Richard came out and gave me a professional estimate for the job. He scheduled the install for within the same week. The day of the install his crew of three guys were on time and installed the mini split system. The installation was very well done and the unit is working beautifully. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the quality of the Daikin unit, and the value. I would not hesitate to use R&J Mechanical Services again in the future for any HVAC need. Also, any installed unit they stand behind with a lifetime warranty which is great.

I just have to say how thankful I am that they came to my rescue in the middle of the night when my heat went out on the coldest day of the year, at one in the morning, I called them for the first time after calling dozens of others.Although I was outside of their normal service area, they immediately sent a technician.He came out and quickly found the issue and was able to repair it for the evening until the parts came in. They returned the next day to finish the repair which was done very quickly. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I look forward to getting my unit replaced later this summer!

I don’t usually write reviews but due to this company’s professionalism and dedication to their customers I felt that they deserved to be recognized. My family was completely impressed and totally satisfied with their service. They were on time, very knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Before them I dealt with another company that was the complete opposite and was left without air conditioning for almost a month. I would totally recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs.

Rich Davis and his team did an excellent job installing a new HVAC system in our home. He offered us the best price and scheduled our installation the next day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We met Rich this year through our home appliance insurance company. He was the service company they contracted to come out to service our system. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Also, unlike every other HVAC company who has serviced our system over the last 19 years, he never tried to push us to sell us a new system. We were the ones that approached him to give us a quote on a new system. He is honest and full of integrity. My husband and I highly recommend Rich and his team at R & J Services to meet your HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed!
