    Called them at 9pm and they had a plumber out the next morning at 8am. Very smooth process, nice and considerate plumber (Zack). He was upfront regarding the charges and options I could proceed with. He helped me move everything out of the way and then he cleaned up after himself. Seamless experience, would definitely use them again.

    I’ve used Plumbing 911 twice now and I can honestly say, I will never choose another plumbing company to help me out. The customer service was amazing from the first phone call all the way through completion of a major issue I had to have fixed. Quick response and honest pricing without trying to talk over my head about things I knew nothing about...layman’s terms always helps to put a customer at ease!!     Our communication with Plumbing 911 was clear, concise and pleasant from the very first contact. I called in a panic upon discovering our water heater was leaking, and Plumbing 911 was able to get us a same-day appointment.     Shane installed 2 new sump pumps in my basement and extended down spouts on the outside of the house. He was very friendly and honest. He completed the work quickly. I thought the price was reasonable. I would definitely use Plumbing 911 again.

    I’ve used Plumbing911 twice: first for faucet replacement and then an emergency leak repair. Each instance the plumbers were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The repairs were completed efficiently and correctly. They were able to schedule the dates and dates at my convenience and the plumbers called within the planned arrival window given by the office. I highly recommend them.My third experience was excellent again. I called to have a leaking kitchen sink drain repaired. Upon arrival he courteously listened to my question on another job. Id like your opinion of how to install this faucet? John jumped on it; installing a faucet I purchased and had it done quickly where as I would have taken all morning and allowed me to save a weekend and get back to my job. He got back to the leaking kitchen sink and had that done efficiently too. He was professional and courteous. Plumbing 911 is my go to plumber.

    Came home to my basement full of water. Called Plumbing 911, customer service was wonderful. they was booked until the next day. They showed up, Shane was very polite and empathetic.     We needed help figuring out a plumbing leak at our house, Plumbing 911 was very quick to get us scheduled. Dennis was our tech, he was very friendly, and found and repaired the problem!We had such a great previous experience using Plumbing 911 that we had them back out this week March 1st to install 2 new toilets in our other bathrooms. We asked for Dennis to be our tech again because we were satisfied with his professionalism and friendliness the last repair he did for us. He installed a taller toilet for accessibility for my husband. I would 100% use this company for any other repairs that may pop up!

    Needed a toilet fixed and it was an issue a little beyond my expertise as we were selling the house and time was limited.     I have been using Plumbing 911 now for a couple of years. They are super quick and responsive! Very professional work, they don’t give you the run around. My entire sewer lines were replaced along with some pipes recently and they did a fantastic job. Got jobs done in 1 day so I could use my kitchen again! Thank you all!

    I established and maintained a working relationship with Ryan, who essentially brought my house into the 21st Century - it was built in 1957. He replaced my outdoor stops and pretty much all of my indoor shutoff values in addition to aiding in a two-bathroom reno. He was reliable, hard working and easy to work with. He also handled a couple of tense situations with incredible professionalism and included me in the decision making. I highly recommend these folks and I am picky.

    Very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism. We were going through a kitchen remodel and needed someone to come out and reinstall the toilet. They were able to squeeze me in the day after I called. Will definitely continue to use them. This is the second time I’ve used them and have been really happy both times.

    I had a leaking toilet supply line valves on two toilets, leaking into the floor beneath them (and ceilings beneath that). I called Plumbing 911 on an early Sunday morning. They answered the call immediately and had a plumber out that day for the repairs.The plumber was excellent. He explained the problems, how best to fix them and why, and what it would cost. The work was great and the cost was less than I was expecting, particularly on an emergency call.He took all covid precautions. He was quick and efficient, but it never seemed like he was rushing to be done with the job. And both of the bathrooms where he worked were spotless when he left.I highly recommend this company.

    Plumbing 911 has been out multiple times and has always helped me. When a repeat issue started to become apparent, they worked with me to diagnose and make a more permanent repair to my shower drain pipe. They also replaced an older toilet and the work was done perfectly. Highly recommend them to anyone!

    Had my kitchen sink clogged beyond any “home repair” methods, so I called Plumbing911. While another plumber said I’d have to wait a week, I was able to schedule an appointment with them for the next day. They called me back due to a cancellation & I had them at my home less than an hour later. They were efficient and very professional and had my drain opened in less than a half hour. They have coupons on their website, so I was able to save $30 off the service. If I need a plumber again, they will be the 1st one I call.

    The gas line in my neighborhood was replaced and the gas meter on my house was also replaced. As part of the replacement the gas company pressurized and tested the gas lines in the house. Unfortunately after the replacement, the gas line in the house failed the pressure test. This automatically required turning off the gas to the house until the leak was identified and repaired (no heat or hot water). The technician from the gas company tried to locate the leak but was unable to find where it was leaking. So with cold weather on the way and no heat, I needed a reliable plumber to isolate and repair the leak. I contacted plumbing 911 and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. This situation was uncomfortable given the time of year (March in northern Ohio) and the minor leak that couldnt be identified by the gas company crew. I was able to talk to the plumber from plumbing 911, Adam, who gave me confidence that he could find any leak no matter how small. Adam was able to detect the leak in a very short amount of time. He gave me options on the repair. He explained and guided me to one of the options that was the best choice in my opinion and one that was less risk and cost. Adam was very confident when I talked to him which made me comfortable that he could do the repair. He was very professional and willing to explain things clearly. I wasnt on site when the repair was done, but my relative at the property said he was a keeper which I fully agree. I will be passing his contact information to family and friends.

    We have used Plumbing 911 before for new 1/4 turn valves in our home. So, when we bought a fixer-upper condo we knew who to call. The sink pipes were leaking and several main shut off valves were old, leaking and in need of repair. The pipes were in a tough, tight spot to reach but Jon C. was fantastic. We had to schedule to have the water turned off at the street to make the repairs and Plumbing 911s office was wonderful working within that schedule. Customer Service is Top Notch! The price was reasonable and the diagnostic fee for the initial service call was applied to our bill and was NOT a separate charge (like some companies). We would highly recommend Plumbing 911 and will certainly use them again if needed.

    Great Service from Plumbing 911I recently had a high water bill situation, after calling the city to ensure the bill was correct. I realized I needed a plumber to investigate the situation. I called Plumbing 911 and first they offered me service the same day I called. I explained to the plumber (Rob) the increase in my water usage. He first checked the toilets and found a leak in one of the toilets and fixed that quickly. He then stated that was not enough to cause the increase in the bill that I was experiencing. He kept troubleshooting until he discovered that my sump pump back was running which uses water pressure to clear the water overflow. He discovered my main sump pump had stopped working. He efficiently replaced the sump pump and I have been checking the water meter for the last few days and that was the issue. My usage is back to normal and I am so grateful for Robs thoroughness.

    As do it yourself kinda guy it takes a lot to trust someone to work on issues that are over my head .I called plumbing 911 and was glad I did .Adam was able to diagnose and fix the complicated plumbing in a house built in the 40’s , get all my drains unclogged and flowing freely which was no easy task. Will be putting them in my phone as they have become my plumber. Great experience with plumbing911 !

    I called 6 different companies on a Saturday, they were the only one who would answer the phone AND come out on a Saturday. My sewer line was clogged, they told me what it would cost up front. They had a little trouble and it took a little longer than they expected, but the price didnt change. For a moment they thought the repair was going to turn into an excavation, but they kept trying and eventually cleared the sewer line of a TON of tree roots. Inspected the pipe and said it was actually in good shape and totally clear now. They cleaned up all mess that occurred. I would HIGHLY recommend them, and if i get in a plumbing jam that I cant handle on my own, theyll be my first call.

    We had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom into the kitchen below. It wasn’t obvious what the problem was and our plumber Rob was open and upfront about what he had to do to figure the problem out. Once he diagnosed a corroded pipe he was able to give me a heads up about the next steps with a cleanup service, drywall and the basics of home insurance. He also gave me a heads up about our upstairs toilet being very old and could be the next thing to go wrong. That was all very helpful so we can anticipate and make a plan.

    The gentleman from plumbing 911 came to our house promptly, quickly evaluated the issue, repaired the problem, and even did a great cleanup! She was personable and friendly and engaging. My five-year-old was very intrigued by him and she is very shy! The whole process took less than an hour and it was a very stress free experience! Highly recommended!

    Had several points of gas leaks in the basement that resulted in my gas being shut off. The same day Plumbing 911 was able to assess and fix the issues for a very reasonable price. When the gas company came back out to re-asses in order to turn the gas back on...the technician even commented on how good of a plumber i had. Would highly recommend!

    Great plumbers that explain what needs to be done. Jon replaced my toilet with one that was attractive and met my needs. Adam is working with Moen to get the parts I need for my faucet. He was very knowledgeable about the type of faucet I have.

    Plumbing911 made it easy to setup and appointment at a time that fit my schedule. I needed my main shut off valve replaced which seemed like an easy job. They were on time, did a great job, and it didnt take forever to do the repair. There was no fee for just showing up to give an estimate like other places. They were also cheaper than other recommendations and they even had a coupon on the website I was able to use so I had them do the work right then.
