The crew was very professional and considerate of my home as they pumped foam under our foundation. We felt like Ken, the estimator, and Bill, one of the project leads were honest with us and gave us the straight story. The foam crew was top notch and explained how the process would work and what they needed us to do.

Highly recommended! We hired Tim for a Floor Level Survey and it was a great experience from start to finish. He was very professional, paid close attention to small details and followed the proper covid safety protocols. This business is very fair. Tim came out to take a look at a dip I had in my slab foundation. He arrived exactly on time, within the minute, and took his time to understand the concern, looked around and inspected the walls, then told me it wasnt an issue. He didnt try to push a service that I didnt need and taught me the real warning signs to look out for, which is very much appreciated.That level of professionalism and customer respect will definitely have me calling him in the future if I do end up needing foundation work.

He was very thorough in his evaluation of our home and provided us with some much needed information on how to proceed. I was worried our house had major foundation issues because of some recent cracks. Tim Appel came out to evaluate and assured me we did not have foundation issues. Tim explained that there were many factors that could cause the cracks. He arrived on time, was so informative and polite I would recommend this company to anyone with concerns.

After the submission, I got one email from a rep. I replied to that, asking for an estimate on a clearly stated issue, with zero follow-up or reply. Usually contact forms are easy ways for businesses to recognize customers are WANTING to spend money on a solution.
