Jeff the Plumber was a joy to work with. We were able to make an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Eric, the technician, was able to arrive early and let us know when he was coming. He replaced the disposal (mid-20th Century!) and also snaked a major clog in the sink. Eric is a great guy, the perfect balance between personable and professional. He thoroughly explained what the problem was and what he needed to do and then fixed things with almost no disruption. He even cleaned up after himself though he was so smooth in his execution that there was very little to clean up. I would definitely recommend Jeff the Plumber generally and Eric specifically for any large or small plumbing job.

Have used them a couple of time and they always do a very good job. Replaced a sump pump and replaced an old shutoff valve and outside hose connection. Had the pump and all the parts on hand and done in about an hour. $562 for the whole thing, parts and labor. They even give a call when they are on their way. Would definitely use again.

Eric came out because my hot water tank pan had water in it. Eric was very professional and showed great concern for my property and my wishes. He took the time to explain everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure my water tank was in working order. He replaced the pressure relief valve, added some copper pipe and adjusted my expansion tank psi. He did all this quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Eric and Jeff the Plumber!!

I called Jeff the Plumber for unclog my kitchen sink. They came out ahead of schedule and snaked the line but could not find the clog. Said they would have someone contact me the next day to try and unclog it. There was no charge for 2 hrs of work because they didnt fix it. The next day (a Saturday) they were here and worked 2 more hrs and snaked all the drains until the found the clog. They were very neat and professional and kept me informed as they worked. Their fee was far under what I expected I will use them again. This is the second time I have used their services and both times were very pleased with the results. I would give them a higher rating if I could. I used other plumbers in the area before but I will continue to call Jeff.

Weve been using Jeff the Plumber for over 30 years and they constantly exceed our expectations on any type of service we need. Our kitchen sink became clogged the evening of Thanksgiving and we called hoping theyd be able to come out in a few days. Much to our delight, they were able to come out the next day, they fixed the problem, cleaned the area they worked in and left with our kitchen looking as if theyd never been there! Jeff the Plumber has some of the most knowledgeable servicemen in the industry. Theyre friendly, professional and responsive to any questions we have.Weve been so satisfied with their service that other family members also use them exclusively. We wouldnt think about using any other company for our plumbing needs! Highly recommended!!

I moved our refrigerator and severed the ice making line, which constantly poured water into the house and I could not figure out how to shut off the water. I called Jeff the Plumber, panicked, and within 20 minutes Joe arrived. He was outstanding. Joe fixed everything and even wiped down the standing water. Joe showed me how to shut off the water. The charge was reasonable and everything works again. Instead of a long haul catastrophe I have my life and house back to normal without any serious damage. I am so grateful at the quick service, Joes skills, and his caring and helpful nature. When the water started pouring into our kitchen I had no clue that within one hour my house would be back to normal. Thank you once again, Jeff the Plumber.

We were having issues with a possible broken pipe under the crawl space at our home. On Monday August 21 I called Jeff the plumber and explained the issue. They made an appointment and Alva and Nick were dispatched to my home. They thoroughly checked the pipe for leaks and cleaned it out. They were able to patch it up. We will probably replace it in the future. They were here on time and knew exactly what to do. It was so hot and humid that day I felt bad that they had to crawl under the house. Have used them on two separate occasions and have been very happy with the results on both occasions. First one I had them video my exterior downspouts to look for a break or blockage. Very friendly and went over and above working with us to try and determine the cause of the problem. The other time was addressing a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to unclog it in 30 minutes time.

This is my second time using Jeff The Plumber. The first experience, also five stars, they replumbed a whole house for me and did a fantastic job and were extremely professional. This time, on a different house, I called them for a leaking water heater. They scheduled me an appointment that was very soon and called me when the plumber was on his way. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He examined my water tank and determined it needed replaced. He informed me of the options and costs and then explained that he would go get the tank and install it same day. He returned quickly, installed the tank perfectly, cleaned up the mess, and made sure I knew the features of the new tank before leaving. I strongly recommend using Jeff The Plumber.

I had Jeff The Plumber come out in May 2020 to fix my basement shower. I spoke with an employee named Andy who was respectful and easy to communicate with. They were able to fix my shower no problem. I recently had an issue with my basement shower again. I spoke with Andy again and he reassured me they would send someone out ASAP. They fixed it no problem. Good people. Would recommended them to anyone.

This is the 3rd time we have used Jeff the Plumber. 1st 2 times I used them for my Aunts house. This time we needed them for our house. We thought we had issues with one downspout drain. Turns out it was both downspouts across the back of our house. Shane did a absolute awesome job of finding the problems and recommending what needed to be done. Shane was wonderful to work with. Shane was very punctual courteous and respectful would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Woke up this morning to a cold shower - guess what? Water heater gone and basement flooded. I called Jeff the Plumber at 8:00 and they show up at 10:00. He works hours and ends up replacing the whole unit! Worse yet - they refuse to take payment. It is under warranty they insist. Warranty!! Not only exceptional, prompt service - they stand by their warranty!! I have used Jeff the Plumber for decades- never had a bad experience. They are an outstanding service provider and I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

He arrive at 10 am as promised and left at 12:30. Price was reasonable -- as I had received other estimates a few months ago from two other plumbers. Very grateful to have hot water.

Colin just completed the replacement of a leaking cast iron drain pipe and did a quick (given the scope of the job) and while it wasnt cheap it was reasonable for a 4 hour job. He went above and beyond when he identified a 3 pipe that only had about 1/2 of drain area which he also replaced. I will continue to use them at the 3 properties I own.

If you’re looking for a plumber, call these guys! My husband clogged the toilet on thanksgiving with a house full of people, brown water was coming out of the toilet bowl and tank. Called Jeff the Plumber and first thing the morning after thanksgiving Austin was at my house after driving over an hour to tuscarawus county. Austin stuck his toilet camera down the drain and come to find out a tree root had grown into my sewer line and clogged the whole system! Austin thoroughly explained my options and he and his team then treaded thru the waste in my crawl space to get the pipes unclogged and tree root free, and the family toilet working again. Nice guys, fair prices, great service. I am a Jeff the Plumber customer for life!

Ive used JTP for the last 30 years! First project was a plumbing job on a 100 year old Medina farmhouse. Under very difficult circumstances and conditions they did a great job! That is why I keep coming back to JTP for my plumbing needs. Recently I had a water pressure problem in my home. Water pressure would drop by 60 psi to 20 psi when using multiple water sources at once. Called JTP and they were great on the phone and promptly scheduled a home appointment to check out the problem. They sent out Mike to ascertain and fix the problem. Mikes approach was surgical! He checked the pressure from numerous points from the street connection with the municipal utility into the house. With all the piping in the house, based upon his experience ,he was able to trace to and diagnose the problem as a clogged 6 inch galvanized pipe near the main valve which was hidden behind wall paneling. Mike was able to see this without x-ray! After living in the house for over 20 years I did not know it was there. He carefully removed the wall paneling, shutoff the water supply and cut and replaced the piping with copper.Sure enough the only piece of galvanized piping in the whole house was clogged. Mike fixed it in a professional manner, returning water pressure to a robust 80 psi! Again, JTP did a great job and their employee Mike was professional, courteous, extremely intuitive and skilled! They were outstanding in 1989 and in 2017 A+++++++

Nick, from Jeff the Plumber, came out to fix my outdoor water faucet. Our home was built in the 1950s and of course needs more updates, water/ plumbing is one of them.My faucet had frozen solid and when I turned it on for work that day, Im a dog groomer and naturally WATER is VERY IMPORTANT!!!!I called Jeff The Plumber at 9am, explained my situation, and before 10am here comes Nick to save the day!He was dressed appropriately, wore a mask, very knowledgeably about his craft and was very polite to me. (not afraid of the dogs as well, he did ask before petting my loud and scary Chihuahua with her snarling while wagging her tail. LOLhe was done and cleaned up throughly with a blink an eye. I thought no way... B.S, I WAS WRONG, it was brand new and worked better then I thought it ever would! Best of all, I couldnt beat the price!THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE. Their number will forever be the ONLY ONE I EVER CALL!!!
