We have been using Powell’s Plumbing since 2016 and they are so good. Always on time or early and know their stuff. John and his co worker really helped us yesterday. We thank God for them. We needed elements replaced. We got the top one out but couldn’t budge the lower one. We also had a friend try and he couldn’t get it either. We weren’t really sure they could get it but John got it out. Put the new ones in and now we have hot water again. Thank God for them. They are the best. If you need plumbing work call Powell’s Plumbing. No better company than Powell’s.

I highly recommend Powells Plumbing services. They have helped me many times and are always courteous and professional. I recently found myself in a bind with needing a septic tank pumped. I talked to Avery over the weekend and she was pleasant and helped advise me to getting on the schedule. I called on Monday and was greeted by a kind helpful person in the office who sent technicians Jeff and Dustin. Both young men were prompt and immediately went to work getting my issue fixed. They explained possible causes and offered advise on what to do to help in the future. Fantastic service all the way through!!

Corey recommended a place to start with resolving issues and did an awesome job installing a well pressure tank and replacing the well pump switch and pressure gauge.I have good water pressure again and the work looks great. My septic alarm went off and I called Powells Plumbing after hours and left a message. They called me first thing in the morning the next day and were able to schedule a technician to come out. Kyle and Logan showed up to my home to fix my issue. They clearly explained what they were doing and completely checked my system to identify the problem. They had no issue speaking with my home warranty company so I could get the approval for them to cover the cost of the repair. The fixed my issue and made sure to check that everything was working properly after they done. I highly recommend Powells Plumbing if you have any plumbing or septic issues.

Kurt and his workmen showed up yesterday on time at my moms house. She is 79 and had been using a port-a-potty in the DW since Friday, May 5, 2023 as her sewer line was supposedly collapsed.It was not collapsed but full of sludge from the past 60 years.The plumbers that told her the line was collapsed left a sewage mess all over the basement shower room.Kurt and his workmen were clean, neat, and extremely professional. Kurt explained how the line became backed up and we have a plan to replace it in the coming weeks.I highly recommend Powells Plumbing and if you have any problems Kurt and his guys will take good care of you. I wouldnt use anyone else.

Powells Plumbing is an excellent local provider. The technician who performed the work in my home was both knowledgeable and capable. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars relates to their policy of charging labor on warranty repairs. The water heater is less than 4 months old, and an internal sensor has failed. This is certainly not the fault of Powells Plumbing, but they charged me labor for what is in effect a warranty matter. The manufacturer of the water heater provides a one year warranty on labor. I contacted the manufacturer, and they indicated that they provide the plumbing company $150 for the removal and replacement of the given part. Yet, I was charged $75 for diagnosis and will be charged yet more when the part arrives and is installed. With this being said, I want to return to my initial point: Powells Plumbing is an excellent company that does good work. I do recommend them, but would caution potential clients to ask questions about warranty issues and whether or not they honor the manufacturers warranty for products they sell.

Today I spent the BEST $153.04 in fixing a suspected leak in my log home, which was serviced by technician Corey Dean, and he literally saved me thousands of dollars. This man knows his JOB AND PROFESSION!!! For sometime now, anytime I use either the kitchen and/or bathroom sink, I would hear what sounded like water drops hitting the wooden ceiling (in the photos) after I shut the spigot off. I went through American Home Shield (AHS) who sent out Brick Street Plumbing. When the latters technician arrived he asked me what the problem was? Can you show me where it is? And without turning on a faucet he said: I need to cut through the ceiling first to get a visual up there. I responded NO, BUT HELL NO, and I called Powells Plumbing who are phenomenal, and whom Ive used in the past, but could not do so in this instance because AHS goes with the lowest bidder, and you get the results of the adage: you get what you paid for. Corey asked the same questions as the previous technicians, but followed up with others that helped him diagnose the problem. The plumbing I was using on the main floor had nothing to do with the pvc pipe in the ceiling. What happened was that when I used the hot water on the main level, the heat would rise to the above pvc pipe causing it to expand and creak. He demonstrated the latter to me physically and common sense. I have NOT heard the water drops again. If I would have allowed the other technician to cut a hole in this ceiling, he would have been cutting into the wood floor on the second floor. Now, imagine how much that would have set me back? I am a retired 30-year military veteran of both the Navy & Marine Corps, and I have had multiple combat tours. In the fight, you have to trust the person to your left and right, and I out here with so many scammers, I put trust and unwavering faith in Powells Plumbing with the log home I love and ANY service(s) they offer. We have used Powells Plumbing on several occasions and have been very happy with their work, customer service, cost, etc. so we called them to install a kitchen faucet.When I asked what it would cost, I was told there is a $75.00 charge for someone to come out and then I will get an estimate. If we choose not to move forward with the installation, then we would have to pay the $75.00 and if we did do the installation that money would go toward the cost of the job.We decided to have the faucet installed but we were floored when it ended up costing close to $400. The serviceman was in our home for maybe an hour. When we called to question the amount, the answer we received was that is what is in the system. (Big eye roll!!!). A manager did call the next day to discuss our concern (again responsive customer service) but it is apparently what is costs to have a kitchen faucet installed these days. WOW!The plumber installed the hot and cold backwards and he was sent back to correct this free of charge. They do have excellent customer service, just really shocked at the cost.

They are also very neat (in often a dirty business) and when they leave it’s cleaner in the area than when they got there. Austin from Powell’s was here this week to fix a kitchen sink clog and he was exactly as I described above. He explained what the problem was and then what he was going to do to fix it. While doing that he saw there was a small crack in a plastic rink on the drain that could leak later so he showed me and then replaced it.

I had no water in my kitchen due to a leaking pipe. My daughter recommended Powell’s. I called the next day and made and got an appointment for that morning. The repairman, Jacob, arrived promptly and quickly replaced the pipe. He was very pleasant and friendly and worked quickly. The broken pipe was replaced in under 30 minutes.

By far, most responsive company that I have experienced. I called when my septic alarm went off and they had someone at my residence within a couple hours. While we couldnt fix the root problem on site, they made sure the system was stable enough until they can get back out. Great customer support!

We needed a new water softener. We called Powell’s plumbing and within a day they came out and Dave explained what kind we needed. He was very professional and answered all our questions. We had a new one installed within 2 days works like a charm no problems. We have had some questions and Dave has been there for us. We have used them before and they have always done a good job. I would definitely recommend.

Technicians were very knowledgeable and performed all repairs/replacement of electronic components satisfactorily. They were personable and treated me with respect at all times. My questions were answered and all repairs were explained to my satisfaction.
