Taylor Plumbing is an excellent company to do business with. They provide outstanding service. Within two appointments, one initial appointment to assess the situation and fix what they could, and a follow-up appointment to fix what they needed parts for, they addressed all my plumbing needs, which included, leaking toilets and a broken sink, and a replacement handheld shower. Jessie was courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. I highly recommend Taylor Plumbing.

They are sooo helpful and honest people to work with. I called originally to have my catch basin to be cleaned (which I thought it needed to be) and it turns out, it wasn’t that bad enough that it needed to be cleaned - Thanks! Saved me some money!But not only that, they impressed me. The guy suggested that we put a camera down the line to the sewer (to make sure it’s not about to get clogged and to see if there’s any tree roots) and thank goodness he suggested that - our pipe to the sewer was like 90% blocked! 😮 and w/tree roots!If we had not unblocked that in time, we would have gotten a sewer backup in a matter of weeks! So we let them clear out the pipe and it was done on that same day.So, THANK YOU, for your expertise and thoughtfulness.We would love to work with you guys again and we would highly recommend you to our family and friends!

We had an extensive lift station repair and after getting four quotes, decided to go with Taylor. They werent the cheapest but after speaking with Charlie Taylor, the owner, I felt the job was going to be done right the first time. They did a great job and were within reason of their quote. Id definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Taylor Plumbing has been a very reliable source for the plumbing needs of our hair studio business. Hair can cause tremendous clogs. Theyve always come out quickly and solved the problems. They also perform annual required back-flow tests for our village of Arlington Heights. Everyone there (from office staff, servicemen, managers) is always friendly and accommodating!

I want to thank Patty and Ryan for the great job in scheduling and changing out our fire sprinkler system valve. When I called over the holiday, at the direction of our village public works folks, Patty was so reassuring. She made good interim suggestions and sent Ryan out first of the year to do the permanent fix. Ryan arrived on time, brought his own foot covers, worked so cleanly that even my mother was impressed, and was kind to us, as well. Im always skeptical when someone else finds a worker to come into my house, but in this case you have an exceptional team. Ive sent this note along to the village, as well, to let them know how well you served us. Many thanks!

I had a gentleman named Charlie come by. He took me through my issue throughly in my bathroom. He even taught me a bit in case something happened anywhere else. The problem was fixed and no more leaking from the upstairs.Second time around, I had a new sink put in and Home Depot doesn’t do the plumbing side so I called them out. A gentleman name Aaron came and wow, was quick and no issues. I thank them for being transparent the whole time.
