I had a sink that would not drain. Luis and Kevin were amazing. They analyzed the problem and explained the best way to solve it. They were very polite and friendly and answered all my questions. I had a double sink installed by Revenge earlier in the year and ended up having a bit of trouble with it. Revenge was able to get someone out to my home the next day.Louis is a consumate craftsman who is genuinely concerned with the quality of the companys work. They are lucky to have him. He was organized and thorough, taking the time to explain what he was doing and why. He fixed what ended up being two issues with the original install in about half an hour.I appreciate his professionalism, skill and candor. While I was less than thrilled about the issues cropping up in the first place, Louis professionalism, skill and candor caused me to re-evaluate Revenge overall. Stuff happens, and this is the exactly the kind of service I look for when it does. I will definitely be requesting him in the future, should I have additional plumbing concerns.

My landlord sent Brian out to find out Why, my heat suddenly stopped working.Not only was he on time, but he was early very communicative calling me telling me when he was going to arrive and called me when he got to my home communication is key ! Brian explained everything to me in a way that I Could understand. Very professional and friendly definitely would use them againSo it turns out we did need them againBill came out and fixed our plumbing downstairs ..the guy is magical !!Excellent job , great people skills . Another guy that explains problems so you can understand!! Stand up guy !

First time using this company after reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews, and now I am pleased to add another. My initial call was promptly answered, and the woman who answered was very professional. Hausan and Kevin arrived on time the next morning in a beautifully designed truck. They were very friendly and cleared a clog in my kitchen pipes quite adeptly. The price was quite fair for the service provided. Revenge is definitely my go-to for future needs and I have recommended them to family. They are truly the sweetest revenge for plumbing issues.

After having less than stellar service from another plumbing company, Revenge Plumbing was a breath a fresh air. They got us scheduled quickly and efficiently. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Niko was great, he identified the problem very quickly and booked the work to be done the following day. Unexpectedly another tech needed to come in his place, so the manager Dean came to do the work. He was friendly, professional and thorough. The work ended up being more in-depth than expected, but Dean got everything back in order in just a few hours. We recommend Revenge Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber and will definitely be utilizing their services in the future!

My hot water heater blew up and flooded my basement. I called Revenge and Dean and Mel showed up within 15 minutes. They immediately shut the water down and installed a new unit within an hour and a half(including going and getting the unit). They were quick, professional, and fair with the price. I was in an emergency and they saved the day! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done.

When we developed a leak from our upstairs tub into our kitchen downstairs, we called our local plumbing company. They came and fixed the problem temporarily, but since we had a BathFitter tub, they couldnt do all of the repairs needed. I called BathFitter and they sent Dean down (an hour away) the next day. The entire experience with BathFitters was great, from the woman who took my call to Dean, who made the repairs. From the moment he walked in, he was friendly and professional. He looked at the problem and immediately knew what was wrong and what he needed to do. He worked for almost 4 hours... we have an old 1895-house so nothing is standard. He explained what he was doing every step along the way. He completed the repairs and I was able to shower this morning!! THANK YOU, DEAN!

Matt and Dean were great. What started out (what I thought) was a clogged toilet backing up into the tub turned out to be a major backup that then froze solid over the weekend with the freezing temps. I felt so bad for them, they were out in that freezing cold all afternoon and into early evening after not being able to clear it from inside. I would definitely hire Revenge Plumbing again for any plumbing needs done.

Revenge installed a washer dryer hookup for us and a dryer vent. You know that your plumber is good when another contractor (electrician) comes to your house, takes one look at the work, and calls it beautiful.Dean, our plumber, was super helpful during the quoting process while breaking everything down for us in laymans term. His apprentice was also very polite and helpful- they actually aesteically fixed a sink for us right next to where they did the piping for us. Dean recommended the most logical layout that would be cheapest for us for both the plumbing and the electeician who came after- so very honest company. He also came and finished up the work when we were away due to an emergency (he was waiting for a part), was super helpful and kind to my mother in law who has some disabilities, and was just an all around pleasant person to work with. When I have to do any more work I will hands down use revenge again. I would recommend them for anyone else in the capital district. Worth every single penny.
