5 stars are not enough, Id give them 10 out of 9, if it were possible! This place is phenomenal ALL AROUND and they go out of their way to help make sure they have you taken care of. We had an emergency sewer backup situation and they went above and beyond to not only get me scheduled the same day (within an hour, in fact) but they really shine when the technicians got here! Grant and Jeremy were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, persistent, and they didnt stop until the job was done right! That is the most important thing to me, they do the WHOLE JOB THE RIGHT WAY. Their prices were a bit higher than some other local places that werent able to get out here soon enough but Im sure that savings comes out somewhere and being a small business owner as well I would much rather pay a bit more up front than end up with shoddy work that cost more in the long run. Plumbing Excellence is exactly what their name says they are, plumbing EXCELLENCE, and from now on their my go-to for any & every plumbing need that may arise! THANK YOU SO MUCH JEREMY AND GRANT, you BOTH are the REAL MVP!

Plumbing Excellence was our answered prayer for the day! After the storms that we had last night we got up to a flooded drain in our basement and needed the help of a specialist. Our normal company wanted us to wait until the middle of the month to get serviced, meaning we couldn’t get water usage in our house until then. Not possible!!! Plumbing Excellence was able to work us in to an early afternoon spot. Our guy was fast , friendly and knowledgeable. What a great experience after a stressful morning. From the first call, to the last we had a great experience and now have a new company to do our service. Thank you for all you do and the way you treat your customers is outstanding. I will highly recommend you to all my family and friends.

My kitchen sink was clogged, and she scheduled me three days out, but the owner moved that appointment to the next day as they became able to do so. Anthony and Eddy reviewed a problem after replacing my hot water tank. It appears the issue was high pressure coming from the city water system causing a drip from the relief valve system. Unfortunately on top of purchasing a new water heater I needed a single basic pressure control system. Eddy treated my property like it was his own, very respectful inside and out. Eddy’s knowledge and workmanship is outstanding along with his positive proactive attitude. I will look forward to having Eddy work on future projects. Anthony and Eddy are a great hard working dedicated team. Project cost: $1,022.79. The PB1B Basic Pressure Control System carries a 6 month limited warranty. He arrived promptly to install a gas line for our new gas range, and his expertise was immediately apparent. I want to thank Plumbing Excellence and in particular the technician Eddie who did the work for me. When I called Plumbing Excellence I spoke with a wonderful lady Theresa. I explained to her what I needed but suggested a technician come out to the house to see what needed to be done and how much it might cost. Eddie was the technician and he and I spoke at length about the job, which was installing a water backup sump pump. My home gets a large volume of water in the the pit and a battery backup sump pump would not be able to handle the job of keeping me dry. I had a water backup on but after installing a Moen sump pump monitor I realized the Liberty water backup might not keep me dry. I had just gotten over a flooded finished lower level and was determined I wasnt going through it again. I found another water backup that would do the job but it meant replumbing the water supply as well as installing the new pump. Eddies professionalism and knowledge was so evident I knew I called the right company and had a great guy to do the job. He encouraged my input and answered any questions I had as he did the job. He was open to my suggestions and was polite and respectful the whole time. I felt like I was talking to a friend as he worked through the installation. The job he did is perfect, and I can not thank him and your company enough. My wife and I are both Christians and I sense you are as well at Plumbing Excellence. I will never call another plumbing again. Thankyou!

Anthony came out after hours tonight to check on a possible toilet problem. The company had previously fixed a seal for us and we called in case it may have broken again. We called to see if we could set up an appointment time for them to come out tomorrow or sometime this week, but Anthony said he was nearby and would be willing to come check it out tonight! He made sure the seal was intact and thankfully it turns out there is no leakage coming from the seal or the plumbing. This company has excellent customer service, we couldnt be more impressed. Scheduled appointment on available time slot. It was between and 9 PM. I was squeezed into the schedule because I had already been stood up, and lied;to by another local repair service who I have also reviewed. Anthony, the owner , arrived at apx 8;40 pm. He was a very polite, hard working and honest young man. After testing and working on my refrigerator in excess of an hour he determined, that while he could replace a part and fix the machine, it would cost more than the 8 year old appliance was worth. He also felt bad about charging me a his full regular visit fee since he was not able to provide the repair, so he discounted it. He also gave me several suggestions as to where I may be able to purchase a comparable used fridge to take the place of my basement model that was not worth fixing. His honesty in advising against the repair, and compassion for not charging the full service call fee were not what you usually find in home service contractors. I would recommend using his business to service your appliances. Anthony, Thanks again, youre the best!

Anthony Joyce serviced my sump pump a couple of weeks ago. I had another problem with the sump pump today, but Anthony returned my call promptly and coached me over the phone to correct the problem, thereby avoiding another service call. I suspect that most other plumbing companies would have wanted to replace the pump itself which was only 2 years old. He is quite knowledgeable and honest - very customer oriented.

I called very late last night after my dryer quit unexpectedly thinking Id leave a message and beat the morning rush for repair calls. Anthony returned my call that night, and he was able to work me into his already hectic schedule this afternoon (a Friday, before Labor Day weekend--unheard of).As a single, young, female homeowner, Ive found that most of the work men Ive had come into my home have been patronizing, creepy, or try to take advantage of any perceived inexperience and overcharge me. He was professional, quick, nice, and he even showed me what was wrong and how he fixed it.All in all, my dryer is fixed (in less than 24 hours), I am drying a load of clothes now, and the rate was extremely reasonable. I wont call anyone else for service needs, and I even took a stack of business cards to give to the board of my condo association. While I hope that nothing else of mine breaks anytime soon, Im relieved to have found a good, honest business to call when it does happen.

Have known Anthony for years; when we remodeled our kitchen he did a great job with our new appliances and plumbing related installs. If you are a do-it-your selfer and face a job above your skill level call Anthony he will be as meticulous as you would be in doing the job correctly and thoroughly . He runs the most professional service business Ive ever experienced, from his skill/knowledge base to the care of your premises (puts on cover-slippers upon entering your home). Also, he is there when you need help working you into his schedule when you need emergency help (my water heater pilot went out on Christmas eve). I would give Plumbing Excellence a six star rating ****** if one existed.

These guys are awesome! Our water heater the night before so I called them 1st in the morning and I spoke with Anthony the owner. He was very personable and professional and was able to send Ron out that day to replace the tank. Ron was awesome as well and gave us 4 different options to chose from depending on what we were comfortable spending and most importantly we had hot water again by the end of the day. Its a good feeling to work with a company that you know is not trying to rip you off. I highly recommend this company and will only use them for any of our future plumbing needs.
