I have used H2O Plumbing for almost ten years and I am very satisfied with the service. Joe, the owner, is professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused. The quality of the work is excellent. The timeframe for completion is exceptional. And, all the workers are courteous and service-oriented.Even though this company is very much focused on getting the work done expertly, they are also focused on the customer. Listening to what needs to be done, understanding the customers concerns, and getting the work completed with the customers satisfaction. The prices are reasonable and the work is outstanding. This company is a win-win for me.

Honest, affordable and professional!I contacted H20 Plumbing for an emergency service that turned into quite the project. My basement flooded due to a service line issue. Their work was fast, professional, AFFORDABLE and completely satisfactory. They were also willing to go that extra mile! The owner (Joe) was always so kind, honest AND patient with me as I am a new homeowner, and a clueless single mom! 😆 He was also easy to reach (call or text) which was important to me.I also made sure to get second and third opinions. I recently had some work done by H2O Plumbing as a first time home owner, and I could not be more pleased with how they did. It has been about a week since they cleared a drain for my wife and I, and it hasnt had a single problem since. I mainly spoke with Joe on the phone, and he was so easy to work with. Originally it was Josh came out to do the work for us, but due to us not fulling understanding the gravity of the clog, he had to call for backup. Thankfully, other Joe (as we were told he goes by) came out just a couple hours later and cleared things up no problem. They continued to work with us and put up with my constant calls with patience and a genuine desire to help. I would happily hire these guys again or recommend them to anyone who needs fast, quality service.

Rarely leave reviews, but this company deserves it. Had a plumbing issue. Owner (Joe) answered the phone, after hours (who even does that these days?) and was incredibly professional. Said hed get out to the Sherwin Williams (where the issue was) the next day. He showed up on time, resolved the issue and his pricing was extremely fair. Kind, professional, fair, and really knows his stuff. If you have any plumbing needs, look no further, this guy and this company are fantastic.

The owner Joe is a master plumber and his team are all highly qualified, professional, and nice.They installed a new higher toilet for me, a new bathroom sink faucet, and checked the valves so they don’t leak in my cabinet below, that a previous plumber failed to fix.They also took away the old toilet and old faucet parts and left everything clean.They also snaked my drain out to the sewer to ensure no blockages and that my pipes are draining properly for me.They did an excellent job, are reasonably priced, and honest, as I got no price surprise at the completion of the work.Good service can be hard to find. I highly recommend you call them for all your plumbing and drain needs. I am recommending them to all my neighbors and friends and to you thru this review!!!

Ill forever use this business if I ever have plumming issues. Joe and his team came out to check a backup, it turned out we had a breached pipe that ran under our kitchen. I was stressing! But Joe was able to walk me through the process and even went above and beyond to help me understand how the insurance process works. Initially I only paid for a snake with a camera and they worked with me on pricing (VERY FAIR). They came back out to break ground and place a new pipe, while they were breaking ground they made sure to seal off the kitchen so dust wasnt everywhere and even had a fan blowing out the windows. We have 4 kids and I was worried that the broken tile would cut there feet (we cant replace flooring until insurance gives ok) but Joe and his team made sure to cover up the section of broken tile with a industrial rug. After they were done they cleaned everything up and made sure my home was safe while we wait to get the other work done. I usually NEVER write reviews but Joe and his team were seriously the best service people I have ever dealt with. When I say above and beyond I truly mean it, if it werent for Joe I would be lost in the insurance process and stressing before the holidays. They truly made my life a lil easier given the circumstances. Will recommend them given the quality of service , the cost, and the amazing transparency they have shown throughout the whole process!

I highly recommend this company. I had a flood in my basement and I called a few companies but I have to say H2O Plumbing stood out among the other companies in the area. They came out and got my sewer open and drained my basement. Afterwards they cleaned up my flooded basement and dried it out like it never happened. One of my best experiences with a plumber! Joe came to save the day after I had a pipe backed up in my basement. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I dont know much when it comes to plumbing so it was nice learning some things from Joe as he went through his entire process. Joe was very friendly which is always a plus because most plumbers that Ive met are not friendly. You can tell he likes his job and is passionate about what he does. He charges very reasonable prices and makes you feel like family. Hes open 24-7 365 days of the year. So I know I can call him whenever I need. Even for it being a holiday weekend he didnt upcharge his original price by much. I look forward to being able to use them in the future and knowing that I can count on them. I had a really good experience with H20 Plumbing. I had a basement drain backup on the weekend. The price was reasonable for a weekend emergency, but what I liked best was when I called , Joe answered and was the one who did the job. I would like to leave an enthusiastically positive review for H2O plumbing. As we all know, it is very difficult to find honest trustworthy and capable companies. H2O plumbing is exactly that. I had a terrible flood in my basement and I actually had them come out to light the pilot on my hot water tank after the flood. Through talking and some testing, I realized I had a much bigger problem. Joe, who is the owner of H2O plumbing, walked me through the entire process with my insurance company and how to get a claim filed in order to repair my damaged basement. This company has done an outstanding job, is conscious of your schedule, is very professional and Joe is very responsive when you have questions or need him. Theyve gone above and beyond and I will exclusively use them for all my plumbing needs going forward. Joe, is an entirely cool person too and so easy to work with. I cant thank Joe and his team of professionals enough. I just went through a disastrous sewer repair, but was really put at ease with the way Joe went to great lengths to explain the process of everything to me. He consistently showed me what was going on and had excellent communication. His team of plumbers even had great things to say about his knowledge-base and work ethic, and I am so lucky to have called them. He was very transparent with costs about everything, and helped me fill out all necessary paperwork for claims. Will recommend H2O to everyone, and they are my go-to for the future.I also have to note that as a single woman owning a home, you are very cautious about who you trust and what advice you follow, and I felt incredibly safe with every technician - they were all kind and courteous, and I never felt talked down to or like any question was silly. We had our hot water heater go out in the middle of a cold snap. Not only did they answer my call on the weekend in the evening, they walked me through what our various replacement options were as well their professional recommendation without being pushy or condescending. After doing a quality installation where they took time to walk us through how to maintain the unit, we called to let them know the water temperature was colder than it should be. They identified that the individuals who rehabbed our house had put a limit on the shower heads from a heat perspective and then came back out to fix all three of our showers for free. Absolutely unbelievable service, they care about their craft and about their customers as people, it’s just rare these days. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing professional, quality plumbing services.

I received stellar reports and chose to hire Joe and his team.I could not have made a more perfect decision. Joe spent time looking at our basement leak problem and proposed multiple areas both with the exterior and interior of the house where changes could be made to fix the problem. He was professional, patient with my questions and immediately made me feel that our home would be in good hands.On the day of our appointment, Joe called to say that he could come earlier than expected and was willing to wait for me if need be. He and his co-worker completed the work efficiently. While he was there he also cleared out a stopped up tub drain and took the time to educate me on how to properly plunge a tub if the drain started to get slow again.I felt the final bill was incredibly reasonable. Joe also guarantees his work and told me if other spots crop up to not hesitate to give him a call. There are not enough stars to indicate the excellence this company lives by. To begin with, the response is immediate followed by professional reasonable workmanship and a willingness to answer any questions even requiring a sketch of the job. I have never felt so well taken care of or trusted any plumber like Joe. Our situation was uniquely difficult and only an expert like Joe would’ve been able to solve it.It required digging up a lovely basement bathroom floor and going down 3 feet to replace a very large corroded pipe that of been there since 1940. He even called our insurance company who had initially said it wouldn’t be covered. After his phone call, not only do we have excellent workmanship, it is covered by our insurance. h2o is the only plumbing company I will ever call.

Had a basement toilet & shower that were backing up Thursday evening a week before Thanksgiving. I called 4 plumbing companies; 1 was a national chain & the other 2 were referred by family & friends. Since it was after hours a couple places said theyd have to call me back in the morning. The national chain said they could offer an appointment Saturday afternoon, but H2O was able to come out the very next day. The problem turned out to be a broken pipe under the house, which was a lot worse than I anticipated, but H2O was fantastic! From the initial appointment until the job was finished, they were professional, hardworking, patient with all of my questions & took every precaution to keep the dust/debris from the job site in the job site only. Not to mention their prices were more than fair for the work that was done & how quick they were able to complete the job. H2O has a loyal customer for life & they will be getting many referrals from me, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
