    The Mr. Rooter team did a fantastic job today. From the first call to the job getting completed i was very pleased. The scheduling team was friendly and got Chris on site very quickly. Chris did an excellent job assessing the problem, putting together a game plan to fix it, communicating the plan as well as the cost, and executing the work. Another member of the team even stopped by to check to see if we had any water damage. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter the next time I have a plumbing issue.

    Rob was friendly, attentive and efficient. He explained my two options and made the choice obvious! I’m familiar with the high cost of plumbing so the free estimate, along with Mr. Rooter’s great reputation, made the decision easy. The cost didn’t shock me and the job was complete in half an hour. I don’t usually go with the first estimate and this wasn’t an emergency call. A friend recommended Mr. Rooter to me. Another friend recommended a different popular plumber. I just happened to call Mr. Rooter first and I’m glad I did.

    Abe and Travis were the absolute best technicians I could have asked for. They answered all of my questions, were accommodating of my needs, they got the job done in ONE day and it was an enormous undertaking - replacing my stack from the roof to the basement. I truly could not be happier with their service and professionalism. People like them are exactly why Mr. Rooter is always my first call when I need plumbing services. They’re quick - almost always show on the same day you call - and are easy to work with. Again, cannot recommend Abe and Travis anymore highly!

    Hot water tank took a dive on December 23rd. Called Mr. Rooter and they sent Dillon out the very same day. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. We had a visit from the manager as well and I can sing the same praises about him. They had my new tankless system installed with no hassle on my end. They even cleaned up after themselves! Great guys, 10/10 experience. My nightmare was their regular Monday and Id gladly work with them in the future.

    Best thing about Mr. Rooter is they dont change extra on weekends. They respond was so fast and followed by email and text message to keep me informed. Not charge different prices for home and business. I cant believe that. The technician came Mr. Michael was very polite and intelligent to figure out issue. Very fair pricing compared to other suppliers because I have called another 4 suppliers, and some suppliers were quoting very very high price.Another thing is they dont give quote upfront, but Rooter came on site and see the issue and gave me reasonable price. I asked the receptionist setting the appointment how much service call would be that would include an inspection using the cable camera. She said the estimate was free. After the tech gave the price we could decide to move forward, but if we didnt want to at this time, it would be no cost.Kyle, the tech was very polite, professional, and confident that he would discover the problem by using the cable camera. He said the receptionist mis-spoke and the cost to camera the pipe and clear it would be about $425. There was no zero cost option if he used the camera. This was very disappointing and I felt misled. Kyle made a great effort to snake the clog, but when he ran into roots too big for the cutter, he had to give up. Since he couldnt clear the clog he reduced the fee to $300 and called to have someone on the excavation team measure the project. The new quote was $5,500.I am getting additional quotes from competitors. In the meantime I still have clogged pipes and non working bathrooms and my no charge estimate of $300, that i already paid isnt sitting well.My hope is that Mr. Rooter will refund my $300 for the miscommunication.

    We tried to use our home warranty with the company we pay MONTHLY, but never got a call, returned call, or returned text. So off to Mr. Rooter we go! They sent someone out the next day! Andrew was amazing, got right to work, told us everything as he was doing it, and was very patient with our dog.     Gabriel was absolutely outstanding. He was polite, fast and did an excellent job on my toilet that would stop running. As a courtesy, he went around my entire house and did an inspection on all my plumbing. In fact, I was looking to get a new water heater and a water softener system, and he gave me a quote for that and many other things that he saw could be upgraded and fixed. . I felt really comfortable with the quotes, and there was absolutely no pressure. I would 100% recommend their services to all my friends and family. On a side note, the price for the water heater and the water softener together, were a thousand dollars less than a quote I had just gotten the day before for just the water softener from a company around the corner from my house. They a 100% found a lifelong customer. And im so glad that I called them.

    Made an appointment for 10am-12pm window and when noon came around no calls from Mr Rooter alerting to any delays...dispatch said we would be another 2 hours out. OK, didnt have any plans and we didnt have anything else planned. We had bad weather overnight and damage in the area. Tech shows up and gets a figure together and heads off to get supplies...another hour and a half and he doesnt return...went to 2 supply shops near us and they didnt have what he needed so he finally went to Lowes. Would have taken him 1/2 hour to do that and he didnt ask. So, he did a great job getting my faucets restored and working the way I like. Long day but it worked out in the end. They take emergencies over scheduled appointments which I dont like but they are all shorthanded. Roll with the punches!
