I had to have a 1956 galvanized water line replaced with copper from my house to the street. Not the simplest of tasks as my house is perched on a steep hill which required a pretty deep trench to be dug.The crew was on time, polite, great with the machinery and tools, completed the work with minimal displacement of concrete. It is great to be able to shower and do laundry again! :-)I am very happy with the work.

Truly appreciate Ryan and Superior immensely. Noticed our main drain backing up in our basement laundry room. Didn’t know who to call, but fortunately found Superior on Google. How lucky I was. Called their main number and Ryan called me back. Explained what we can expect and came to Stow from Green after 9:30p. Was extremely conscientious and thorough. By using the camera and snake, he diagnosed and cleared our blockage and left things better than he found it. He had an amazing attitude, one that I won’t forget any time soon. Just completely turned a bad situation into a great experience. He even gave us recommendations on how to clean up the remaining mess. It is 11:30p and we just finished cleaning up the mess from a backed up main drain, but I know it could have been so much worse if not for the experts at Superior. Thank you doesn’t feel like enough. Highly recommended!!!

Chris from Superior Drainage has been out to service our septic twice- and both times he was kind, took the time to both understand and explain our system to us, and approached everything in a very thoughtful way. We’d had another company out previously who didn’t even pump the correct tank, and that other company was very unapologetic in their mistake. Superior Drainage could not have been a more different and POSITIVE experience. On his first trip to our home Chris called the city to be sure where things were positioned on our property. The diligence and care exercised by Chris was just SO APPRECIATED. When he came the second time, he had taken detailed notes and remembered where everything was and went right to work. He was fast and efficient and possibly most importantly- Superior Drainage charged us less than HALF of what the previous company charged. All around satisfied. Book THIS COMPANY- ask for Chris.

Ive used Superior Drainage twice and both times my experiences have been fantastic. I believe our first techs name was Alvin (??) and the second time Matt helped us. They were friendly, fast, and fixed our issues!! Matt was able to help unclog our dishwasher drain, installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed our toilet, fixed our bathroom sink drain, AND tightened and caulked our new tub faucet. He was only here for an hour and a half and accomplished all of that. Superior Drainage is affordable too (I am a new home owner so this is very appreciated). At this point, I wont call anyone else for plumbing issues. Thank you!!

Had a clogged drain to my tub. After trying to get it unclogged on my own, I made the call to Superior. They were able to fit me in the same day, late afternoon, and did an outstanding job. They got my drain cleared within about 30-40 minutes (including unloading the truck and prep). Mike was professional and was awesome in explaining the process and to do all that he could to make sure that this was a complete solve. Pricing was fair and definitely worth the money. Will definitely recommend them to anybody needing plumbing help.

Locating and repair of underground storm drain pipes. Good price, excellent workmanship, minimal excavation and fantastic clean up. Sump pump was running to much and water was coming up out of the ground under my deck. Dan and Logan repaired the broken line, found the damaged pipe causing the blockage and replaced that section ensuring good drainage.Checked that all the drains were working properly, Cleland up and were gone in less than 4 hours.I spread grass seed and straw on the repair site and my drainage problem was solved. I honestly dont know how it could have worked out better.

Superior Drainage sent Dave to our home to service our sump pump and fix a cracked pipe. He was a highly professional and knowledgeable technician and explained everything that he was doing, answering questions clearly and pleasantly. While cutting through the damaged pipe, the wire to our thermostat was severed, but Dave did everything to make it right. Properly splicing the cut wire did require him to leave to get the necessary tools, however we were not billed for that time, and he returned promptly to finish the work. He was courteous throughout the process and checked to make sure everything was back in working order after repairs were made. I would recommend Superior Drainage to anyone needing their services. I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism, and integrity that Dave displayed while working in our home.

The first time I called SD, they provided a quick solution to a clogged faucet and did not charge me. Another vendor had quoted me $1,600 for the same issue. I vowed to use SD the next time I had any plumbing issues. Today, their rep Matt arrived onsite on time, and fixed 2 issues in under 3 hours. Excellent service from the whole SD team. Many thanks- you guys are my go-to vendor from now on!

On Christmas during the below zero temps had main water line freeze and pipes erupt at my office building. Called at least 8 plumbing facilities with no response or returned emergency messages. Especially my PAST 25 year provider (called a week later). Superior responded to the call and repaired broken pipe, when meter replaced and water turned on another pipe broke and they returned to replace second one within a few minutes. Several days later another leak appeared and they responded immediately. Can not express enough their professionalism and responsiveness whether it be the great servicemen, or office personnel. This is a GREAT company that knows what theyre doing in the business world!

Rodney was the technician and was very professional and represented the company well. Typically youd expect long waits, really expensive prices... and the possibility that you will not be taking a shower or doing laundry that day. Not so with Superior Drain!
