Jordan, our service technician, was polite and courteous. He explained everything he was going to do before starting any work. He was then very efficient at replacing our hot water heater (was 100% done in less than 3 hours). I was also given a tutorial on how to light the pilot and understand the front panel of the unit. Every worker Ive had so far from Burtons has been so awesome! They take their time to show you everything they are seeing, even before they get into the job, just to warn you what could be wrong with it before they do it. Jason and Jesse both were so patient in explaining everything, careful to respect my time and my home, even taking extra time to help me find the right shower handles...truly amazing!! This place has a work ethic like none other, and they really take the time to be sure they train their newbies well, too. I will never go with anyone else!!

I worked with Burton to fulfill a required backflow certification. I received a word of mouth recommendation and I gave them a call. From the first interaction, this was a very pleasant experience. I was quickly scheduled and a follow up email was sent. I received text confirmation when the technician was on his way. When he arrived, he was very pleasant and explained my options. I decided to have the backfill preventer removed and my sprinkler capped. When done, he provided pictures of his work. They are providing the required paperwork to the township.Burton’s was also $50 cheaper than other quotes.In today’s world, you don’t expect this level of customer service.

We experienced a sewer backup flooding our basement with about 2 inches of water on Thursday night around 7:30 p. m. I called Burtons Plumbing, though they were closed, and left a message hoping to be able to speak with them first thing Friday morning. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a return call shortly after 8 p. m. She was able to schedule us for Friday. They arrived around 1:00 p. m. and snaked our drains. They were very responsive, professional and reasonably priced. We appreciate their timely service!

Sunday morning cleaning turned problematic when the head of the toilet wand disconnected from the wand. When efforts to remove it on our own proved unsuccessful, we gave Burton’s a call. James was friendly, professional, and attentive as he came out to our home within the hour. All issues were resolved in about 30 minutes and the single toilet in our home was fixed! Happy to have the remainder of our Sunday be an stress-free one! There was an emergency service fee being that it was Sunday morning, but the price was still reasonable all things considering.

Hey people, I am a Veteran that had a walk in shower installed by a company called Vet Acess, formally called Cor Freedom. Another outstanding buisness! Burton Plumbing was called in to correct an issue left by the installation of my walkin shower. I live in a home build by my Grandfather almost 100 years ago. So when the shower faucet needed to be replaced Burtons stepped up and made it look easy, they have outstanding and highly professional Plumbers. Any homeowners of older homes will tell you, you must know what your doing when you start messing with 100 year old pipes! But more than just their plumbers the office staff work just as hard to schedule the city to play Its roll in what turned out to be a bigger job due to old shutoff valves that did not work. Tina and the others at Burton Plumbing made the whole process completely painless. I cant thank them enough. I can barely walk and need assistance in my daily life activities, which I must thank my wife for. Burton Plumbing just cant be praised enough. PLEASE consider them for all your plumbing projects. Thought we’d try our hand at what we perceived to be a minor repair, wished we called Burton Plumbing to start with! As a result of our repair, which we initially thought was a success, we ended up with a leak from the second floor toilet. Not only did we end up needing to hire a plumber to fix the initial problem, but now we need to repair the first floor ceiling drywall damage, and repaint the ceiling. Jason, our repairman, was super nice and personable, and instead of making us feel like idiots for trying nicely pointed out why it’s best to go to the experts for these type of repairs. Hopefully my husband will heed this advice next time! Lol

I have used Burtons for every plumbing job on my 80 year old house for the last several years. From a leaky shower faucet, to a new hot water tank, emergency dishwasher explosion, whole hose re-piped, and now just this week a basement drain back up. My main was clogged and they sent someone out quick to fix it. The service is always very thorough and I keep Burtons # saved in my phone. They treat their customers well, and are very polite, friendly, and up front with pricing. These are the local plumbers you want in your home. I hope to not have to call them again anytime soon, but I wont call anyone else for my next plumbing job.

My water heater finally broke down after almost 18 years. The price from Burton’s Plumbing for a 50-gallon water heater was very competitive. Only one shop in the area had a lower price, but they also had a 2-week wait time. Burton’s was able to come to my house the next day. I did not have 2 weeks to wait around. The Burton’s repairman was friendly and on time. He told me the job could take up to 3 hours, but he finished it in almost half the time. I did not get any extra surcharges. The quoted price was my final price. Overall, I was very satisfied with the transaction.

Tyler was respectful of my property and took the time to explain the process as he worked. Ive used Burtons in the past and have always been pleased with the results and have never felt like I was being sold more than I needed. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is the cost. I dont expect plumbing repairs to be inexpensive, but the work time to repair two leaky faucets and answer my questions during the process was roughly an hour and ten minutes. My bill was $588 for taking apart the faucets, replacing the cartridge in each, and putting them back together. I understand and support the fact that we are paying for knowledge and expertise, yet I was not expecting to pay that much. I will still use Burtons for other projects and included these details for anyone who uses reviews, as I do.

The most outstanding company. The customer service and quality of work we have received from Burton’s Plumbing and Heating cannot be beat. These workers are timely, efficient, kind, courteous, patient, and detail-oriented. We’ve met so far, Tom, Curtis, Jason, Reese, James, Tyler, and Jesse. Every person on this team has been extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their work. After about 15 estimates and one potential plumbing issue after another we came across Burton’s. Tom’s certainty and confidence was all I needed, I instantly felt reassured that the bathroom could be done and done CORRECTLY. Jason did the tiling on my floor and bathroom walls, but before he started, he made sure he knew exactly how I pictured the end result, then seamlessly created what is now my perfect bathroom (yes, perfect.) More recently, we discovered that one of our pipes was extremely corroded, and we had the pleasure of meeting James who loves a good challenge and was able to assess and execute exactly what needed to be done. Our technician, was on time, friendly and careful. He did a gteat job, was fast and efficient. Cleaned up well after himself. We had a new kitchen faucet installed as well as an outside spigot, that was leaking, replaced. We thought the price was reasonable. We would use them again. Job was done in October 2022.

James was very friendly very professional and did a great job at putting in an access panel and repairing my bathroom sink, yes I would use Burton Plumbing again. I just moved, And James came to do the repairs at my second home, he always does beautiful work. Did a great job replumbing my whole entire house, They are the most affordable, and most honest plumbing company I have come across. I highly recommend them.

Burton Plumbing was great. I made an appointment and asked them to call me if they had an opening. They contacted with an earlier day. Justin came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a mini plumbing lesson. Fast, efficient and clean. Fixed my toilet in about 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again. Ive already told friends about Burton Plumbing.

The initial evaluation was done within a week of my calling them & the work was done in as timely a manner as possible considering it’s the holiday season. The plumbers were professional, friendly, worked quietly on their own, thoroughly double- & triple-checking for leaks (there are no leaks), cleaned up after themselves, & followed up with a request for a review in order to stay at the top of their game.I am Very Satisfied with Burton’s.

Mike was fantastic. Completely professional and up front with all parts and costs. He took the time to explain a few suggestions and was super nice. My drain was completely clogged and it was a stinky mess. Burton managed to come out sooner than scheduled and fixed it quickly. I appreciate the excellent work. THANK YOU!
