The company is wonderful. My name is Elaine (using my sons email) and I contacted Bison plumbing because of a clog in my basement drain and they were excellent in their response. They were courteous, friendly and very responsive. Before arrival I was sent of picture of my technician and they arrived promptly at the time they said they would. The tech Tyler and his partner were wonderful and very knowledgeable . I give them all the praises in the world. My drain is now clog free and they assured us that should any issues arise within 30 days, they would return to fix them.

Bison plumbing is an awesome company! Their technicians are super friendly, and the folks in the office are just as great. The only thing I’d say is that their prices are a bit steep, and I wish they’d waive the service fee if a customer decides to use their services. But other than that, their service and craftsmanship are top-notch!

Great company! Tyler and his partner were very respectful of my house by placing a cover down over my stairway and basement carpet. They wore shoe covers when they came to give us an estimate and were very upfront and honest! They even made sure the truck was back far enough in the yard so we could shut our gate for our dog!! They got the job done in a very timely manner and kept us in the loop with everything they were doing! DEFINITELY using Bison again!!

Watched these guys dig out side of the house I was working at the fix drain tiles. Years of negative grading with neighbors property higher and their gutters draining along the house I was working eventually caused a huge cavern (whole) washing dirt away from the lower home. These guys 1. professional. 2. kind. 3. did a great job. They had to remove the fence (and put it back!) and reseeded the area. I am a contractor and I was impressed. I would hire them!

28Sep24:Senior Journeyman Plumber David and Apprentice Plumber Derek did a fantastic job understanding our kitchen sink leak. As we discussed possible solutions, my Wife and I agreed with their plan to best address several more complex plumbing issues. David and Derek verified with their management that they had the schedule time and that they could provide us extra support by getting a new sink and all of the new hardware my Wife had in mind. My Wife and I are more satisfied than we expected to be with the work they did. This extra customer focus along with their excellent plumbing craftsmanship is another example of why we ONLY work with Bison Plumbing!

I have used Bison plumbing on several occasions most recently to replace the original clay main sewer line that had become infiltrated by tree roots with pvc pipe. They have always been prompt, polite, reliable, and knowledgeable. If you need anything to do with plumbing call Bison. They do great work!

I called them Monday morning due to a toilet clogging every flush. They were out the late afternoon of that same day. They confirmed the toilet needed replacement upon inspection. They replaced the toilet and flushed it numerous times just to ensure the issue was resolved. The two guys that came out were super nice and very respectful of our home. They wore booties and kept everything clean while working. They explained everything being done in great detail. It’s been 8 days since they were here. The issue with our toilet exist no more. I also want to note that their pricing is so much more reasonable than some of the other plumbing agencies we have used. I use to use Motor city plumbing. Bison does the same level of quality work, but the pricing is not as high. On average for the work I had done. Bison came in on average about $100 dollars less.The only thing that is different with Bison is, the service fee is not rolled into or towards the bill like the other agencies do. But with the cost savings. I’m not really mad about it. They will be our plumbing company for now on.

I dont write many reviews, but I wanted to commend the team at Bison Plumbing for a job well done. Our Rochester home needed a new main line and these guys did the job competently, courteously, and at a good price. They also value safety for both their customers and employees, and will text you photo(s) of the service technicians who are en-route to your house, which delivers peace of mind.On top of everything, Bison returned our citys permit bond to us by check in record time. I didnt have to call them and ask them, they just got us the check immediately. The previous company we hired showed up for 20 minutes, claimed the job was un-doable and kept our $1,000 deposit. Another company took $300 for 10 minutes of work where nothing was done. Suffice it to say: It is a breath of fresh air to deal with a plumbing contractor who is HONEST and is not trying to rip you off.As someone who has dealt with enough plumbers in the past 6 months to last a lifetime: GO WITH THESE GUYS. You wont be disappointed.

Needed cast iron piping replaced near laundry sink in basement. I was alerted several minutes before the tech was to arrive along with a picture of the them. Ben & DeShawn arrived & immediately put booties on their shoes. I requested them to explain & show me what needed to be done. I had some concerns & they were patient while we discussed the project & I called my husband & the home owner. After agreeing they started. They kept me informed throughout the day of what was going on. Entire project went well, they cleaned up and we are very satisfied. Representative’s were courteous and the two technicians, Damani and Preston arrived on time and introduced themselves and went right to work replacing my sink, garbage disposal and faucet with new Kraus equipment. Best prices in Macomb County. We had a job that we had put off that was on our house inspection and we finally wanted to get it done so I started calling plumbers. We got 4 estimates for the same job, I didnt tell any of the plumbers the prices we were quoted because I wanted an honest quote and Bison came in the lowest. When the plumber came for the quote he was running late from finishing a job at another site he made up for it by being courteous and he even gave me a card waiving the service fee if we hired them for the job. Ive talked a lot about pricing but the quality of work was excellent as well. The plumber arrived on time, laid out sheets on the floor to not track in mud, he wore a mask and didnt even ask if he had to (I personally dont care but I know some do). The work he did was perfect. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a quality job done at a price that wont drain your wallet.

I had nothing but a 5 star experience from Rick and his crew over the last 3 days they were at my house replacing the entirety of my sewer lines underneath my basement floor. I was told by 2 other companies that I would need to get water jetting done, but my third opinion from Rick at Bison, he strongly suggested I go for a complete replacement instead after I showed him a camera video done by a different provider. He could have just done the water jetting to get more money out of me, but the honesty shines here. He immediately identified clear signs of the section of pipe being broken where the other providers missed it completely. Given the age of the house, I trusted him and opted to just replace everything. I am extremely glad I did. As seen in the picture, the old cast iron pipes were just about split in half. I have no idea how long they were like that but, what a relief to get everything replaced. All in all, the guys were very polite and professional, answered any questions I had, and clearly knew what they were doing. All of this at a very fair price. I wont be using any other than Bison for my future plumbing needs.

Had an emergency sewer backup in the morning and Bison was able to get to me by 3:30pm. Ben and Mason were friendly and informative. They addressed the problem, snaked out the line and cleaned up. Bison’s pricing is super reasonable and I’ll be calling them from now on.

Paul did an outstanding job. First, he went over the work order and visually assessed what was needed,, explained it all, asked a couple questions, then got to work. Noticed an issue with an old shut off valve, asked/explained first, then added that into job, clarifying the amended total. Extremely professional, clean job, beautiful work, made sure everything running etc before leaving. Huge upgrade thank you again Bison!!! The BEST

Ben and Dan were awesome! We originally paid someone under the table (a price significantly higher than Bisons), the job was not complete and it backed up again. We called Bisons and they were able to locate the clog, give it a good snake and all was smooth sailing within 30-45 mins - for a GREAT price!On top of this both Ben and Dan were super kind!! I will always Bisons going forward! P.s. seriously ask for Ben and Dan - they are the best!

What a morning! I woke up this morning to find an inch and a half of water in my basement. I immediately called the professionals I have always used, Bison Plumbing. Daniel and Jay showed up within 2 hours to rescue me like the superheros they are. (This gave us time to get the water out before they arrived). They immediately began the process of snaking out my drain and within no time were thru. They ran the snake (2xs) to make sure everything was clear and we did the final test. Running the water Everything was flowing beautifully again. Nothing worse than not checking and having to call them back! We were back in business and they were on to the next job! Nobody I have talked to today can believe how inexpensive it was especially considering it was Saturday. I began using Bison at least a decade ago. I tell everyone that needs a plumber that theyre the best! Thank you guys!! You are what keeps this company going strong!! Great companies are only as good as the employees they hire. Daniel and Jay are no exception. Side note: their work also comes with a 30 day guarantee, thats Bison for ya!! 😃

From estimate to install was about 1.5 weeks. We had Vern give us an estimate and Aaron and Nick did the plumbing work. All were pleasant to work with and had great communication. I would use Bison Plumbing again and recommend them to others.
