Patricia the owner of Hefty Plumbing is amazing. She told me the price for installation and hauling for my hot water heater up front without seeing the job. Her business is located in the Akron area and I live in Cleveland. At best it was at least a 30 minute drive. She was professional and very polite. When she saw my old water heater tank she smiled and said “ I love installing hot water tanks”. Within three minutes of her arrival she began working draining the old tank and left my home to purchase the new one. She worked alone with the exception of her son arriving to assist her with bringing in the new tank and taking out the old one which she hauled away. She’s very particular and meticulous about her work. What was most impressive was Patricia received a call while she was in the middle of my project and was advised her mother had passed. I assumed once she notified me she would leave and return to complete my installation at a later time. Absolutely not. I conveyed my condolences to her and told her I understand that she needed to leave. She said her mom was in hospice and had lived a good life and celebrated I believe her 85th birthday days before. Wow Patricia is my shero 🙏🏾. Patricia completed the job. She was neat and the water heater is working fine. Sorry not at home while I’m writing this but will upload a photo later today. I was so impressed with Patricia the owner of the business I tipped her $100 in addition to my payment for the excellent job she completed. To say that Patricia is a godsend is an understatement. She’s the ultimate professional and I pray her business will continue to grow because she’s invaluable. I’m thankful God allowed our paths to cross and I look forward to her installing my dishwasher. By the way Patricia is the first female plumber I’ve encountered. Don’t be fooled because she’s a woman. She is above and beyond five stars.
