After finding water in our basement, we requested Frost & Kretsch come out to help find the source of the leak. Chris came out to take a look and was able to quickly help us find the leak: our kitchen sink drain pipe was leaking down to the basement. Unfortunately it was behind our kitchen cabinets, but Chris was confident they would be able to get it resolved. After discussing the estimate, we scheduled Frost and Kretsch to come out 2 days later to do the repair. Jason was able to take care of the leaky pipe within a few hours and definitely went above and beyond. Besides replacing the leaky pipe, Jason also replaced our shoddily assembled kitchen sink lines. Overall, we were very happy with the work performed and felt we paid a great price for the amount of work that needed to be done. We would definitely go with Frost & Kretsch again for future plumbing needs.

They replace my garbage disposal, we used their brand..I didnt have to run around and find one. This unit was more powerful and it is amazingly quiet.Blake was super friendly. He replaced it quickly, cleaned up after himself and was really nice. This is the 4th time we have used them and they will always be our go to plumber.

Our sewer backed up and water was not draining in a Saturday evening. Jake and Tom came out within two hours and got the drains cleared and water cleared out. We have a mess to clean up but they saved the day. Both were very friendly, professional and took care with our property. They explained the issue and what options could be considered for future preventative maintenance. We definitely will use these plumbers again should the need arise !

Tyler Freshney performed a Christmas miracle and was able to clear a stubborn drain that another plumber could not. The man truly is a wizard at his craft and I would highly recommend him if you have plumbing issues. He was also very thorough afterwards making sure the drain worked as expected for several minutes. We found standing water near the drain in our basement and found Frost & Kretsch in a quick Google search. We are so happy we found them. They were very responsive and came out the same day to look over our plumbing situation to determine where the problem was. Luckily, our plumber Steve Little, was very quick, found the problem and fixed the immediate issue. He also noticed that our old pipes were pretty plugged up and suggested that we replace our old pipes with new pvc piping. Boy, are we happy we did that our old pipes were basically plugged with old grunge, which explains why the drain shower was so slow! We scheduled another visit with Steve and he replaced the piping quickly and thoroughly. Since we were looking over the piping in our shower, and replacing old with new, we found more areas that needed improving and asked Steve to update the shower head and take care of any of the other residual issues which he took care of today. I have to say that Steve was very professional, courteous, and thorough. He and Frost/Kretsch will be our first call with any plumbing issues from now on. We highly recommend Steve and his company.

At 1 am Saturday morning after my last dinner guest left - less than ideal timing - I went down to the basement to find my hot water heater leaking steadily. I turned the water off to it and and called F&K at 8 am. Anthony was here two hours earlier than predicted the same day and came prepared with a new water tank in the truck. He was awesome! I was all set an hour later and paid what I expected for a non-emergency situation. Definitely use them again.

We could not be happier with our recent call to Frost & Kretsch Plumbing. Having no prior need for a plumber, we werent sure where to start. They werent our first call, but they were the only company able to address our plumbing needs within 24 hours of our initial call. Anthony Cosio, the plumber who came to our home, was respectful and professional. Our home is rather old, but Anthony was able to troubleshoot the issues quickly and make the appropriate repairs. It took less time than I thought it would take (as we had multiple repairs to be made) and the bill was far less than I had expected. F&K Plumbing will be my first call for sure next time.

I discovered a leak yesterday coming from the main plumbing drain pipe that starts on the 2nd floor and runs to the basement. I didnt know exactly where the leak was coming from, Steve narrowed it down to an area on the first floor in the half bath, behind a wall where the main pipe runs. By removing some drywall he was able to see what was causing the leak, a nail hole right through the pipe. Sadly the nail hole was there from the time the place was built in the 80s!! When the old vanity was removed the nail in the pipe came out, and left behind a hole. With the pipe behind a wall there was no way knowing the hole was there, until over time it leaked and caught my attention. Thanks F&K for exceptional service and working with me to discover and repair the problem.

Had them out twice in the last couple weeks to unclog my kitchen sink and install my new dishwasher. Always kind, polite, professional, fast, and great to work with. Especially as a woman living alone it can be intimidating having strange men come into your house but both times I felt safe. I was even given advice on how to take care of my plumbing regularly- something I was never taught as a woman. Would definitely recommend them.

I have found my new plumbing company. Anthony was so professional, so cool, he answered all my questions and didnt appear to rush through the job. He fixed my drains and my sump pump problem. I think Dave is who I spoke with when I made my appointment...he was very professional and polite on the phone; he assured me I would be taken care of and I was. Great job you guys.
