My hot water started leaking unexpectedly. I called Capps because they replaced my last one 16 years ago and I was very happy with it all those years. They had an appointment same day and Tim Murray arrived within two hours of my phone call! Tim was very knowledgeable and nice and he explained the product and pricing thoroughly. He installed the heater in a short period of time and everything was great!

What a tremendous experience!I called around for quotes on a potential wax ring replacement, and Capps was the most affordable.They came during the time I scheduled and prior to this they sent me a text of who our technician would be, and their approximate arrival time.Jimmy and Dan came and began to diagnose the issue in a very thorough and professional manner. They checked the crawl space for leaks and explained the problem to me in plain English.Once the problem was identified they told me what the cost would be (and it was EXACTLY the same quote over the phone, which is very refreshing).They completed the tasks successfully, and throughout the experience were very kind, informative, and professional.I am confident that the work which was done is up to par, and the experience I had with CAPPS leads me to believe if I have another issue, I will be calling them again.10/10 service.

If i could i would give them 10 stars. Their service is excellent. They came out to my house because i had a major issue. They diagnosed it and told me what it would cost. The also told me about an issue that was going on downstream with the villages line. Anthony, Dan, John and anybody i missed were very thorough and follow up. For as major an issue that I have, it’s nice that they can put your mind at ease that you can get through it. My issue with my plumbing was that my stainless steel drain 3 feet under my house has failed and needs to be replaced. I will be using them for my bedroom conversion into a bathroom/ laundry room. Top notch service and they go the extra mile from who you initially talk to when you call to everyone you talk to after that. Very fast call back. Never left waiting

Last Sunday, the lower level and crawlspace of our home flooded. A good friend recommended Capps. We were able to submit a service request on the website, which was so easy. Someone called us almost immediately to offer to come out on Sunday to help. We opted for Monday. The team arrived on time and prepared. They cleared our sewer line, removing the build-up of roots that had caused the blockage. We watched a video of 150 ft. of our drain-clear! The team was courteous, competent, clean, and helped us with truly an emergency. We would recommend them 100% and will be working with them to keep our drains clean going forward. Thank you!

I am very satisfied with Capps Plumbing. I had an issue with my kitchen sink backing up (Im in one of four units in my building). Nick was here last week and got my kitchen drain working but was concerned that since it was in the common pipe, there needed to be more work done. Today Kyle M. came and did an excellent job. Both Nick and Kyle were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and made sure that they cleaned up afterward. Kyle even gave me some tips on how to maintain my drain, which were very helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

I called CAPPS this pasted Friday as I thought my on suite toilet was making strange noises and not flushing correctly.From the phone call to getting a new toilet, I cannot say enough about CAPPS service .My appointment was today, as it was not an emergency. I was scheduled between 11 and two, and to my surprise I was called to say that the plumber was coming sooner. I haven’t heard that in a long time.The technician that came, whose name is Joe, was beyond knowledgeable, professional, kind, and more than efficient.He gave me several options, and let me make the decision to replace the toilet. No hard sell at all.My floors were prepped to bring the new toilet in and the old toilet out, and my floors and bathroom were left in pristine condition.I would recommend CAPPS and Joe in a heartbeat.

With Capps, there were no surprises - - they kept us in the loop, even notifying us when new technicians were coming over. Sean spent time with us explaining why the job was necessary. Tom was a wonderful project manager! He has a weve got this attitude, and guides the team well. Addison, in the front office was always reachable, and answered all our questions. All the technicians were knowledgeable and worked really hard! Although we freaked-out a lot during the process, in retrospect, we can see that our project was in capable hands, and that we were working with real professionals. We highly recommend them!

(update) Service on Jun.4th.2024: Today I requested CAPPs service for a non urgent water leak fix and I want to update my rating. I spent $1,442 (after 10% membership discount applied) for replacing a showever tube cartridge and two chrome plated brass under the drywall.Some experiences and thoughts Id like to share with the community:1) Their labor and parts charge is high. Their labor charge is more than $300 per hour. For example, today the technican just visually looked my shower tub swtich for less than 15 minutes and I paid $152 for that. The tube cartridge part cost from home depot is around $40 and I paid in total $600 for part plus labor to replace it.2) After they drained my water tanker today, they couldnt ignite my heater. The solution they provided to me is to replace a new heater for $1800. My current heater was manufactured on 2013 and I called the manufacutur myself and was informed that the part for ignition would cost only ranging $16 - $40. The manuafcatur said there is no need to replace the heater and I plan to find an affordable solution myself.Overall, I cant complain about their professionalism in plumbing service. The technicans are friendly and work hard.However, for non-urgent issues, I recommend comparing with other options first.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Previouse comments:Service on Jan.10th.2024: Hunter and Danny are doing excellent work. I called for repairs after a holiday weekend and was able to schedule an appointment the same day. They gave me a window for the service call and actually called back earlier than anticipated and said they were on the way. They were both friendly and professional. The technician, Tristan was prompt and after telling him what the issues were, he said he would inspect each area so he could provide a quick estimate. He did so and provided a very detailed and user friendly estimate. Tristan explained what he recommended and why. Once we agreed on the repairs, he got started on and completed all repairs in a reasonable time according to the estimate. The workmanship was also good. The entire process was very professional from start to finish and i would definitely recommend Capps for any plumbing needs.

The Capps team did a great, professional job re-routing my sump line to an area with better access and delivering a solution that can overflow (outside) if the new (wider) underground line happens to freeze up. Water now flows to a bubble box drain that will dissipate into my yard. Ill have much greater peace-of-mind next winter knowing the thought and care that went into the solution from the Capps team.

CAPPS replaced the sewer line at my home, the inspection was done prior to any work being completed. The owner Joe arrived along with technician Kyle to give me the estimate. They were both great to work with and Joe is a straight shooter which I totally respect. I was given the estimate of what it would cost and when the job was completed there where NO hidden surprises financially. Tom, Roberto, Hernan, Jose and Alex showed up on time as told to me and once on seen they were very professional and polite, and any question that I asked they explained in great detail. You cannot ask for a more professional crew then what they displayed. And shortly after the work began Joe the owner showed up and walked me through the entire process of what was going to be done. It was obvious that Joe is passionate about his business. Great job and highly recommend this company.

Steven from Capps just left after rodding out our pipes under our kitchen sink. I rarely write reviews but the service experience was exemplary. He was polite, friendly, informative, professional, patient, thorough and answered all of our questions. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe this young man. He even cleaned my sink when done with the job! Phone calls and text reminders were a plus prior to service. Steven also provided us with estimates on repairing other plumbing issues around our home and the small senior discount was the last surprise!

You know when you have a plumbing problem and youre just dreading having the work done AND getting the bill? Well we just had the most wonderful experience with Capps Plumbing. Our basement had a sewer pipe back up. We were quoted by another plumber just shy of $4,000 to chain rod the 60 pipe. Were retired and that was just not an option. We called Capps and two hours later, the job was done for under $1,000. Not only were Jose and Alex professional, they moved right along, explained everything they were doing, showed us the finished product via the camera, and were very polite as well! Dont think twice about using Capps. Theyre awesome!

My ejector pump went out so I called Capps based on a recommendation. The experience was top notch from the start. I called to book my appointment and immediately received a text confirming the date and time . On the day of my appointment, I received another text telling me that Tristan, my technician, was on his way. The text included his picture which I really liked not only from a customer experience standpoint but also as an added security measure. When Tristan arrived, he introduced himself with a smile, presented his business card and put on his boot covers immediately so as to not track dirt into my home. I took him into the basement where he assessed the issue with the ejector pump and walked me through what he was going to do. After we agreed on the service, he went immediately to work. Once he was done, he showed me the completed product. I was not only impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of his work but he also left the area around my ejector pump cleaner than he found it! All around excellent experience and I would definitely call Capps Plumbing again without hesitation. A big thank you to Tristan for a job well done!

We had roots in our pipes and the toilet was overflowing. The Capps plumbing experts came, assessed the problem and came up with the best solution that was within my budget. They got the work done in about an hour and the gave me an estimate for the work that would be needed to reduce the need for toilet removal since the roots will keep coming so that removing the roots is not that expensive.Thank you Capps plumbing; I will for sure be using your services again.

Zak came to our house last week and not only detected the problem we called about (leaking pipe) he also discovered a major issue with our sump pump well. We are so thankful we were able to deal with it now before it became a MUCH bigger issue down the line. Forever grateful to Zak for that. Today we had two fantastic gentleman, Ethan and Gilbert, come by to replace the well. They were so kind and courteous, very careful to treat our home with respect, and walked us through everything they were doing. Capps came out the same day and Kyle J. went out of his way to communicate with me every step of the way as I was out of town. Had a plumbing emergency over the holiday weekend. Capps is the third company I called after the other 2 didn’t show up. Capps arrived within an hour of my call and got to work assessing the issue. The quote was a bit high, but that’s to be expected for emergency, weekend service. They fixed the problem, gave me a quote for adding a cleanout to make future problems easier to remedy and their quote for the cleanout install is fair. Final bill was exactly what they quoted me even though it took a little longer than expected. Kyle was friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again.

Anthony was amazing. He was early for scheduled window of service, yes he was here before the scheduled time. He was patient, courteous, and professional. He discussed several options with price quotes. There was no sense of pushing new vs repair and he was prepared to do either. He stayed about an hour and 1/2 for completion and was finished on time. Best plumber I have ever worked with from a plumbing company I have worked with for over 16 years.

Opening up the wall and correcting the pipe so my new sink and dishwasher would drain and not have issues later. He also had to leave and get a piece for my refrigerator so ny water and ice worked. He even went above and beyond and replaced some incorrect piping under my sink, cleaned the drain and started to put all of my under-sink stuff back in its place.
