We had a horrific clog in our sink. After we tried everything, I called Fly Plumbing. I called a couple of other places and the prices seemed so high. I was excited to finally hear a reasonable cost. I checked their reviews and called ASAP. You dont realize how much you use your sink until you cant! They were able to fit us the very next day. Adrian was the technician he called to let me know he was here. He was extremely polite and put on booties when walking through the house. He was able to fix the clog lighting fast. He was also extremely informative and, in general, very pleasant. The prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Adrian and Fly Plumbing to everyone and will absolutely use them again! You cant get better prices or service. You never know how things like this will go. I am truly happy and impressed.

I am very happy with the service of this company. Communication was excellent. The company gave me a time slot for the appointment and told me they would call approximately 30 minutes before arrival, which is exactly what happened. The company sent Shawn out to fix the shower head and spout. He was friendly, introduced himself, and attentively listened to the issues I was having. He fixed the problem, worked quickly, demonstrated the results, and cleaned up after himself. I will use this company again in the future.

I just had Shawn out to my house today for both toliets in my house no longer working. Shawn was very respectful of my house and unclogged the main line leading out of my house clearing the clog. He then remembered what i said about water coming up from underneath the toilets when i first told him about the problem i had and replaced both wax rings under the toilets. Fly plumbing is an amazing company we have used them for years and they are all so professional, kind and courteous. No one ever hopes they need a plumber but if i do i know i will use them again.

I highly recommend fly plumbing! We recently had a return line leak and they were able to have someone out very quickly. The technician was able to properly diagnose the issue almost immediately and had someone out to repair it. They even quoted us a very reasonable cost all things considered! The customer service and receptionist is outstanding and very kind. These guys really know what they’re doing!

Being from Chicago, we know the phrase “I got a guy” well. As a first time homeowner, we didn’t have any “guys” and had no clue who to call when our brand new home had cloudy hot water and a leaky pipe in the crawl space. Kaleigh was very responsive and able to get us scheduled to have a technician come out to check out the damage right away. Shaun assessed the situation and very clearly and concisely explained what needed to be done. He did not try to sell us on anything more than we asked for and did not try to push us into anything we didn’t feel comfortable with. The price they quoted was fair and much more reasonable than anyone we spoke with before them.Shaun did the work quickly and quietly and thoroughly explained to us what he was doing to fix the situation and how to operate the new water heater. Now not only do we have clear hot water and no leaks, we also “got a guy”!
