I was very impressed with this company. They responded quickly after we called. They replaced a heater, water heater and installed a faucet in the kitchen. Michael is very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He takes his time to get the job done to perfection. I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I called at least seven different plumbers around town (lost track just how many) and this was the first one where I got someone to call me back and not be funny about pricing. Everyone was kind, efficient, willing to answer questions, and gave fair quotes.

Very friendly, professional service. Michael was very knowledgeable & didnt come up with a bunch of misc costs to cushion the bill, very straight forward charges & decently priced compared to other plumbing companies. Highly recommended.

I called the office and the lady answering the phone was very courteous and scheduled me for a service visit the next day, what a surprise compared to the 4 days I had to wait when looking for a plumber on a previous issue. The plumber was running a little late but called twice to update me on a time (what service) and when arrived provided great information and a price that was probably half of what others would have charged. Cant say enough good things about them.

The BEST plumbing service I have ever used - TLC is overpriced and horrible customer service. I tried Dr. Plumbing and he was FANTASTIC!!!Super responsive, and fixed my plumbing leak within a few hours. Cannot recommend enough.

I ve no expierience as to the companys price and overall integrity of installations but as sure as they are licensed and bonded im sure they are competitive and adept at the tasks of their profession. I give them a benefit of doubt because theyre from the neighborhood and locally owned. In my book that is far better than taking a risk with these franchised or national shops that have out of state concerns, better to keep our hard earned money local.
