So, he decided to handle the situation personally. He promptly fixed, repaired, and replaced the entire broken faucet and piping system. This was an extraordinary act, especially considering it was a holiday emergency call. I was aware that this was going to be an expensive venture given our urgent need for water. In the middle of securing the windows with boards, we still had two more to go. Then, Cesar went back to his truck, retrieved the necessary tools, and even superior hardware to attach the remaining boards over the windows. Awesome work! I would absolutely recommend this plumbing service! I reached out on a Monday morning and they were here by the afternoon! We began to experience trouble with our 8 year old tankless gas hot water heater. It was not consistently providing hot water and the heaters control panel was showing an error code 11 and was sounding an alarm. Attempting to reset it by turning the breaker off and on seemed to work but the issue was recurring more frequently. cesar, from the team, arrived and performed a full set of tests. He inspected the gas pressure, cleaned the burner, examined the circuit board, and carried out a flush. His conclusion was that the heater was operating correctly but there was a problem with the gas pressure reaching our house in Wayne. He advised me to contact our gas provider to change the gas regulator.
