My elderly parents contacted me last night regarding a leak in their upstairs master bathroom. First thing this morning, 7:45 am,, I called Lees plumbing and heating to schedule an appointment. By 8:00 a.m. I was given a same day appointment for my parents. A representative for the company called me later to inform me that the plumber was working on another job and would be at my parent house shortly. I love that this company took the time to call me with a status update! The plumber arrived and I heard my father tell him not to worry about putting on his booties, but he insisted. He was polite and friendly. He gave my parents six different estimates to choose from based on the fixtures, tile work and extent of the labor. He also spent time talking with my father about different scenarios for how to approach and fix the problem, which would help save him time and money. I wish more companies were like this! Great friendly, prompt and professional service! Not to mention getting an appointment on a holiday. It has been a pleasure, thank you so much Lees plumbing and heating

Lee came and installed a new hot water tank for us! I was so appreciated of his knowledge and skills! I know that if he does another project for us that it will be done well and any improvement needed will be done! We had one of Lee guys come this past week to do additional work. Outstanding! It included replacing sewer drain pipe and breaking out/replacing concrete. We were very happy with the quality of his work! He took the time to make sure that the job was done correctly. It all looks great! We had a backed-up sewer lateral. Lee responded and had the problem solved very quickly. We only call the plumbing PRO for all of our plumbing issues. And we always calls Lees Plumbing and Heating because we know we will get a job well done! I will definitely recommend Lees Plumbing and Heating.

They got me un for my initial service call quickly, and when I decided to go with they ( 4 pm on Sunday) I axtually got a human being on the phone to set up the appointment to have the work done the next day. They had Someone at My house boy 9am the next morning. Great turnaround time. Best of all, the workers wore booties on there feet. My wife was very please about that. In addition, suggested the boiler is old and should be replaced. So, I scouted around and called Lee. He got back to me within the hour and stopped by that afternoon. He replaced what was (BROKEN or NO GOOD) and I saved $1,400. This was a month ago and the boiler is still running normal. Thanks Lee.
