, I scheduled to have the plumber come out the next morning.The plumber was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and very tactful in his approach. He did not take a brute-force approach in resolving the issue in an effort to get in and out. He took his time. Unfortunately, the clog was a little worse than he had thought and the snake he needed wasnt currently available. Since the issue was not resolved due to the tool being unavailable, I was not charged. The plumber was very apologetic and assured me that someone would return first thing in the morning to resolve the issue. While I was disappointed that the issue wasnt resolved, I appreciated the plumber being honest with me and not charging me for a mistake on their end.As promised, the next morning a plumber came out. As expected the clog took some time to clear out. The plumber then asked me to work with him in ensuring that the pipes were completely clear. We ran a series of tests such as running water and filling up the sinks and releasing the drain. The plumber wanted to spend extra time testing to ensure the issue was resolved. I appreciated this since the one and only time I worked with Roto-Rooter the issue came back shortly after the plumber left. After a good amount of time, the plumber felt comfortable that the issue has been resolved. The plumber took the time to explain why this issue might’ve happened. He also provided advice and tips on how to prevent this from happening again. I will definitely use this company again. Great all-around experience.

We went ahead and asked for the replacement cost for both the furnace and our refrigerated air unit, which were both over 15 years old. Its a bit unnerving when theres a puddle of water in your yard and a water bill for $213.00 dollars. After wasting just over $900 dollars on two companies who happily gave misinformation, I reached out to NCB mechanical through a Google search for a competent plumber here in Albuquerque New Mexico.Though there are many good ones here in the state, I settled on NCB after talking to the company owner Brandon Saiz. Marcus Chavez came out to my house to give me a free estimate. After inspecting the puddle, going under my house, he returned with the news that my main water line needed replacement and it was going to cost around $3000.00 dollars less a senior discount of 10% since Im a senior. A date was set and when Marcus returned with a co-worker (Nate) they went right to work under some very hot and humid conditions. A trench was hand dug since there were obstacles in the way. They were of one mind and on point throughout the job. Once done, it was done and no additional unknowns or surprise charges. No more puddles, good water pressure, a happy wife and a happy me. i would not hesitate to call NCB mechanical again for future work...(which BTW i did; Marcus came out to resolve a bathroom Issue and Nate came with an HVAC specialist to give me an estimate on Mini-Splits). As an up and coming company, it would be smart to give them a call for your needs.

I called Ncb first but they were super busy and couldn’t get someone out here until later, so we called around and made an appt with another company. Tyler with ncb ended up calling within a few mins to say he had time to come by and take a look, which was awesome. He dug in the mud and was easily able to figure out we had a crack in the water line pvc. He then got the parts needed and was able to fix it, no issue. Tyler was very knowledgeable and friendly!
