We had a difficult fix for our 1908 historic home, which needed multiple parts and special tools to repair the pipes that connect to our very large boiler. Brenda kept me updated throughout, from status of parts to scheduling as soon as everything arrived. She was so kind with our situation in this old house and understood the priority, since the temps were dropping to the 40s in the evening. The team worked so hard to find and receive the needed parts from different locations, shipped on priority and had the team at my home within 72 hours, working all day. This amazing team of professionals worked a 10+ hour day and did not leave until confirming everything was working properly and no leaks. An absolutely wonderful company to work with! Hands down, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Our heat went out on a Saturday evening on the coldest night of the year and we had called every local company to come and service our furnace and trouble shoot our issue - not one local company could be bothered. Brenda told me she would have someone over in under an hour. Tony was at our door in less than an hour as promised and stayed late into the night, trying everything he possibly could to get our heat back on. He really went above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful. A part needed to be ordered, that we ultimately couldn’t get until Monday but he came back on Sunday to temporarily get our heat back up so our pipes wouldn’t burst and the house wasn’t too cold while we waited for the part. First thing Monday morning the part came in and Daniel came to replace it and had our heat up and running in no time. Every person we talked to was knowledgeable, caring, helpful and truly went above and beyond. Look no further for a 5 start experience - Queen B is wonderful and we will be using them for all our future needs.

Highly recommend QueenB for HVAC replacement. My furnace stopped working suddenly, and I called QueenB after I saw the 5 star review. Bart came to take a look my furnace with problem carefully and also helped me check the other unit. He provided us suggestion to replace the furnace with very reasonable price. Jamie and his team installed the new furnace after a few days. All theses people are really knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. I am really happy with my choice!

We had a leaking water heater. The first company we contacted didnt really want to investigate the problem. They just wanted to sell us a new water heater at an extortionate price. And we were charged for their visit and estimate which wasnt free. We then decided to try Queen B who gave us a free estimate. Brenda was very helpful and informative over the phone. The technician who later arrived (Bart) was also very helpful and took his time to explain the problem in a manner that was easy for us to understand. After investigating he explained only the expansion tank was faulty (the internal bladder/diaphragm mechanism had broken and was full of water). The water heater itself (which is less than 5 years old) is perfectly fine and didnt need to be replaced. Bart gave us a reasonable price estimate and proceeded with the work. He replaced the expansion tank, installed isolation valve, set water pressure, flushed the hw heater and set the temperature, and lastly checked for operation and leaks. It has been over a week now and there hasnt been a single leak.My wife and I are so happy to have found such a genuinely honest and hard working company like Queen B Plumbing, Heating And Cooling, and we hope to continue working with them in the future. Queen B did a really great job with our new water heater and boiler. They came and gave an estimate, and as soon as we were ready, they came to remove the old items and install the new all in one day. They were very knowledgeable when I had questions and left absolutely zero mess when they were done. I was very impressed with how organized they were, considering the amount of work that had to be done.Unfortunately, there was a problem with the boiler which may have been a combo of bad existing wiring and a bad component on the new item that they installed, but they were very quick to fix that issue, and very thorough.Id definitely recommend them because of their excellent work, very clear and straight forward evaluation and their recommendations (they actually recommended installing a shorter, but wider water heater about 6 off the ground to avoid any minor water damage).

I used Queen B Plumbing, Heating and Cooling to replace my boiler system. I am very pleased with the install. It was done professionally. They provided superior service. They were honest with their quote too. They quoted me the second best price out of five different estimates including PSE&Gs estimate.The estimate that was below them was from a shady company wanting to do the install without permits. I would like to say that three of the other estimates were between $3000 and $4000 higher then Queen Bs. One of the companies even called back and lowered there estimate by $3000 making up some story about how they started using a new distributor that would lower the price by $3000 if I would use them. Needless to say I can see from this that Queen B is a great company and you will get an honest quote and top notch professional work done by them.I worked with Daniel and Bart both had great knowledge, very friendly and spent time to explain everything to me. As a property manager I see a lot of contractors, and Queen B is definitely first rate in every respect. Clean, responsive, helpful, professional, reasonably priced, and just so easy to work with. While I have used them for many repairs and been pleased with their work, this trip was to install a propane boiler after removing the oil system. Things could not have gone smoother and the job couldn’t have been tidier. First rate!

Did a rapid and solid job on installing our residential HVAC replacement, and was responsive to questions after the installation was complete. They were not the cheapest, but I selected them because I was willing to pay more for a Trane system installed by a certified operator.Replacement of our existing system took one day. when the new system glitched they came out in a few hours to put it right.

I decided on Trane and Queen B is one of their dealers.One of the main reasons I chose the team because they didnt try to BS me like other HVAC companies quoting insane prices for a condenser replacement.I had spoken to Brenda (The Owner) on the phone she helped me through my questions and was very transparent with the quotation and scope of work needed.On the day of installation the crew where punctual and where very quick with the installation without sacrificing a quality installation and spent time on diagnostics and checking for line leaks.
