I just need to give a huge shot out to Lincoln’s plumbing and heating.Craig and his team have always gone above and beyond to help our family but today they went even further.They are the most down to earth workers.Clean, knowledgeable, understanding, and caring. They make you feel like family. They legit calm you down in emergency situations and have you laughing by the end of it all. They are cheaper than a therapist and by far better then one as they can also fix my plumbling while talking me through crappy situations… ha haCannot say enough great things about them. No words can express it!!Thank you guys for today and past plumbling emergencies.I’m forever grateful.

Ive always been a big believer in recognizing exceptional service when I receive it, and Lincoln Plumbing absolutely deserves my highest praise.From the moment I called Craig after finding his number on the Wayne moms group, I knew I was in good hands. He responded promptly to our plumbing emergency and arrived at our home early the next day. His team, Tim and Dean, were equally impressive. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in resolving our issue.Im so grateful for Lincoln Plumbings excellent service and reasonable prices. Ill definitely be saving their number for future plumbing needs and recommending them to anyone in the area.

I have used Lincoln Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years. I consider the family that owns and operates the business to not only be the best in their field . I consider them family . Everyone should try to strive to be the service company they are. Its Sunday today . I had a minor issue that I told him he could wait till the week starts . He was there ten minutes later. It was a minor issue. He and his son were with me for at least 45 minutes . The owner refused payment . Where else would that happen . Love them and recommend them to everyone.

We are beyond happy with the work Craig and his team did for us - we needed a pipe replaced and called Craig and not only did he come the same day he was very thorough. While he was here he took the time to check a problem we had with our water heater and was able to replace it for us the same day for a reasonable price. The work was done quickly and him and his team were so friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend him and will definitely be calling again in the future!

Look no further— Lincolns is the best! They have done a number of projects for me — new hot water heaters, new fixtures, sink and appliance hook ups — they are my go to! Responsive, reliable, professional, clean — and what I appreciate the most — honest. Craig and his team don’t take advantage and have built a loyal following because of it. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Woke up this morning to no heat upstairs. 🥶 Called Lincolns based on reco’s from our local Moms FB page and I’m so happy we did. Craig answered the phone right away, and he was at the house less than an hour after I spoke to him. He had the problem diagnosed, procured the needed part(s) and, working with others on his team, had the issue resolved by mid-afternoon. He and Oscar (the other person who came out his afternoon) were professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Craig even texted me this evening to follow up, making sure everything was working properly and that we were happy with the work done! In our experience, that focus on customer service and satisfaction is often hard to come by these days and it was very much appreciated. Their pricing was also extremely fair. So just adding my 5-star review to all the other rave reviews for Craig and Lincolns Plumbing if you have a water heater / furnace/ hvac / plumbing issue

I woke up on Sunday morning to find water on my bathroom floor. I was preparing for a BBQ at my home and the last thing I needed was clogged drain. I reached out to 3 plumbers, and Lincoln Plumbing was the only one that I answered promptly. Jason and Dean arrived within an hour and they worked diligently for hours to resolve the issue by the time my guest arrived. Their attention to cleanliness was impressive and they left no mess behind.On top of their excellent service, the pricing was quite reasonable given the emergency nature of the situation and it being on a Sunday. I can’t recommend Lincoln Plumbing enough for their professional service! Thanks again Lincoln Plumbing- you saved the day!

Imagine this situation: It’s your 50th wedding anniversary the day before Thanksgiving 2024 and you return home at 12:30 in the afternoon after a few days on holiday only to find your house is freezing. You discover the pilot light on the boiler is out and even after having your next door engineering friend give his efforts to the cause no luck. You call your regular plumber and they basically tell you GOOD LUCK with that as they are off until Monday. So what to do? My resourceful wife scours the Internet and concludes the BEST reviews in the Passaic County area are for Lincoln’s Plumbing and Heating. She calls them up and they say they will be at my house in 30 minutes. Well less than 20 minutes later Craig and Dean Wilkie are at my door. And what transpired next was the BEST experience I or anybody else could have had happen. The Wilkies, father and son did not let me down and literally saved the day. They stayed with the project for nearly 4 hours. Fortunately they let me observe them work - a rarity today - and I cannot tell you how impressed I was by their intelligence, experience, and good humor. They tried like heck to save me money. They various ways they tried bringing back the thermocoupler to life made you wish they were heart surgeons trying to breath life into a DOA patient at a hospital. They would not give up and tried everything. Finally there was no way around the fact that the heart of the problem was the gas valve. This is when I learned my boiler was no longer being made and finding a gas valve was going to be a challenge at 3:30 pm on the day before Thanksgiving. Well to wrap this wonderful story up Craig and Dean hunted down a gas valve and saved the day! We headed out to my daughter’s house to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and when both of my house owning son-in-laws heard what I was charged for all the work done they were DUMBFOUNDED. “Impossible” they said. But my wife backed me out and the rest of our evening was warm and cozy. I plan to use Lincolns Plumbing and Heating from now on. As a 43 year home owner in Wayne NJ I can assure you there are no better and more honest dudes than Craig and Dean Wilkie. You won’t regret contacting them. Thanks.🙏🏻❤️👍🏻

Lincoln Plumbing Company has been an outstanding plumbing service provider several times for me now over the last few years. Once was an emergency call on a Sunday and Craig arrived within 30 minutes of the call.His crew has been to my house for other scheduled service and been courteous, professional and clean!! When the hot water heater went late in the evening, all it took was one call. Craig was here minutes later to shut it down and drain it. And the team showed up early the next morning to replace it in less than two hours. Very friendly and very professional. I couldnt ask for anything more. A job well done!

Craig and his team are amazing. We had an issue with water in our house, but here’s the kicker, we couldn’t figure out why. Craig came several times to troubleshoot, sometimes with no notice. Literally at one point, he was on his hands and knees cleaning up water so that we could find the source. Craig then diagnosed the problem and referred us to an awesome contractor that was able to rip up our floors, excavate concrete, and find the broken pipe. Only through Craig and his team’s efforts, were we able to find the problem, and once found, he fixed it immediately. We couldn’t find anyone to help us. No one wanted to take the time to go through all the possibilities, but he did. We are forever grateful.

Ive have used Lincolns Plumbing 3 times in the past month, including one emergency on an early Sunday morning. I called 5 other plumbers without much luck. Craig picked up and said Ill be there in 20 mins and he was, calling when he was 5 mins out. Craig and team were amazing, professional, clean and most important trust worthy. I never felt like I was getting scammed or sold something that I didnt need. I now have a plumber for life.
