Wonderful company. They were kind and curious on the phone and the tech that came out was very helpful and knowledgeable. I seem to have issues with my field and he was able to give me great starting points for repair. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Midwest Septic and would recommend them to anyone needing septic work.

Josh and his coworkers absolutely took care of my issue. They kept me well informed throughout the process; my proposal for the work was clear and detailed. They are skilled at what they do, and not only did they provide alternative solutions, but they did so for a very fair price AND they graded my yard where the work had been done when they finished. I highly recommend this company. They are in demand so it did take some time to get to our start date, but it was well worth it for the quality of work done and for the price.

I reached out to this company and the company scheduled us for an appointment next day. The two young men showed up on time, completed the work, and the price was well below of what I expected to pay. I recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I had an emergency issue with my septic and called Midwest Septic and immediately Jason, owner of Midwest addressed the problem and had the problem solved right away.I ha e called Midwest over the years to pump out the septic, any backups in the plumbing and replacements for the lift station. Theyve always come out in a timely manner and addressed any issues and always solved the problems. Wont use any other company. Highly recommended.

The best plumbing company in Illinois. Honest, reasonable prices, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They were my third plumber after a major issue. Nobody could fix my problem and were quoting me $8000 and digging up my yard. Drainserv, run by Josh, fixed it in 20 min and then came back to follow-up at a fraction of the cost. They have my loyalty for life!

That being said, I found this great company for, drain clogged problems, that I would (and do) refer to anyone one of my customers. Here is the feed back from my customer after the two guys left the house.”They were great. Kind and respectful. We were laughing about your encounter with them at Menards. I asked if you were begging for them to come and help 2 old ladies. The blue eyes tested the toilets and sinks and shower to make sure it was all good. Blue eyes told me the reason I could not make contact the weekend before is because they have people on vacation. The person who takes the calls will be back at end of week. He is fishing.“. All great company’s boss and employees need some time away.Tell them your problem and they will give you a solution.

I would highly recommend Drainserv to everyone!!! Great, honest company!! Josh is a great guy!!! I had sewer problems at least once a year from tree roots. I would call at 7:00 a.m. and they would be at my house no later than noon and sometimes as early as 9:00. They replaced my main sewer line last year (my house is 60 years old) and I couldnt be happier with the quality and price of their work. I cant say enough good things about this company!!!!

I see water overflowing from our floor drain pipe on a Sunday evening and i started having an anxiety attack. Came from a week conference and needed to rest but due to the urgency of the matter, I started calling plumbing places that had a good review. All of them could not give a price nor an estimate, except Josh of Drainserv. I have made an appt with another company and was told $49 service call on top of what they will find and that would be additional cost but will get credit for the $49 if i get it done the same day.Then I received a call back from Josh and confidently told me that he guarantee he can fix my problem for a fix amount. Was hesistant at first but thought given the good reviews he had on google, even for only 7 people, i took a chance. Out of those 7 people, 4 of them had more than 2 reviews and 2 are flagged as local guides (meaning confirmed reviews).Josh told me they are family own business and will be sending his brother Mike with another guy David. I am so thankful i made the appointment.I now find myself a reputable plumbing and drain services backed with honesty and integrity. . Not only they fixed our clogged drain pipe, they also fix our leaking toilet for the amount we agreed upon and a little extra. Im not complaining, the fact that he fix the leak for the toilet is more than enough for the additional amount he added on our bill. Definitely earned a repeat business from me if i ever need a plumber again.
