Ive had Heart of Ohio come to do my Electric panel and furnace tuneup. OUTSTANDING SERVICE EACH TIME. Request Mario G and Rick because they did a fantastic job on the electric panel. They installed the panel and worked so efficiently. The area was left clean. Mario and Rick walked me through the process and made sure I was informed about the repair. Their expertise in their field is reassuring. I was scheduled quickly and the dispatcher, Jay, made sure the correct servicemen came to do the job. Price was fantastic. The week before Christmas I called at 8:15 in the morning about my 30 year old furnace, buy 1:30 the guys were cleaned up and on their way out after a very professional removal and install of my new furnace. All at a very reasonable cost. Couldn’t ask for more.

Melanie the receptionist was so helpful and friendly..She sent Jakob out just a few hours after I called. Unfortunately, I do have to have a whole new Unit installed, but they were able to get me scheduled on Monday which was the next business day. Hopefully my experience with the installers will be just as good. I will let you know!!Ok Part 2 the installation day, Everything went great!! The installer James and his side kick were great, very respectful, clean cut and answered all my questions without skipping a beat. I am a happy customer and will be recommending!

The company is very honest and upfront. Bud was very nice and straight forward. Best pricing in town. I had 6 different companies come out and their pricing is the best. Even other companies said their pricing is amazing and they cant beat that. Excellent work and customer service. Jennifer was very nice and friendly from customer service. I got a new AC and new Heat unit, new thermostat and co2 detector for under 6000 dollar. they got it a done in one day. I would strongly recommend them!!!!

I called to get quote for new furnace and a/c. They were very professional. We received a text message to confirm our appointment. They called 20 mins prior to our appointment to let us know they were in route. We met with Rick for the quote. Within 10 mins, while standing in front of me, he emailed me a quote. I was impressed, the quote included a furnace/air conditioner combo discount. The install was done by Timothy. He was very nice and answered all of my questions while continuing to work. Great job! I will definitely refer these guys to my friends and family.

Apologies for the last posting. Tim and Dave replaced my furnace on 03/30/22 and were fantastic. They were on time and very professional. The left my basement neat and tidy. While carrying in and out equipment, tools and the furnaces, they were careful to to let any of my pets out. I would recommend them and their company to anyone.

I want to thank Tim and Greg for installing our HVAC today! They both went above and beyond to make sure our system was installed correctly, and they worked as a team helping each other when needed. Clean and efficient as they worked. They smiled and laughed as we talked, I tried to help in between checking on my dad who’s 90. This HVAC system will help this winter, being more efficient than the 30 year old furnace they replaced, by saving some money in this uncertain economy !!! Bud made room for me in a busy schedule and sent out Mike to assess the problem with my failed whole house A/C unit. Found the problem, showed me, explained my options and made recommendations. I had done my homework and what I was told was exactly what I’d expected. New, 96% efficient Trane unit next week. I’ve purchased air and furnace units from Bud’s before. Wouldn’t go with anyone else. Great folks, informative technicians and knowledgeable installers provide trust and gives me the security that I made the right call on an expensive investment.

Bud’s heating and cooling was cognizant of my schedule even though I was calling in for a repair and was frustrated with one of their competitors. They were able to offer me a four hour window and sent a text when they were on their way. The person on the phone was top notch, professional, but friendly. My technician, Bob, found and fixed the issue right away, but took the time to give the system a visual check and to install a replacement filter that we had sitting near the furnace. Charges were reasonable. I have scheduled a maintenance cleaning which I’ve been meaning to do anyway. Even with the purchase of a spare filter, my bill was only about $50 more than what the competitor was going to charge me just to show up. So, to be clinche, I vote them fast, honest, and fair!
