Big Tom’s is awesome! I bought a new dishwasher for my girlfriend. They went and picked it up, removed the old dishwasher, installed the new one, and disposed of the old for me. It started with Linda being so helpful in lining things up with guys. They are a well oiled machine. As a project manager for an electrical contractor I appreciate their efficiency. I just can’t say how thrilled I am with what they did and their willingness to do so! Thank you to the entire team at Big Tom’s plumbing!!

We could not be more thrilled with the work done. We were nervous it couldn’t be fixed and it would cost an arm & a leg. Had our bathtub faucet replaced because our old one was just out of the wall. Even went out and got a brand new set. The gentleman that came was honest and said I can fix it and you can return that other one. Even replaced a vanity one so we have a stopper again. We appreciate the honesty, the rate and the knowledge. It didn’t cost us even a fraction what I thought it would. I highly recommend your company always and you helped do our bathroom addition last year.

Hot water tank gave out. Gave them a call and they were able to get here in just a couple hours and replace it in about an hour. Found the leak at about 1pm, they were done and gone by 5pm. 40 gallon tank, 6 warranty, and service fee is a flat rate (about $1,280 for tank and service). Water tank is about $800, so seems fair to me.

Very happy with the service we received. We had an after hours plumbing issue and called so many 24 hour companies only to find they couldn’t help until the next day. However we reached out to Big Tom’s Plumbing & Drain and they were at our home within 30 minutes. The issue was resolved quickly. Today, two young men, Tyler and Jason (?) fixed our kitchen sink drain. They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They took the anxiety out of a water problem. We will always call Big Tom’s.

I had a sewage back up in my basement bathroom. I called Big Toms after passing one of their vans that night. They were here the next morning by 9 am. They were done within an hour and extremely affordable. A few days later I went down there to finally deep clean and found that the shower was still backing up. Called big Toms at 1am and they were here first thing that same morning and fixed the issue at no cost to me which I was surprised by but very thankful for. Highly recommend, great service and affordability are hard to come by.

We had Big Toms come out for our yearly backflow prevention test today. They sent a plumber by the name of Joe Stoltz out here and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! They answered my call immediately and got me on their schedule quickly. I also knew the cost upfront for the service, which can be very helpful for some people. They even gave me a little welcome gift! Overall, I was very satisfied with this company, I will refer them to anyone looking for a plumber, and I will definitely use them in the future!

Had two gents from Big Toms in my house today (one was named Adam, didnt catch the other name) to repair a gas-line valve and hook up a new stove. I cant say enough about how kind, courteous, and professional they both were. They went above and beyond in helping my family to start cooking with gas (har har). Seriously, they were very nice, worked quickly and thoroughly, and explained everything we needed to know. The cost was very reasonable too. Weve used Big Toms before, and will continue to do so. Many thanks to the company management for hiring and retaining such exemplary young tradesmen. This was a great experience, and well be sure to share it with all our friends.

Big Tom’s came to my house for a second opinion after Mr Rooter told me I needed to excavate and repair main sewer for $5,500. Big Tom’s charged me $200 and cleared tree root from sewer line. They showed me my open drain with a camera so I could see what they did. What an honest company! Will definitely recommend and use in the future!

We had a water heater with a faulty control panel. Called Big Toms and talked to Joe who said he could come see us within an hour. Less than half an hour later Joe showed up. He was very professional, very friendly, and made the repair within an hour. Less than two hours after calling Big Toms our water heater was working again and all at a reasonable price. For it being the first time using Big Toms, I will be contacting them first next time I have the need for plumber. I cant recommend using them enough.

I called Big Toms based off their google reviews to have a water line run for an ice machine. They were able to send someone out the next day and gave me a time frame they would call. I missed the call and had to call them back later they were very understanding and let me know they would still be by today that I would just be later on the list which was not a problem. They arrived right when they said they would, and did the work super fast. The price was amazingly cheap too. I had my main line back-up into my home after one of the heavy rains. I rented the biggest drain auger (snake) I could from Home Depot to fix the problem myself. Two weeks later I am dealing with the same situation so I called Big Toms Plumbing. They came right out and fixed everything within an hour. Moral: dont try and do a main line on your own...the machines they rent arent big enough to handle the job and youll just be wasting time and money. Call the professionals first and save yourself the enormous amount of headaches you will get trying to do it yourself.
