Had what I believed to be aclogged toilet and I called the operator and they dispatch one of their trucks, the gentlemen showed up around 730pm and said that the charge for a pipe cleaning/removing the clog was $514 was able to get a senior discount and get it for $414, we latter find out that we had a bigger problem and it was not a clog so he did not charge me, I haven’t seen any talking about pricing so I wanted to let everybody know.

The service was beyond exceptional! I called late night and said they were available 24/7..and we had a technician out in less than an hour. He diagnosed the problem and started working on it right away. Beyond professional and polite. He explained everything he was doing before he started and was extremely knowledgeable. The tech wore his mask during the whole appointment even though it was outdoors. Definitely will be using their services again if needed and will highly recommend this company! 5 stars!

I needed a plumber quick and within 3 hours and Roto-Rooter was able to provide a tech onsite named Demetri who was extremely knowledgeable, professional accommodating and did excellent work replacing 2 toilets for our business commercial space. Our Bldg was a super old historic Bldg and Demetri knew how to diagnose the problem. The toilet replacement solved the problem and the toilets are flushing great. He also disposed of any debris and did such a clean job with the finishing details. Craftsmanship is great.Demetri did extremely well that we requested him for another plumbing issue at the office which was 2 bathroom sink problem. He replaced the faucets and both bathrooms sinks are working great.Booking and coordinating appt was fast and easy. Reasonable prices.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roto-Rooter and especially the plumber Demetri! Thanks Demetri!Highly recommend

Julio the service tech was amazing. He was on time and knowledgeable. He came gave us break down of what he will be doing. Unfortunately, we had a bigger problem that he had to call his supervisor to access. We then got into discussion of the work which I found to be very expensive. Andre and the other European guy the fix it guys got the major part of the job down in a timely manner, they too were amazing. Great group of guys. Just pretty expensive I feel. I will definitely recommend.

Our bathroom had a major backup that flooded our tub and toilet. However, Demetri knew exactly how to fix the issue upon arrival. I honestly cannot thank him enough. He definitely knows his job well and it shows because as many backups as our plumbing system has each year he was fully able to help me understand what could possibly be clogging the pipes, along with explaining how the piping system works. Again, this is information I was completely oblivious to because as I’ve learned each residence has their own piping system that can either cause early issues or delayed issues overtime, depending on the type of pipe. I’m truly thankful for calling Roto-Rooter, especially, with a short notice. Demetri arrived quickly and immediately went to work with trying to fix the issue. I definitely know how to keep the pipes up to date, now, which will save me more money.Again, thank you for your great and professional service.
