These guys are awesome. They were busy and couldnt make it on the day they were scheduled but went out of their way to make it right and showed up first thing the next morning and discounted service as a courtesy for the trouble. The communication, speed of service, and professionalism was 10/10. Read more of my google reviews and you will see i dont hand out good reviews often but i would highly recommend Pergram Plumbing to anyone.

Customer conscience, knowledgeable, fair pricing, and dedicated to getting the job done right. This is Pergram Plumbing.We had a horrible sewer gas smell every time we turned on the air conditioner. We had no less than 1 air conditioning technician and 2 plumbers come check the house and tell us to call the other specialty (plumber said a/c, a/c said it was a plumbing problem). One even insinuated we were crazy and there was nothing wrong.Eventually I found Pergram. It took 3 trips out, fixing various problems each time until all the easy options were exhausted. When it was clear that this wasn’t a normal problem, they dedicated an entire day and brought out a crew With specialized tools. By the end of the day ceiling panels were dropped, walls were cut open, and Pergram had identified not one but TWO open vent pipes in the walls, and a cracked fitting someone had tried to glue back together, (not to mention 4 more plumbing code violations). They fixed everything and we are finally safe and comfortable in our own home.While others “talk” about customer service and doing the job right, Pergram came out and did the hard work the right way (where everyone else took my money and ran away without fixing anything)…I can’t praise them enough.

Our 28 yo water heater started to leak. Called Pergram on Fri evening and requested they come Sat. They said they would be there at 8:00am. They arrived at that time. Michael and Marcus were our plumbers and had a new water heater installed before 11:00am. They were both very nice, professional, explained what they would be doing and got the job done. We are very pleased so far and highly recommend this company. The price they charged was reasonable and they even gave us a discount. Will use them again if we need to and recommend them to everyone.

These are the ONLY people we use for plumbing. Others charge much much more and dont fix the problems, making a lineup of needless bills. Pergram actually took the time to get to know the quirky set up of the plumbing in my 1980s house, and they remember them each time they come (although, thanks to their good work, we see them pretty rarely). Truly the best of local business!

Use these guys for the first time last night. Completely satisfy that I chose them. I had a major clog in the sewer line, call them and explain my situation and they told me that they would get to me later in the day. They came and took care of my problem. Super nice guys that are concern with their customers need. I recommend them, and in the future, if I have a plumbing problem, I know who I will call.

Frozen Pipes under Mobile Home I called Saturday afternoon. Plumber named Mike came asap even though very busy (couple of hours). Even though it was dark he worked over an hour on problem. At that point I asked him to come back next morning. Pipes still frozen next day but he came back as promised. Had the water flowing in no time. Im very happy with service and Mike was a great guy. Highly recommend

Like every other plumber he was extremely busy, but he made time for us and kept us in the loop with when he will make it to help. He did have an equipment malfunction, but like a good friend made sure that we were taken care of by a colleague of his in order to expedite our drain cleaning. Will 100% call again if his service is needed.

We had a leak in our basement. Water was on the floor and the drywall. The ceiling was stained. Michael arrived at 5:30, found the leak, and repaired it by 8:30. Everything is still dry after a week. I definitely will se their services in the future.
