    Very happy with my new refrigerated air unit and mini split system installed by Moore Quality a month ago.Lawrence Barela was here today and rechecked everything to make sure my unit is working properly.     Today Lawrence Barela came and did a checkup on the Rheem furnace and air conditioning system we had installed by Moore Quality Air 3-1/2 years ago. Lawrence arrived within the time window quoted and gave a heads up call with a more specific time. As was the case when the unit was 1st installed, I was very pleased with his work.

    I rarely write reviews, but these guys were so good they deserve a shout out! They did an AC conversion getting rid of my old swamp cooler, installed a tankless water heater, and upgraded my electrical panel. And the cost was very reasonable and explained from the start. From the time George, Julian, and Lawrence arrived, they hardly stopped working, except to explain things to me as I hung around watching the magic happen. Even Anthony and Jonathan (the owners) came by to discuss the project as it proceeded. They all worked like a great team that gets the job done right! Im still amazed at the flawless result! If you dont call Moore Quality Air you are making a mistake.

    We switched from a swamp cooler to refrigerated air. We also got a new furnace. We did our homework by researching and getting several quotes. We decided on Moore Quality Air because Anthony was so friendly and knowledgeable about everything, and most important is that he did a “heat load calculation.” That is what really determines the size of the a/c or furnace unit you need. The other companies we got quotes from did not mention that at all. John was very friendly when we called to set up the appointment. Manny, Julian and George were great. We also met John, when he came to bring parts. They came on schedule in the morning and were done by the early afternoon. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Manny showed us and explained how everything worked. Anthony called after the installation to thank us for our business. This company is AWESOME and we highly recommend them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

    I used to be a fan of a particular large heating, cooling, and plumbing contractor, I have now been converted! Anthony took his time to explain why we should choose him and then backed it up with the most professional service of all the upgrades we made to our NE heights home. George and Lawrence were professional, clean, and thorough with the heat and AC unit. Julian was amazing, explaining every detail he would make with the electrical changes needed to support the system. This team is by far the most customer service oriented team I have worked with yet.     We couldnt be happier with the service provided by everyone at Moore Quality Air. Great experience from start to finish. We had our water heater replaced, had an unused water softener removed, and needed a leaking shower valve repaired. Joe initially came out to look at the job and provide an estimate. He was extremely detailed on exactly what the job would entail and what to expect. It was an easy decision to decide to go with Moore. Julian, Jorge, and Lawrence came out to complete the job, arriving right on time. They kept us updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond fixing a couple of small issues they noticed were out of code with our furnace gas line and venting. The end results exceeded our expectations, and there is no question that we will be using Moore for all future projects.

    I had shopped around for an AC conversion the last few months and decided to work with Moore Quality Air. Anthony stopped by to provide an estimate and answer any questions I had before setting an installation date. George, Julian, Julan, and Lawrence showed up first thing in the morning and completed the project by early afternoon. They were extremely professional and courteous, communicating with me throughout the various stages of the install. They were even kind enough to offer me doughnuts when they first arrived. Couldnt be happier with my decision to have Moore convert my home form swamper to AC, I would gladly use them again for any related work in the future.

    Moore Quality just replaced my Furnace. Anthony worked on the old unit and after speaking with the MFG Rep found the Secondary Heat exchanger was shot and evaporation system would not work. Moore had a new unit installed the next morning within 4 hours. The Moore employees, namely Julian, JJ and Lawrence were very professional and explained each step as they installed the unit. They garage was left spotless after they completed the installation. We are very glad we have Moore Quality Air as our HVAC company and would recommend them highly. They are quick to respond and and very reasonable as to any cost.

    Moore Quality Air has handled all of our HVAC needs since moving to Albuquerque. Theyre on time, on budget, and the guys (Joe, Julian, George, and Lawrence) are always polite, professional and a pleasure to work with!Previously, they replaced our ancient roof-mounted swamp cooler with a new unit (and new wiring from the switch to the unit). The work was done fast, and they handled all of our questions (about ducting/dampers/etc) with easy to understand answers and examples.If you need any heating/cooling work done in the ABQ metro area, these folks should be on speed dial! I cant recommend them highly enough.Update: April of 2024.Updating the review to add Lawrence to the list of kudos! Lawrence has helped us over the last few years with everything from replacing faucets and water pumps, to diagnosing furnace issues and replacing copper tubing. Hes always friendly, knowledgeable, and his work is excellent. Thank you, Lawrence!Update: September of 2024.We had a troublesome shower/tub faucet that had developed a constant trickle leak and needed to be replaced. The ball-lever type faucet cartridge was a non-standard one (looked to be from the 80s), but Lawrence was able to identify it, find the part, and get it replaced same day!As always, the folks at Moore get the job done right!

    To sum things up, my experience with Moore could not have been better. Easy to make an appointment that fit my schedule, on time and as scheduled arrival with a courtesy on the way call before. The team, to include Jonathan as well, was very professional, kept us informed of every step of the total process.     I am so impressed by Moore Quality Air! I noticed some water bubbling out of my mastercool and called for an appointment. In the middle of this heat wave they were able to get me in without a 3 week wait! Joe Castillo came out and checked everything over and it was a simple fix! I had already had them out for my winter/summer changeover and needed some electrical work done at a following appointment. Both Lawrence and Julian were terrific!     Lawrence is the best. He came out to service my swamp cooler as he has done for the last few years. He made sure everything was running smoothly and even dropped in a new sewer bleed off line at no additional charge. The charge is $99.00 but I feel they are worth it because I can rest easy that the work is done right the first time. I have a bad leg so I cant go running up and down on my roof which is very helpful for Moore Quality Air to be able to come out.

    Moore QA was handed down to me as HVAC techs when I took over facilities maintenance at a church. They did such an attentive job on heating and 2 evap coolers maintenance that I have now used them 10+ years for the church, 2 rentals & personal properties. Lawrence and Joe have serviced my equipment; theyve consistently been professional, thorough, patiently answered questions and provided knowledgeable, useful feedback. Lawrence once discovered filthy 4 year old filter in crawlspace heating unit I didnt know was there (other Costco deal installers didnt inform of) and removed it, bypassing so I can replace filters at an easily accessible alt location. Joe replaced evap cooler and walked me through how to obtain PNM credit. Moore also did an emergency water heater replacement for me w/in 1 day after it leaked water through ceiling in middle of night. Owner, Jonathan, has, multiple times, walked me through emergency fixes for rental over phone when they couldnt get out immediately, as well as informatively and patiently answered questions re: various future alternative strategies.Having done much of my own maintenance in younger days, I used to think their fees were a little high but, in past few years, have found Moore to be comparable to, or a little less than, 2 big name companies in ABQ. Moore QAs personal, responsive & informative service is well worth developing a relationship with. Theyre forever MY guys!

    After getting quotes from several companies for conversion from evaporative cooling to refrigerated air we made the decision to have Moore Quality Air do the work. Anthony answered all of our questions, was extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable with our choice of equipment.     When our 30yr old furnaces and 2 rusty swamp coolers needed replacement, we got estimates from what seemed to be the 3 best ABQ businesses: TLC, Daniels and Moore. We went with Moore because of the knowledge that Anthony (estimator/owner) displayed, their price, and their reputation on Google & in my neighborhood.We have a semi-large (3200sq/ft) 2-story that needed two systems.     From start to finish, these guys were top notch.Joe C. came out for our initial diagnostic appointment on Friday & was on time, up front, honest, hard working, & easy to talk to. He didnt give us any bull about our options re: our broken heat. Because of the upfront nature of this company, we decided it was time to replace the entire unit. Joe gave us time, without any pressure to make a big decision, to figure out if we wanted to just repair or replace our entire system. He came right back to finalize measurements & get us scheduled for the install.Jorge & Julian showed up bright & early Monday morning to install our new heating & air. They worked their tails off all day to have the entire install completed by the time I was clocking out of work at 5pm. Im currently sitting in comfort again in my living room as I write this.     I had my water heater replaced, and did not hesitate in calling Moore. They had replaced my heating and cooling system last summer, and was extremely impressed with all aspects of their install. As usual Jorge and Julian again did an amazing job. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went above and beyond what is expected.     We had a high-end swamp cooler, but it wasn’t good enough for me. We contacted Moore Quality Air to look into installing central air. Johnathan came out and we looked at options together. The cost of installing central air was far above our budget, so we decided on getting a Breezeaire Evaporative Cooler.I cannot give this cooler a high enough review. It is so quiet I wouldn’t even know it is on except that it is so effective. It also works well in high humidity. In fact, during the wonderful humid Monsoon Season in New Mexico my Breezeaire went out. When it was up and running again it was 79 degrees and 45% humidity in my house. 15 minutes later it was 70 degrees and very comfortable.As for Moore Quality Air, I have never dealt with any company with this level of customer service. Johnathon is always available, prompt, friendly and professional. Joel installed my unit, my new water heater and came out to repair my Breezeaire. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, efficient and capable.On the morning of July 12 our Breezeaire stopped working. I called at 6:00 AM and left a message since Moore Quality Air doesn’t open until 8:00. Johnathan called me before 8:00 to see what I needed. They were not able to get there in the morning but gave me a window of 1:00 to 5:00. Joel called me before 1:00 and came to fix my A/C. In fact, when he came to install my unit, install my water heater, set my A/C up for the winter or summer, and fix it when it went out, Joel has always been early. My time, like yours, is valuable and he realizes that. Due to the service agreement none of these visits have ever cost me a penny. (Except for the installs of course.)Long story short, I am sitting in a very cool house as a very satisfied life-long customer of Moore Quality Air. I am quite glad I found them.Follow up. Lawrence Barela came out this week to turn on my A/C. As with every experience I have had, he was very professional and efficient. I have had nothing but good experiences with Moore.

    I quoted out having my home converted to refrigerated air. After 4 quotes, Moore came back with the best quote for a panel upgrade and install of a Mini-split AC system.I was impressed with their quote, professionalism an how the owners talks well about his people.They recently finished and it works amazingly.     Last month I called Moore Quality Air to have a technician come out and do some repairs on my AC as it was icing up and not cooling at all. When Joe came out to check the system they found that the condenser was leaking refrigerant and the entire system was failing and was not worth the cost to repair , Joe showed my wife and I options for a new unit and also helped getting financing with a program that has 0% interest for the term of the contract 👍. Long story short Julian , Lawrence , Jorge came out the following week and did a fantastic job on the new unit , they were on time , professional and did some wonderful craftsmanship on the new duct work and electrical and installed a quality Rheem unit again workmanship was excellent and they completed the job in 6 hrs . Also needed a electrical panel upgrade and Julian and Lawrence came back out again a couple weeks later and did a wonderful job on the panel and new meter connection all I can say again is Moore Quality Air is fantastic company to work with and I will recommend them for any of your HVAC and electrical services that you may need .👍.     One of our 2 HVAC units failed after 15 years of service. We decided to replace both, since the life-expectancy of the working unit was likely short, and newer units would be more efficient.Anthony, one of the owners, came within a couple of days of contacting him and provided an estimate that afternoon. Ours was a fairly straight-forward replacement using the same manufacturer and no changes to units’ tonnage, footprint & ductwork.Anthony explained his recommendations and options well and provided documentation for the company’s licensing and expertise. He responded promptly to some questions we had following our meeting, and we were impressed by his honest assessment of our needs. Estimates from 3 companies were very similar, with Moore being slightly less than the others. That along with our confidence that Moore would do a good job for us sealed the deal.Replacement took place just 4 days later. The crew arrived on schedule, along with a crane to remove/replace the rooftop units. George, Julian, Lawrence & Jonathan did a great job getting everything installed and running, including replacing 2 interior thermostats (right down to spackling the holes visible from the old thermostats’ mounting screws). By lunchtime, we were enjoying a nice, cool home again!Even though we have an annual service contract with another company which we like, we chose Moore Quality Air to replace our units, and we highly recommend them.

    My furnace went out on a Tuesday and they were able to replace it within 2 days during a severe cold snap, even with an excess of other work.     Our first installation of a central AC unit was with Moore about 4 years ago and their overall product, service and advice was outstanding so I came back a second time on 5-26-20. You MIGHT find a lower price from the big guys but you wont get the quality service, product and support youll get from our local (NM) guys at Moore. Anthony Hughes (co-owner) got us set up with a rooftop LG mini-split AC/Heating unit that was installed and operating beautifully. It cools our 2 west facing bedrooms very quickly and efficiently and doesnt require ugly ducting that you see with central air units. His installers, Julian and George did outstanding work. Thorough, professional, neat, respectful, patient and engaging. Theyre the best by far and Id not hesitate in recommending Moore to anyone!!

    Super happy with my service. The AC went out and trying to get someone here before the temp got to 100 was a challenge! But they were here the next day! John (? If I remember his name correctly- I hope cuz he was so professional & nice) assessed the issue, show me where to find the age of my ac and heater, checked the breakers and then went to the roof. When he came down, he hooked up the dead part to his meter, showed me what it was supposed to read (it wasnt reading) and explained what that part did. He also showed me a video of the unit.     Fourth review: 15 February 2023Quality Air saved the day – again. My water heater quit (completely) yesterday so I called them ASAP! Jonathan got me scheduled for first thing this morning for a new water heater installation. Moore Quality Air does it again. I love these guys and don’t bother to shop around anymore since I KNOW they’re going to do a grade A job (they always do). Today, Jorge and Julian came out to upgrade my swamp cooler to central air. Jorge and Julian showed up at 9am (always punctual) and left at 3:45pm. They worked all the way through and did a great job on the installation! These are the two you want working on your central heart/air (or swamp cooler). Moore Quality Air does it all!If you’re new to New Mexico and on the fence about getting central air installed, I have two words for ya: Monsoon Season. Jorge explained monsoon season to me and that’s all I needed to hear to make up my mind. Swamp coolers do work (typically -10° from the outside temperature), but when monsoon season hits, all swamp coolers will do is circulate damp, muggy air. Sounds great, huh?     Anthony is a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He gave various options for heating and cooling. Anthony was fair with his price and brought the highest quality and attention to detail to the job. We have wall furnaces that needed attention. One needed be replaced while the other he admitted could continue to operate if serviced alone. The team also replaced our gas line through out the house that needed to be uniform or consistent in size and were in code violation. We also had a brand new evaporative cooler and full electrical overhaul on a house built in the 50s.     Moore Quality Air installed a new water heater for me. My heater was at the end of its life cycle so I decided that ii would rather replace it now than go thru the grief of no hot water or, worse yet, leaks.It was quick and easy to contact John and Joe and have them come look at what I was requesting. They showed up on time and were helpful and courteous. They quoted a price at that time, and we agreed on a day for the installation to occur. Prior to the installation time, I was contacted to confirm the day and time for the installation to occur.On the scheduled day, I was contacted and informed that they were on the way and would be onsite within 15 minutes, which they were. Lawerance, arrived and instantly begun draining the existing unit for removal. Within a few minutes, Eric and George arrived with the new water heater. We went over the expectations, and they gave me a time that they anticipated being complete. These men were all knowledgeable and hard working. They worked well together and did a very good job. All of the work was installed level, square showed they had pride in their craftsmanship. They were completed and the water heater was making hot water quicker than the initial indicated estimate.George, Eric and Lawerance should be commended for the job that was performed and the manner in which the work was completed. I would definitely recommend Moore Quality Air for any project that you have. This is actually the second time that they have done work for me, and I will contact them for future work.

    We called and spoke with Anthony about our ac needs for a new house we purchased recently. When he came to our house he explained the different options we could go with and the benefits of each ac unit. When my wife and I ask him which he would recommend he said the cheaper unit would be best for us.     My entire experience with Moore Quality Air has been exceptional.I was very impressed when Anthony and Jonathan came into my home and explained to me all the options I had for a new cooler. The knowledge and experience Anthony and Jonathan had combined helped in my decision to purchase a new Breezair unit. The installation was also an experience because I received first hand information on how my Breezair was constructed and most importantly how it operated. After the installation Anthony and Jonathan made sure I knew how the remote for my cooler worked and then they congratulated me on my new purchase.A few weeks later i received a call from Anthony and he called to ask me how I liked my new unit. I was impressed that Antony followed up with a phone call to ask me about how everything was going ( another fine example of great customer service).     Anthony and his crew have been exceptional throughout the entire HVAC process. I had a new furnace installed and switched from a swamp cooler to refrigerated air and they have made the transition so easy. They completed the work in a single day.     These guys were great. I had 2 Rheem air conditioning systems in the house that had made it to 20 years without any problems, so I decided to replace both with the same brand in the off season. Now that companies can no longer get the old refrigerant, anything goes wrong with the equipment and theyll have to replace it anyway. And likely in the middle of July.I talked with the owners Jonathan and Anthony and got an estimate that was a very competitive price. The difference between them and the other estimates was they gave one price for the whole job, no matter what they ran into. My install even had a crane rental involved, which was still included in the price.The install team (Julian, George, and Lawrance) showed up exactly when they were scheduled, and got down to business. I talked with them a little throughout the day, you could tell these guys took pride in the job they were doing and how everything worked and looked after they were done. One side of the house was not easy and required new refrigerant lines in the attic, new thermostat wires, and a complete rebuild of the ducts attached to the unit. They left both new units looking much better than the original installers did with the old ones 20 years ago. They also pull the permits, schedule the city inspection for you, and handle all the warranty paper work. The way the install was done was even complemented by the inspector, which is the most Ive ever heard one of them say.

    I moved to NM a few weeks ago from Iowa. (BTW, I am not related to this company although we share the same last name.) I wasnt sure if the furnace in my newly purchased house had been checked yearly so I called Moore Quality Air. I have a Rheem furnace and they service Rheem.I talked with Jonathan and we discussed the furnace(one stage, two stage?) and programmable thermostats. He gave me several options and said if there was a thermostat I liked, the tech would install it for $20. That is the route I took.I called Monday and today(Wed.) Joe, the tech, came to my house. He showed me the parts of the furnace and explained how each functioned. He noticed the condensation drain was inclined back into the furnace and he changed it to drain down. He changed the air filter and installed my thermostat. I mentioned the crooked vent cover on the entry wall and he went to his truck twice for the proper screw to reposition the cover and hold it in place. I am very impressed!Being new to area, I worried who to hire but am completely satisfied with Joe and Moore Air Quality.

    We are new to New Mexico and took a chance having read all the 5 Star reviews decided to call Moore Quality Air. We had an old water conditioner that came with the house that was no longer in service and have been noticing hard water stains appearing on our sinks and bath fixtures and decided to replace the long defunct unit. Joe from MQA promptly came out to perform the service call and even though the softener was in an awkward location Joe was able to remove the old unit and place the new one in a more favorable location. This was done in a very professional manor leaving the area clean and orderly. Joe even installed three faucets proving the Moore Quality Air is more than just HVAC. They are on the top of my list when their fine services are needed.

    Theyre very thorough upon initial inspection and quoting. They go through electrical load calculations with you and thermal output etc and then go over pricing and options in great detail. Im a veteran and an exacting engineer, so it takes a lot to get this high rating from me. Our AC went out. I had a new AC/Heater unit installed which also needed new duct work and electrical upgrades. The job had challenges requiring an extra large crane moving a 600 lb load over 40 foot trees, figuring out new return ducts, and running a new electrical line. George, Julian, and Lawrence were a pleasure to work with and competent professionals. They answered all my questions. The teams actions and results earned my trust. The work was impeccable. I could relax knowing the job would be done correctly. The team went above and beyond the required work in many ways including scraping off old foam insulation, cleaning out old mice/squirrel nests, adding sheet metal strips to the new units base to keep mice out, and fixing a breaker to my dryer that went bad. The estimating and pricing from Anthony was excellent and well defined ahead of time. Jonathan was also a pleasure to work with from my initial call to his work on the job site. Highly recommended.

    I give Joe Castillo five stars! I called Moore Air Quality Air on Monday because my refrigerated air unit was leaking water over the weekend. This is my first home with refrigerated air so I asked for a technician to diagnose the issue and to walk me through routine maintenance. The company sent Joe Castillo to my house on Tuesday. He diagnosed the problem right away, explained everything to me in detail and fixed the issue within a reasonable time. He also took the time to look at other plumbing and electrical issues which I have put off during COVID-19, and I expect that I will be using his company for this additional work. Overall, I would highly recommend Joe Castillo. He was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. I wish more contractors provided service like this!

    I was having trouble with my heating unit not working properly, called Moore Quality Air Johnathon told me he would check the availability of his technicians and call me back. He called me within 5 minutes and said his technician Manny could come by and troubleshoot the system. Manny showed up within an hour, found the problem and got my heater up and running in no time. Both these gentlemen were very professional and friendly. Very Impressed!!!

    This was my first experience with this contractor and I was very impressed. Anthony provided the most competitive price and most thorough explanation of the entire project through city inspection. Julian, George, and Lawrence performed the work professionally as scoped and scheduled, and were very cooperative in routing piping and conduits in my garage as I requested.     I have been using Moore Quality air for about 5 years now and love them. They installed a new swamp cooler for my home and have been doing the turn on and shut off every season. They are always very kind and professional when they come to my house and are always honest about what work needs to be done. Would recommend them to anyone. They go above and beyond every time I call them*update 2021*I had another wonderful experience. They did my summer swamp cooler turn on. Lawrence kept me up to date on when he would arrive, practiced covid safe procedures, and was extremely respectful.     Could not be more pleased with Moore Quality Air. Great experience and results from my first call to completion of the job by Manny.We have been having problems with our refrigerated air conditioning system for two years. We had two different well known HVAC contractors out to our house multiple times and spent more than $1500 for zero improvement. The system continued to not be able to cool the house in outdoor temperatures over 85 degrees.Manny showed up on-time and was very friendly and listened very patiently while I explained the issues and failed solutions that were tried. He looked at the other companies invoices and figured out what work had been done. He studied the manual for our unit. After taking some measurements he figured out the problem in about 15 minutes. 20 minutes later he had the parts ordered, under warranty, and scheduled for install 3 days later. On the second visit Manny showed up exactly on schedule and two hours later, on a day with 105 degree temps outside, our A/C is able to keep the house so cold we had to turn the thermostat up! It is so nice to have a service person like Manny that will listen and show that he cares about your problem. Very professional.During my initial call I spoke to one of the owners. He initially set me up for an appt in a day. I explained that I had had already had several visits from experienced hvac technicians with no result and asked if I waited a few more days could I get an appt with his most experienced tech as no one has been able to diagnose our problem. The owner said no problem and now a week after my first call our a/c is working perfectly for the first time in several years.I know who I am going to call every time I need HVAC service.     Typically, I dont write reviews for a business I have not used. However, I want to commend whomever called us back today. (We had left a message yesterday.) He was friendly and listened to my uneducated explanation of our refrigerated air system which has a knocking noise. He explained that they were not taking new bookings at present because they were too busy. Since I had mentioned our unit was a Carrier, he took the time to look up the number for a company he knew that worked with Carrier. The fact he did this without my request, speaks volumes to me about his ethics and genuine kindness given the numerous heat waves we have experienced this summer. Another company (well known) we contacted took a week to return our call and their message said to call back if we still needed assistance. Im truly sorry Moore Quality Air was unable to address our needs. Thank you.

    I only wish we could give more stars to Manny and the team at Moore Quality Air.We just moved into a new home and one of the new A/C units was acting up intermittently. Manny spend the time to figure out what was happening, even following up with the city to understand some concerns around the work the remodel company had done with the install. Given it was intermittent they had to visit a few times to catch the unit in it’s failing mode (Murphy’s Law is alive and well). As soon as they were able to see it failing Manny diagnosed the issue right away, and was there with the replacement part the next day.I can’t recommend Manny or the Moore team highly enough; if you need work done on your a/c these are the guys. They are punctual, professional and the bill was incredibly fair based on the time they invested in debugging the issue.

    I reached out for a service call for my furnace in my home in Rio Rancho. Ive never been so happy about making a service call in my life! I explained I live in CA and my tenant who lives in Rio Rancho sent me a picture of the area she thought a humming sound was coming from near the furnace.     Replaced my homes original 1980s heat/cool HVAC unit with a new one. Jorge, Julian, and Lawrance showed up right on time, and I think they left the place cleaner than it was when they got here. Managed to do almost the entire job in just one day as well.     Called the company that installed the 28-year-old twin-unit furnace after one of the induction fan motors seized up. They advised replacement, since parts for an old furnace are getting ever more expensive, and provided a quote. I called Moore Quality Air for a second quote and reality check on the suggested replacement. Expecting a figure $200 or $300 at most above or below the first quote, I was blown away when Moore came in more than 25 percent lower. Then I was pleasantly surprised by a tear-out and install that took about 2-1/2 hours. The installers were competent, courteous and careful to clean up when they finished. Sign me “Warm and Happy.”
