Very thorough and professional. Marco invited me to accompany him as he trouble shot our system. He clearly explained every step helping me to understand the unit’s function and relationship to the larger system. Once isolating the problem he continued to troubleshoot to ensure he hadn’t overlooked anything. Bottom line is that he fixed my furnace at minimal cost and left me with complete confidence in his work and that of AllTech. Outstanding!

Noticed a small leak in my second-floor ceiling underneath a third-floor bathroom tub. Assumed it was the overflow gasket, so I called in a plumber. First company cut a hole in the second-floor ceiling, and confirmed it was the gasket, but they wanted me to have movers remove the washer and dryer from the laundry closet near the tub so they could cut a hole in that wall to remove the gasket from behind the tub. I thought the gasket could be repaired from the front but they said it could not so I called AllTech for a second opinion. Glad I did! Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and they came out the next day (since it was not an active leak) on a Sunday. The tech they sent, Kai, arrived on time (even could track him driving via the texts they send), was super professional, and after looking over everything confirmed the gasket was leaking and that the faucet cartridge in the tub also needed replaced. He replaced the gasket (from the front unlike the first plumber) and replaced the cartridge. He worked quickly and cleaned everything up. Even explained what he was doing while he did it. Calling AllTech saved me a ton of hassle and I highly recommend them and Kai.

Ryan was very friendly and respectful. He explained everything he was seeing as he walked me walked through his entire inspection process. After his inspection he told me each way it could be fixed and an estimate on what each would cost. Then went over the application for financing with me. He showed real compassion for me being a disabled senior so I did not feel worried or pressured. I recommend AllTech Services for anyone looking for an honest plumber.

On a Saturday night the last thing anyone needs is plumbing issues, but here I was. My powder room toilet water connection came loose, water water everywhere. One phone call to AllTech was all it took to get everything back to normal. Kevin, the technician, promptly returned my call for help, gave me an upfront estimate and came to my rescue. He arrived sooner than expected and the final cost was less than the original quote. I cannot say enough good things about Kevin’s professionalism, honesty and the speed in which he worked. He is a wonderful representative of this company.

Unplanned home expenses are 100% yuck, but Nick and AllTech Services did such a great job installing a new sump pump that the experience was extremely positive.Responsiveness: Last night after work I noticed my previous sump pump was inactive despite 2 inches of water pooling at the bottom of the basement walkout. I scheduled online and was immediately sent email and text confirmations. This morning at 7 am a rep from AllTech called to gather more information and confirm my appointment.Safety: AllTech sends you a photo of the tech before they arrive, which I found very reassuring.Techs: Nick arrived when expected and quickly provided 2 solutions at different price points. His coworker dropped off the necessary parts and the job was quickly done. I was able to pay with a credit card and immediately was provided a receipt for my records.I would highly recommend AllTech for any plumbing/HVAC project, planned or unplanned!

Very professional and quick! Saw them the next day and had an HVAC install scheduled for two days out during the busiest season! Had lots of bad experiences in the area. I appreciate they took the time to really explain all the technical details in simple terms for my options. They also have great no interest financing for 36 months. Really takes any financial stress off.Matthew was also kind enough to replace a vent cover I had sitting there I hadnt yet installed. Saw them recommended in a Facebook group and they were 100 percent right.

I had an outdoor sump system failure and a different plumber quoted me upwards of 1k to switch out the pump, floater, clean the tank and install a new circuit box. Travis from Alltech came out, listened to my problem, tested the pump, tested the outlet it was connected to, and he helped me confirm that the issue was not the pumps but instead might be electrical. he was honest and gave me a bunch of options/recommendations, and he was patient with my questions.with Travis’ input i was able to later test on my own and find that it was an electrical issue and not plumbing related. I’d give him 10 stars if i could, and I’ll be calling Alltech next time i have a plumbing problem. Thanks, Travis!

Kai Chotikul replaced the drain pipe on my AC unit, cleaned the drain and made it easier to see if it is clogged in the future. I cant say enough about his professionalism and his care for my needs. He went above and beyond -- this is Sunday on a Holiday weekend remember -- calling a water damage restoration company that he is familiar with. Semper Dry Water Removal immediately called me and they are coming out this morning to assess the damage.
