I’ve been a Stan Perkoski’s Home Services’ customer for almost a decade now, for my home and a small commercial building. They are courteous and professional. My old 80 gallon hot water heater in my home broke this time. They installed two Bradford White 50 gallon hot water tanks in its place this morning (total $5,944) . It’s nice to have hot water again.Update June 2024:There was an A/C problem at a commercial building I manage. Nick from Stan Perkoski’s came and recommended replacing the 2015 unit. He quickly (which was much appreciated) got the new 5 ton 15 seer American Standard heat pump with an American Standard 5 ton air handler and matching 15kw heat strip, installed and operating. My tenants are happy and so am I. Thank you!

My tub faucet would not shut off --of course on a weekend. I called Stan Perkoski on a beautiful summer Sunday AM; they answered immediately and had a plumber at my house at 2 on Monday. It turned out to be a simple thing that took only a few minutes to fix, and they charged me $100--which had to be under their hourly rate. Most places charge the first full hour regardless of the amount of time they spend.The plumber, Mike, also gave me a reasonable estimate if I want to replace the faucet --which I probably will.

He was very knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and there for us every step of the way. Prior to instillation, the team met to discuss a thorough plan, in which we (homeowners) were involved in. Rob played a key role in the process. He had great customer service skills; openly communicated and explained everything to us. The installers worked hard and were very respectful. Called this company to take a look at my furnace because it wasnt working. They were able to come out on the same day within a few hours of calling. Service was exceptional, and I was so happy they could fix it for a reasonable price. I will definitely continue to use them.Edited 5/15 - I had to replace my HVAC system and this company did a thorough job, didnt leave a mess, and had it replaced within a few days. Since it was the middle of winter, they could not complete the AC service and told me they would come out in the spring. I never heard from them, but when I contacted them about it, they did priority scheduling to take care of it.

I was very surprised and happy with how smooth the process went with this company. Steve came to the house and soon after gave us a quote for a new HVAC system. They had the best and most affordable prices, and he introduced me to the Energize Delaware program. I was able to get an appt for our house audit the same day I called and received the report 2 days later. Installation day was easy, and the two gentlemen who installed the system were hard at work all day. The very next day I was able to get my post installation inspection done so that our rebate paperwork could be sent off. I must say that I was dreading the process of getting a new HVAC system and applying for the rebate through the program but this was so easy and Steve was super helpful during the whole process. When I initially called they told me they weren’t a sales company and they held true to their word. If you are in the market for a new system, furnace, or AC, you can’t beat the prices they offer and the customer service they provided!

Stan Perkoskis have been doing my HVAC maintenance and repairs for over 9 years. The service people are polite, professional, skilled, and thorough. As a single woman, I never have any qualms about letting them into my home, and am always very happy with the service they provide--they keep my HVAC running in tip-top shape!11/11/21 Last week, I came home from work to discover that my house was cold. I called Stans, and since it was after hours, I had to leave a message. Nick, the manager, called me back within 10 minutes. I told him that my furnace wasnt working, and he told me he would see me first thing in the morning. He and his assistant were at my house promptly at 9:00, where they quickly determined that my inducer pump had failed. Nick gave me the option of replacing the pump (5 days/$2,000+) or the furnace itself ($5,000/tomorrow/furnace is 10 years old), with no pressure on either option. I chose to install the newer, more fuel-efficient furnace (warm tomorrow!), and Nick very graciously was able to arrange the schedule to indeed do it the next day so I could attend a craft show I had been planning on the day after. The installers arrived promptly at 9:00, with Nick shortly behind them at 9:15 to check in. The installers worked diligently all day, without even a break for lunch, until they hit a glitch with the condensate pump about 6:00 pm. They very freely admitted that this was beyond their abilities. and Nick reached out to tell me he would be there first thing in the morning to fix it himself--and that I could still go to my show! I was enjoying the show when I got a call from Nick asking me what temperature he should set the furnace on!I cannot say enough wonderful things about how responsive Nick and his crew were during this whole situation. WONDERFUL customer service--every service person who was in my house was absolutely professional, polite, and helpful! Five stars!

I have nothing but good things to stay. I was becoming concerned because the time window Id been given was rapidly closing and I hadnt heard anything, so I called the office and confirmed that the appt. was still on. There had been a number of heating issues in the area and the techs were planning to fix all of them. I was the last house on the agenda, so they showed up about an hour late. However, when they arrived (2 guys both named Nick), they were extremely polite, apologized for being late, and assured me that they would stay until my heating issue was resolved. True to their word they solved the problem and explained to me what they were doing as they worked through it. I was impressed with their thoroughness and friendliness, and in the end with their expertise. Very good customer experience for me.

I know I can trust Stan Perkoskis so, when my heat pump died they were my 1st call. It was August, a busy time, but they sourced the equipment and got it installed within a week. New heater and heat pump would have been done in 1 day if they didnt have an unusual factory defect. They stayed late after installing to diagnose the system. Nick, the manager, and one of the techs were back at 8a the next day to finish up. Ive been using Stan Perkoskis from when they started with one van. Its great to see how they have grown and can handle any of your home service needs.

Wow - fast service - called this afternoon they were out here by 3:00- issue was a clogged sink in the upstairs bathroom. We tried everything we could on our own to correct this . Just could not do it ourselves. The guys were very friendly, helpful , professional and they got the job done !We have used this company for a heating issue in the past and had a good experience after having a terrible experience with another company. They came out twice in the same day to resolve an oil leak for us. I of course decided to call them for this plumbing issue. We had another good experience. We will use them again in the future if we have any future issues.oh and they clean up after themselves . Definatly would recommend them. They are by far the most professional reliable company i have had to my home.

Justin Cooper did an excellent job. We have an old handicap shower in our home with multiple shower heads and multiple diverters that were not working. Justin got the shower fully operational. He installed shower heads, hand held shower arm and head, repaired one diverter, and replaced another diverter welded piping, and installed an access panel. The shower went from an ugly three headed monster, to an in-home quality spa experience with awesome water pressure. Huge huge huge thank you to Nick, the manager who helped us with pricing and budget, and Justin who did the plumbing work.
