Our entire experience with Unique Plumbing was smooth and positive from beginning to end. Rachel professionally set up a free estimate within a day of our call and when Greg arrived, he went above and beyond in explaining what needed attention. His honesty, knowledge and trustworthiness were immediately transparent. Greg and Robb were quick to schedule work in replacing/redistributing a portion of the homes waste stack as well as replacing a water heater. The price was very fair. They even provided additional time, explanation and help in other plumbing issues. The experience was unique in every way. HIGHLY recommend!

Highly recommend Greg, Rob and team. I had a kitchen water link and had to have all bottom cabinets removed due to the water. After 2 failed attempts with other plumbers and being told my entire house needs replumbed, Greg came and looked at the issue. The next day he and Rob had the dug up, Found the leak and repaired and put them back under the grounds correctly and replaced the concrete. They are so professional and trustworthy. Made sure I understand the and the fix. They are very dependable and highly recommend! I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs

Greg and his team did a wonderful job setting up all the rough-in plumbing and fixtures for a new, small 3/4 finished bathroom we decided to add to our basement. He ensured that the project was completed correctly, too – installing a durable grinder pump system instead of an upflush system. He kept us informed throughout the project, kept everything very clean, and paid very close attention to detail. We are very pleased with the final product and appreciate his teams quality workmanship. We would definitely work with his company again for future projects. Thank you!

There’s something to be said these days for being able to trust the guys that are coming in your home to work, and trusting the quality of their work. That’s why we went with Greg and his team at Unique Plumbing & Drain. Our neighbors even hired them the next weekend after Unique Plumbing was here the week prior. Everyone is happy with their curtesy of using shoe protectors whenever possible to keep dirty shoes off the floor, keeping the work area cleaned up, and most importantly: the quality of their job. Even as simple as when carrying equipment in and out of the house, they staged it all outside on the porch before bringing it inside so they wouldn’t have to keep opening and closing the door over a longer stretch of time. That’s impactful when you have toddlers running around the house to shorten the duration of managing an open door. We had a lot done, floor drains moved and concrete broken up and replaced, new toilet and shower drains installed and set, water lines cut and altered , sink and drain installed, I’m probably even missing things. We’re really happy with it all. (Don’t mind the tools in the photo, that’s us leaving them out, not the plumbers.)

We’ve used Unique a couple times. The first time they responded to a broken pipe/flooded basement problem. The second time, Greg came out to figure out how we should deal with a cracked pipe deep in a wall. Greg and the other folks at unique are very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. We will definitely be using them again.

Rob came out to investigate a water leak in our ceiling basement, and helped to figure out what was causing the issue. Turns out it was due to issues with a water softener line and recommended calling them to help resolve it as to avoid any issues with company overlap. He was courteous and extremely knowledgeable, figuring out a mystery causing ongoing damage. I offered to tip him in good will but he politely declined as they give free estimates, so the next best thing I can do is say that if you are looking for good people to help with a problem that won’t take advantage of you in todays world, do yourself a favor and keep their number handy.

Unique recently installed a new hot water tank for us. We cant say enough positive comments about this company Reliable, fair pricing and wonderful customer service. They called us about 30 minutes before arriving, had vast knowledge of the unit we chose and even cleaned up afterwards (loved the shoe booties-very respectful). Greg and Rob did a fantastic job! Unique is now the only plumbing company we will ever use again.....thank you!

John did a great job start to finish. His estimate stood out to me because he took the time to explain the full issue, what he would do, he also took the time to look at other problem areas around the areas I addressed and gave me options to save me from issues in the near future. He was able to add on same day services to save me from having to make another appointment that would cost me even more. Very professional and respectful.Another thing that stood out to me about this business is they called me when their technician was on their way and called with any delays they were experiencing. That is above and beyond in my book! Nothing worse than adjusting your day to make an appointment work then not hearing from a business or having a couple hour delay that you were not made aware of.I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs and recommend to others! My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about Unique Plumbing they were prompt, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. We were super impressed with the employee that came out to do the repair. We had a broke pipe under our home that’s only accessible by crawl space. He went under without hesitation and saved the day!!! We will use them for any/all plumbing needs we have in the future and we highly recommend them for any plumbing repair!
