Mick Rich Contractors completed an extensive renovation of our 18,000 square foot office complex. The complex had been neglected for years and was in so bad of condition it might just have been demolished. They were very considerate of our budget limitations and worked hard to control costs. They worked through the red tape of the permitting, and changing city requirements and inspections. They worked with us to take our design ideas and improve upon them. Our new facility is up to code, modern, and beautiful. We would happily work with Mick Rick Contractors again on future projects.
