North County Plumbing helped us IMMEDIATELY in an emergency plumbing situation that occurred over a weekend. We called, and before they could even get a tech out here to address the issue (which they still offered to do that day), they walked us through how to temporarily fix the problem over the phone. We were able to follow their instructions and then they still sent a tech over in a timely manner to double check on the issue we had to make sure everything was ok. They were kind and extremely helpful. I can’t recommend their services enough and will be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

Called North County Plumbing for an elderly couple that I care for because some good friends recommended them highly. Their hot water heater was leaking heavily into their garage and the dispatcher asked if I could send some photos of the 47 year old HWH. Within a matter of minutes they called me back with a very reasonable quote and we scheduled an appointment that was convenient for all. Very happy with their professionalism and knowledge of old plumbing. We will be using them for all other plumbing needs because its hard to find quality and reasonable service in todays society. They are family owned and operated and truly care about their customers.

I highly recommend this company, I will give it more than 5 stars for their honesty and reasonable price compared to others companies. My kitchen sink was clogged for two days, I tried heavy duty drain opener, used a plunger, ...nothing works. I used Roto Rooter in the past, and decided to shop around and try another company. Based on North County Plumbing excellent reviews, I decided to call them. The price they quoted me over the phone was reasonable compared to Roto Rooter. After asking me a few questions, Ricky was very helpful explaining over the phone what could be the problem, and told me to use a simple technique, and if it doesnt work, then I would call back and have someone comes in. Michael repaired a leaky faucet outside today. He was more than professional, checking that the water that had been turned off came back on properly in all sinks and bathtubs inside. He explained what he was doing as he worked which I really appreciated. The cost for the repair was reasonable and something I could afford. I cant say ENOUGH about this company and about Don in particular. We had a shower cartridge/valve problem and our hardware is not brand-name as we ordered it online. That made our problem 10 times more challenging and we had two others look at it in bewilderment. Don came, determined to find a solution, and fixed our problem in record time. Hes so talented, it was second nature to him but he was still honest about what might happen with those parts in the future. Its really heartwarming to have an experience like this when weve been down about our bathroom for sometime. Tony was also remarkable - he came to assess our problem before escalating it to Don and was SO responsive. His follow-up/follow through was amazing. The entire company is impressive and they wont kill your pockets. Id recommend a thousand times. Thank you!

The main copper supply line under our concrete slab developed a leak. This was in an area where the supply line rises up through the foundation footer and where the water heater is located. This required pulling the water heater, cutting through the slab, redirecting the line through a cutout in the footer, then resetting the water heater. It was a big and challenging job and the North County Plumbing team handled it with ease. Quickly responsive from our initial call, great communication and very professional through the whole project. I highly recommend North County Plumbing. Thanks for the fast, professional service!

Went to Lowe’s in Royal Palm Beach,Fl and bought a dishwasher with installation. North County Plumbing is the installer, when they went to Lowe’s to pick up the dishwasher the installer noticed the box was damaged and asked Lowe’s to open the box. No surprise the dishwasher was damaged. The installer from North County called us before Lowe’s did and advised us of the situation. We are going to give Lowe’s a chance to remedy the situation, we want to say Thank you to North County for watching out for us the customer it will not be forgotten when future plumbing needs come up.

I bought a dishwasher from Lowes and they subbed the install job to North county Plumbing. The guy showed up today to install it and had the biggest attitude Ive ever seen from a delivery person. If you dont like your job, then quit. Im sure there are 1,000 other qualified people ready to do the job with a better attitude. No matter how qualified this plumbing company may be, I would never hire them to do any work for me or my clients because of the attitude I got today. I wont even have another appliance from Lowes installed if this is the company they continue to use.UPDATE: The owner of the company reached out to me today and said he will have a talk with the employee that did my installation. It is nice to see a business owner that takes pride in his work and his employees actions. Im sure situation will be resolved and the employee will hopefully make a change with his customer service interactions for the better. On a side note, the installation itself was done very well. Im changing my review from a one-star to a four-star, solely because the owner reached out to me to find out what the problem was.
