    I had a leak from my bathroom vanity faucet and my shower head. Boris came out and did not charge me for the estimate. He got the parts timely and returned to install them. He kept his appointment and price, did the work in a reasonable time and cleaned up. He showed me the two new units.When I contact the office I get a prompt answer and the help I need.This is my second time using this company. Overall I am very happy and will continue to use Drain and Plumbing Services. This is stress-free repairs.

    Couldnt be more pleased with the service and timeliness of this company/individual. Yuri solved an issue with mysterious thumping coming from my pipes (bad water meter), fixed my sump well issues by replacing the battery with a quality product and fixed a leaky flapper in one of the restrooms. Also replaced a very noisy check valve on my other sump well (ejector). All for a very cost effective price. Wouldnt hesitate to use them and him again. Highly recommend.

    Our garbage disposal broke over the weekend. I called several places but nobody answered the phone even though websites listed they were open. Drain & Plumbing Services answered right away but also explained that while they charged a service call on weekends, a weekday visit would be free. At 9am on Monday morning Dimitriy (the plumber) showed up and within half an hour I had a working garbage disposal. The price was reasonable and the space by the disposal was spotless. I could not be happier. They are a small, family owned company that truly care about their customer.

    Excellent service and communication, prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. I found Drain&plumbing after a few bad experiences with other plumbing companies - some gave exorbitant quote for a relatively straightforward work and some provided cheap estimates but never showed up and stopped picking up the phone. My experience with Drain & Plumbing was such a stark contrast - the dispatcher picks up the phone right away, follows up diligently. On all occasions, the specialist, Dima, arrived within the scheduled window, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and polite. I am the kind of homeowner who wants to understand all the details of the work that needs to be done and the costs being charged. I really appreciated that Dima was honest about potential issues he might uncover once he starts working on the project (old house problems!), took the time to explain everything in great detail and answer all the questions. He also spent time testing every connection to make sure there are no leaks after he finished. I liked that the company gave one year warranty for the work they did.Last but not the least I was very grateful to the dispatcher, Valerie who in a few days time managed to figure out the convoluted permit requirements of our township and handled all the communications directly with the town inspector. I spent weeks trying to accomplish that and got nowhere, so I recommend this company, especially for any plumbing work that requires a building permit. These are the guys I want on my side when dealing with both plumbing problems and municipal beurocracy :)

    Reasonably priced, knowledgeable, responsive.I had 2 main water halves in my basement replaced. I had other quotes and I felt DPS gave me an accurate and reasonable price for the job. Work was done in a timely manner by Yaroslav and Sasha, and they made sure everything was working properly after the job was completed.

    This morning, our toilet leaked, so I called Drain & Plumbing services and within an hour, we had a plumber at our place. Very friendly and pleasant.     Extremely happy with this company. Used them for a sewage backup and installation of outdoor clean out. Great communications, people and quality work. Dimitri patiently answered my many questions as he evaluated the problem and explained options. Yuri also came out to evaluate, and he and Boris installed the clean out, and were super nice, professional guys. Front line people who took all of my calls were amazing.On top of that, I was worried about my landscaping where they were going to have to dig. So they had me text pictures of the area, and circled what would be impacted. I moved some plants but just couldn’t get them all. So without me asking, they preserved small shrubs and replanted, on top of the laborious clean out installation in very hot weather.Highly recommend!

    Called this company based on a referral from a friend. They were able to come out the next day and provide a reasonable quote for installing a sink, toilet, new laundry tub and also a new exterior hose spigot.     Drain and Plumbing services has helped me out on numerous occasions. Dima our technician is professional, knowledgeable, and I trust him completely which in todays environment is very rare. He is honest and saved us from what I thought would be a much more involved and expensive repair. They went out of their service area to help me at my 95 year old mothers house. Rarely do you find a company that fits you into their schedule the next day and keeps texting updates to you on the technicians arrival as well as following up after the service call.     I knew I had root in my sewer. I did rodding every two years and applied copper sulfate root kill every year.I failed rodding by myself this year. I called DPS for hydro jetting. Yuri came on time and showed me with camera how much root in there. He parked his van on the side of my house and ran the hose into the basement through window. He cut all the root in every three feet at every clay pipe connection. And then he hydro jet the drain pipe throughly. It sounds like a helicopter in the pipe. Yuri is very professional and experienced. He did the work very fast and answered all my questions very patiently. He is the best plumber I have met so far. And also I must mention the girl answered phone call is also awesome. Really good customer service and reasonable price.

The faucet I bought was not correct and he went and bought a new one that was just like the one I had purchased I could tell he took time to find a faucet I would like.     Drain & Plumbing Services was recommended to us by a friend when we were looking for a solution to understanding a frustrating issue with our hot water heater. Anna was amazing to work with and sent out Yura to evaluate our situation the same day. Yura was extremely knowledgeable and offered us a few solutions and recommended the one he felt would solve our issue the most efficiently. We had a quote within the day and because it was a fair quote for the job, we scheduled the work within the week. Anna’s follow up to make sure everything was working properly has been amazing and above all expectations. We even hired them to install a gas line to our grill a few weeks later.     When my dryer broke, I had a replacement unit delivered but it could not be installed because my water valves that connected the water were not holding. The appliance installers recommended I call a plumber to get them replaced before installing the new unit (stackable washer and dryer). They also recommended I use Drain & Plumbing Services to replace the valves. I called the office and had a plumber out the same day. The issue was that I live in an association and the water had to be shut off. My unit does not have a local shut off valve. DRain and plumbing services arranged to have the water shut off with my association, scheduled the work, came on time, and did the repairs. I did not need to lift a finger. Communication with the office and with the plumber was smooth. When the appliance team returned to install my unit - they complemented plumbers work. I cannot recommend them enough they were excellent.

    I had an exceptional experience with the company. From the moment I called, their customer service was outstanding. They were very nice and helped me to schedule my appointment according to my needs very quickly. My technician Yaroslav was prompt, arriving exactly when dispatcher said he would, and their technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Drain & Plumbing Service have a great system notifications where you can easily track your technician, his arrival time and the progress he made. Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix the issue with our sump pump, but they also took the time to explain what was wrong and how they were going to address it. Originally, i had a plan a plan to replace a sump pump with exact same one but after Yaroslav had a look at my property footage and conditions, we weee advised of better pump option that were still within our budget. The quality of their work was top-notch, and I haven’t had any issues since. I highly recommend Drain & Plumbing Service to anyone in need of plumbing assistance.     I had an emergency situation where my Navian tankless water heater stopped working late at night. I contacted my plumber who put me in touch with Drain & Plumbing Services early the following morning. Within 30 min a technician, Yuri, came out to the property to assess the problem. He diagnosed the issue, found additional problems that I’ve been dealing with related to water temperature and fixed everything within 30 min of arrival. He even performed a cleaning maintenance service of my heater to ensure optimal performance. He made additional recommendations and suggested things that need to be fixed in other areas related to plumbing. He was fast, professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. Called them after hours 5pm & they still answered the call & set us up with appointment fast. Today 12/9/22 the plumber came (very nice guy) even replaced the broken piece under the sink & opened up the drainage & now everything works great no more water getting flooded. Excellent service!     Michael came out from Drain & Plumbing Services to perform the yearly test of the RPZ valve for my irrigation system. He identified a problem with the first check valve and could not continue with the test. I ordered some parts through Amazon and the next day I replaced the rubber valve pad along with the seat O-ring. Michael came back the following day and retested. That valve passed but now the second check valve was failing. Michael allowed me time to replace that valve on the spot (5 minutes) and then it passed. I was only charged with 1 service call.

They sent me a text message and much like Uber, I could see where Sergio was now and when he started to come to my house I could get an idea of when he was leaving the other call.Are these the people that come in and take off their boots at the front door or wear coverings on their shoes? No. Did they need some extra paper towels to sop up some water that I supplied? Yes Was there a little communications challenge because I do not speak Ukrainian? He was able to get the part that was needed, as it was far from standard. He was able to come back later the same day, and fixed the whole problem. Martin was a true expert in his field. This was easily seen. Besides having outstanding plumbing experts, setting up the appointment was easy, they were great to work with, there price was more than fair, everything was perfectly explained, and their name and phone number are now in my address book in indelible ink! (Even though it’s an iPhone). I cannot recommend highly enough!!

    It was a cold snowy afternoon and it was minus 15 degree outside due to the wind chill. The technician, whose name was Austin, dug out a frozen pipe from the snow and worked hard to fix my sump pump. His hands were frozen... I really appreciate for his professional spirit! The company and its employees really take care of their customers.In the past, I worked with at least five plumbing companies. Some charged their services for too much; some performed the work badly.     Great dealing with this company! Our home warranty company referred us to them regarding our kitchen faucet.     Let me just start by saying this plumbing company is outstanding! Anna and her staff of professional plumbers are the best we have used since coming to Illinois from California. We had a sump pump issue (a new thing for us West Coasters) and Michael was honest and helped us get that issue resolved.     Mike came out to take care of our jack hammer of a sump pump! He was quick, efficient, and even went the extra mile to make sure things went smoothly. We did notice that the pump was a bit louder than what we originally had but that was what our home warranty provided.     I finally found a plumbing company i can trust! first, the ladies at the office are amazing. they take their time to listen and find the best plumber for your needs. then plumbers! these guys mean business. i thought i needed a new heater, per advice of a plumber from a different company . he wanted close to 2k for swapping a 50 gln. mike from drain and plumbing services came out and repaced a few parts, with labor i paid just over 500$ and my heater works great! he also noticed a leaking valve under my sink and recommended we fix it. i called them back the same day when my hot water returned (thank you, Mike!!!) and they sent Martin to work on the valve. He was great as well. overall, best experience with a plumbing company to date!

    We called on a Saturday morning to get our water heater replaced, not expecting to have anyone be able to come until Monday. The previous owners of my new house had attempted to do the plumbing in our downstairs bathroom themselves. Not only was the toilet installed improperly, but they didnt even use joint compound on any of the connections, causing severe leakage. Yaroslav was super helpful and professional.     My water heater was leaking and my son recommended I call drain and plumbing services. I called them in the morning and spoke to Anna. she was able to send me a plumber that day. Mike came out diagnosed the water heater and charged 95$ for the service call. the next day, Josh came out and replaced the tank. he worked fast and efficiently. he gave is a bill after he was finished and rolled in the 95$ service call, so that ended up free, much appreciated. both plumbers were great and I would call this company again if I ever need a plumber.     I was remodeling the kitchen of my mid 60s house and needed to lower my sink drain and water lines. Ive only soldered a handful of pipes and the location of these pipes to a stud were outside my skill and comfortably. I had an emergency plumbing situation and a very experienced plumber came right away and fixed the problem when two other companies could not figure out the issue.     Arrived on time. Identified the issue (clogged outside pipes that the downspouts feed into) and hydro jetted those. Turns out the end points were long-buried under the lawn and were completely hidden from view. Technician cleared those out, took out the pine needle deposits from downspouts and reinstalled everything back. Gave great advice on how to deal with the drains going forward. Was clearly knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely use again.
