I live in Winchester and contacted Sedona Plumbing regarding a leaking copper pipe in my basement. My house was built in 1956 and many of the horizontal copper pipes were deteriorating. Zack and his crew responded quickly, gave me a reasonable bid for replacing all of the affected pipes and completed the work that very same day. The workers were friendly and professional and left the area clean. They even accommodated a last minute request to repair an outside spigot! I was very pleased with everything and will not hesitate to use them again.

The guys were early, friendly and professional. What we needed was not a big job, but several small ones. They took care of it quickly and I am really happy with the work. I have some bigger jobs in the next few months and I will be calling again!

Zack was great! He rerouted an exhaust pipe for our roof and a vent for our dryer. All the pipework was solid and nicely finished. He also took time to walk through options with us and explain everything, and gave us some good tips for a couple other bits and pieces around the house. Definitely calling him again next time!

I have had an amazing experience with this company and the owner Zach in particular. He fixed a number of issues that were created by a previous plumber who was far less skilled, including fixing the flow of my toilet, my washer/dryer hookups, and the faucet in my shower. He also helped to fix my garbage disposal after a handyman dropped something down it, and installed a new faucet in my kitchen. Zach is very friendly and incredibly kind, once even guiding me through a possible fix on the phone for 15 minutes (at no charge). He answers all of my questions about my HVAC, water heater, or plumbing without any judgment, no matter how stupid they are (and they are stupid, since I am a first time homeowner who does not know anything!). Highly recommend Zach and Sedona Plumbing and Heating.

Awesome to work with. Water heater needed replacing, had a text communication with Zack. They came the next morning on time and were very professional and done quickly and cleaned up after. Price was very fair and lower than most other estimates and I would definitely recommend them.

It was a harrowing day for Bostonians today, especially those of us that live in areas with high water. After a very wet night and over four inches of rain, my sump pump malfunctioned and was about to overflow. I was referred to Sedona Plumbing & Heating and Zach, the owner, actually picked up the phone and let me know hed be over within the hour. He arrived on time, assessed the issue, made the repair as well as recommendations on how to avoid future issues with our overall drainage problem. Incredibly helpful, professional and reasonably priced. The best part, he didnt charge unnecessary fees, just because he could. He delivered a great service, has a customer for life and more referrals from me than he will be able to handle. Thank you Zach and Sedona Plumbing & Heating!

Zack got back to me immediately upon request. Needed a utility sink installed and a dehumidifier connected with a pump. Came out the next day, had parts and the job completed the same day. Couldn’t recommend the company any more. Great job, better service.

Zack was thoroughly professional and responsive.I was not sure what the issue was, but Zack explained the problem of condensation caused due to temp differential.He is extremely patient and nice, and I would def recommend his services to other individuals in need.

A prior customer referred Sedona to me when I was having issues with my steam heat. Half of my house had no heat and the pipes were banging. The repair was quick, clean, and done quality. The plumber that came out was Zack and spent a lot of time explaining to me what needed to be done, was friendly and knowledgeable.

I own a small business in Winchester and our heat was out for a day and a half waiting on the HVAC company I usually use. I couldnt wait any longer so I called around and Sedona was the only company that could get out there that day (within hours). They quickly figured out what was wrong and got our heat back up and running. The guys were very professional and explained why it went out. Highly recommend!

Zack was amazing and provided great service. Our AC stopped working and we noticed a water stain around one of the vents. Zack was responsive and came out the next morning. He re-piped our entire system due to a blockage and did it in a way that will allow us to resolve any future blockage much easier. While fixing this he fixed multiple other issues he noticed, such as insulating the pipes and putting in a new filter. He did everything in one day and was able to explain the issues in a way I could understand.

Zack has done multiple jobs for me and the experience has been fantastic. Ive thrown everything at him - a pressure booster install, a new exterior hose connection, and an emergency leak repair - and he has come through every time. A total professional that takes pride in his work. Highly recommend.
