I cant speak more highly of Johnson boiler, truly.We have had plumbing problem after plumbing problem and they have been to our house 4 times in 5 months (no fault of thier own, my house just imploded over the course of 5 months!). Each time theyve come, the gentlemen have been kind, respectful and educated me on how to better care for my pipes!Weve had many services in our home over the years and Johnson has been amazing. I highly reccomend them! Ive never had to wait more than a few hours for service, except this last time when they had an emergency and had to reschedule I personally chose to move my job back a week, Johnson was fine with the next day!Im moving all my services here, yearly checks on my furnace and AC, everything I can move is moving here.Thank you so much for helping us in what has been the worst peroid of homeownership weve ever faced! It was nice to know Johnson wasnt something I had to worry about!

Here is the intersection of Compassion & Community!Johnson Boiler Works is truly the Keystone Establishment of North Benwood.You dont always realize how fate can come crashing down in the worst of times.That is precisely when they stepped up for me, on no less than three occasions to date.On Christmas Eve, gripped in the coldest airmass as of lately...-6°F -25°F windchill...is when my 30 year old furnace decided to make life difficult for a spell.All hands, and team effort assured me of the part in my hand in less than 2 hours.I had the part installed before the temperature got below freezing. The furnace now runs like a top.I tip my hat to Norm, the real catalyst of the works. And I always wave a big hand whenever I pass by the Keystone!

Had a lead water intake pipe replaced. They showed up on time, started work immediately. Dug up only enough to get to the pipe, replaced it and the dirt. When they were finished, cleaned everything up. Everyone was friendly, answered any questions I had. Highly recommend them!

Have used them MANY times! Had new gas lines ran, had leaks repaired, and had water pressure issues fixed. The guys are knowledgeable, friendly, and overall fantastic! Rusty is great at getting you on the schedule asap. I won’t call anyone else!

Got an appointment in a very timely manner. Mechanics were knowledgeable and courteous. Explained all issues to me thoroughly and did not try to up sell me unnecessary items. Told me the age and condition of my air conditioning unit. Very efficient job. Will definitely use again.

I cant recommend Johnson Boiler Works highly enough. We had furnace troubles today...thats right... weekend, evening, some of the worst weather in months so theyre getting calls left and right. Even so, they answered the phone right away, the repair tech. showed up amazingly quickly, was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and skilled...and he had the problem diagnosed, the blower motor and a capacitor replaced (hed picked up a motor from the shop earlier in the day, thinking he might need it) and was on his way in under an hour. Were back to a working furnace...thank God (literally...answered prayers). Again, I cant recommend them highly enough. If you need a furnace (or air-conditioning/ other HVAC products or services) you owe it to yourself to seriously consider them. Great people, great products, ready, willing and able to come out ANY day (weekend, holiday...even Christmas as the salesman told me 6-plus years ago). Oh yeah...and the other amazing and unexpected thing...the parts were FREE...still under warranty. Ive never had better all around, comprehensive service from sale through after-purchase from any business.

Over the decades I purchased 4 furnaces from them (we live in a flood zone) I always go back to JBW Ive never had any issues from the cost point to the installations, last month when it was below zero (Christmas 2022) the furnace (installed in 2004) decided to give us fits, I call JBW and I was connected with a seasoned repair specialist and he gave me ideas google/YouTube didnt cover (condensation tank and Exhaust Pipe) the furnace was back to normal, JBW could have easily said...oh, we better get a tech out there immediately but gave things to try first. Its been a month and the furnace is normal. They got my respect

The man i had come to the house to look at our boiler was very kind. He was very knowledgeable , and answered all the questions i had about our radiators. Ive never had them in any home I grew up in. So I had quite a few to ask. The price for him to come out and fix the issue was very pocket book friendly. Id recommend this company to any one with the home heating systems.

They were really nice and installed a new AC unit in no time. Literally a couple hours. Hauled away the old one. Cleaned up nice, made sure it was running good before leaving. Will use them again.

We are so thankful for Johnson Boiler Works! Our home warranty company 1st contracted with another furnace repair company. It was a disaster. The other company left us without a working furnace. When the home warranty company contracted with Johnson, they came as soon as they could to see what they could do. It took a few days of back and forth with the warranty company, but they finally approved a new furnace. Johnson got it installed as quickly as they could as wed been without a furnace from 02/22-03/16. They were super nice and professional. I dont know what wed have done without them.
