My technician, Shay, was hands down helpful and thorough. He talked to me about every scenario possible and was able to diagnose what the issue was. He also answered questions about the damage done due to water that didn’t pertain to his job, but he still listened and gave advice. Highly recommend him and will request him if we were to ever have future issues arise!! 10/10 from us!

Robbie was incredibly professional and likable. He gave me solid advice regarding the water damage, without any filler or upsells, interested only in helping. I had an awesome conversation with him as he worked on my shower. I truly couldnt of asked for a better experience ,especially considering how awful water damage is to deal with. I was in no mood to socialize but Robbie made it a solid experience!
