MASON WAS WONDERFUL! Just bought a new home and my sewer pipe backed up and flooded my basement. Mason was respectful and professional the whole 7 hours that he was here. Neither one of us predicted it would be 7 seven hours but he kept reassuring me it would get handled. After getting more equipment, it finally was! From the moment I called Roto-Rooter I was completely impressed. Everything was top-tier and you can genuinely tell that they were concerned with my issue. I had a plumbing emergency and Roto-Rooter was super quick at scheduling someone to come look into the issue. There were some malfunctions with my main water line. James was the plumber they sent out and he walked me through the process and gave me several different options on how to fix the problem; accommodating both my schedule and my budget. He even showed me on the camera what he was looking at and what he recommended to prevent the issue from occurring again. Rudi also came in the second day James had to come out and was inspecting everything and doing some additional tasks, just to help speed the process along. He was very kind. All in all, I received good, quick service and I would definitely recommend and consider the team for any plumbing repairs again.

I called roto rooter for slow tub drain and clogged downspout. I was offered an appt same day and tech arrived on time with phone call notifying me he was on the way. Drains were cleared to the best of ability. Technician Zach took his time with me to explain a pipe layout problem that other companies hadnt noticed/hadnt told me about. He advised me to get my own snake to save money. He also gave me a quote for replacing the piping after discussing with his supervisor for guidance. Very grateful to have this young man help me and explain everything. Very personable and courteous. Would recommend this company (and tech Zach) to anyone!

This is the best experience I have ever had with a plumber.Lets BeginBasement drainage clogged at 12 Midnight because why not.I Call rooter rotor they send someone out the next day because I said it was not immediate problem.Mason comes out fixes the clog but they catch a bigger problem. Note ( if they did not catch this it would have cost me $8,000 or more). supervisor Gary comes out and they both discuss my options.They also go over everything with me so I better understand the situation which I appreciate.I got a great deal for the bigger problem fix. You Get What YOU pay for and you should really keep that in mind.The technician Mason - dude was awesome knew exactly what he was doing and honestly in my opinion he should be training people. ( Did the job right the first time and was fast. Explained everything as he went.)Supervisor - Gary is a great guy and takes care of his people and is also a great boss from what I have seen. He explained everything with me as well and all the different options that I could use. I chose the one that I felt was best for the situation. Zack did a great job cleaning out our main sewer lines. He showed us our sewer lines and the conditions through the sewer camera before and after Hydro-jetting the main sewer lines filled with tree roots. Zack was polite and professional. I’ve had roto-rooter come out to my house a couple times in the past for tree roots. Zack was the first person to actually showed my husband and myself the trees roots growing into our pipes and he visibly showed us the condition of our sewer pipes through sewer camera. Thank you Zack for your great service today. Not Zack’s fault, the only one negative is roto-rooter warranty is 1 year with Hydro-jetting and they knocked our 1 year warranty to 30 days due to the conditions of our pipe which we still had to pay full price for Hydro-jet.

Mason was here because my hot water heater stopped working and was leaking. He went above and far beyond to get me the information I needed. Thanks to his dedication on getting estimates, I decided to get a gas tankless hot water heater. He was extremely kind and courteous and very thorough. He drained my 40 gallon tank so it would no longer leak. He apologized for my having to go without hot water for a day or two, and his apology was totally unnecessary since he helped me make the decision regarding tankless versus tall 40 gallon tank. I had been wanting to get a tankless, and thanks to his multiple calls to his office he found out I could get a tankless for a little over twice the cost of a 40 gallon tank. I will forever be grateful. Thanks to his kindness I will be telling everyone I know about Roto-Rooter and won’t forget to mention their EXCELLENT employees like Mason. Thank you Mason and Roto-Rooter for everything!Today, Kevin came to install my tankless water heater. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding tankless water heaters and their installation. He was extremely kind, courteous and friendly. He arrived, sized up my situation, went to pick up my unit and installed it expertly without a hitch. I might also add, my house has no basement and is on a concrete slab. It was a challenging install, but Kevin breezed right through it. I was told before he came that he was their expert professional tankless water heater installer. I could NOT BE HAPPIER with my new water heater! Kevin’s work ethic is one of the best I’ve ever experienced when calling out people for various home improvements. Roto-Rooter is very fortunate to have Kevin as an employee. I’m so grateful he is the one who installed my new water heater. I will be telling everyone how wonderful Roto-Rooters employees are. Had a sewer line back up due to debris in the line. Steve from Roto-Rooter was at my house in about 30 minutes from when I called in. The service was phenomenal, Steve is clearly in the wrong line of work. To manipulate the camera, water jet, and rotary snake to extract the debris 30 feet down the line takes the skill of a surgeon. His calm demeanor, explaining all the different facets of the sewer line, and focus on the problem at hand turned what I thought was a catastrophic day into a not so bad one.Based on the service and what I saw, if Steve ever wants to go to medical school and become a neurosurgeon, hell get a shining endorsement from me.

That said, we needed someone out ASAP to find out the cause of our blockage. Called one company, and they were booked till the next day. Well, given that we have the foul smell of sewage permeating our house & couldn’t use our bathroom/shower this simply wasn’t going to do.So we reached out to Roto Rooter, and we are so glad we did. They got someone in a half an hour to our house. Zach Soto looked at all the possibilities & diagnoses what needed to be done. The service was professional, it was quick, and our Halloween was saved! Without invitation he just showed up at my door 10min after the plumber I DID ask for. Rudy was rude and for the FOUR times he stressed not wanting to scare me, his whole presence and every word he said was clearly designed to do just that - scare me into a huge, expensive insurance claim only he should handle! Well rip up this and check here and probably need to replace this AND that. My home and space felt invaded and Im insulted by his attitude with me. I dont have it in my heart to deduct more stars when Cory is the employee I asked for and he deserves all 5. But Roto Router: you AND Rudy need some serious lessons in customer service. Its a shame, you have some great plumbers working for you otherwise.

So I have to explain the 5 star rating…. If it wasn’t for Cory it would be a zero star. The first tech on Thanksgiving Eve was inexperienced and did a terrible job. Then another guy, think he was some sort of supervisor came to run a camera and was horrific… I have never told someone to get off my property before and proceed to close my garage door on him. I followed up with the GM… first time GM was good… sent out the wonderful Cory. Cory took extreme pride in his work, explained everything to me, was very pleasant and did a wonderful job. Well we ran into an issue where I had to have the city come out… the city was great but I needed roto router back out. I called GM (Rob) again…. This time Rob was making excuses, fighting with me, trying to extort more money out of me and, blaming the city… he eventually did the right thing but ended the conversation by hanging up on me (real professional). Anyways, Cory was back out today and did another fantastic job and it’s now 100% done and correct. Cory saved this company a customer. He went above and beyond and had he been the first tech on Thanksgiving Eve it would have saved me 2 weeks of a nightmare. So whoever is reading this … request Cory, keep Matt off your property and hopefully you don’t have to deal with this GM (Rob). Cory gets the 5 stars… I’d give him10 stars if I could. Thank you Cory…. You deserve a raise… I hope your company truly appreciates you because you saved them. If I ever need services again, Cory will be the only tech I will allow on my property.

We are so grateful for the availability of Roto Rooter on Thanksgiving day. We were worried about having a clogged sewer line and what the repair would entail. Tim Kowalski was the plumber who came the next day to make the repair. Tim introduced himself and thoroughly shared what he would be doing and the related cost. He walked us through every part of the process and made the repair in a timely manner. Eric Hansen worked was on the remediation aspect of this process and was thorough in explaining what needed to be done. Was able to come in diagnose the problem and also educate at the same time. Didn’t try to add on and extra services that didn’t need to be done.
