We had a great experience with AK! Larry came to give us an estimate on a cracked pipe that was causing damage in our home. It was calling for rain all day the following day so he made sure that the job got done in the same day so that we didn’t get any further damage. Larry and his team did great work, they are kind and professional and stayed out late to fix our pipe! I will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

Larry is very knowledgeable, courteous, hard-working,and conscientious. I will definitely consider this company for further projects. Update: Gust and Greg came a few days afterwards and took my old, super heavy tank away. Kudos for their professionalism, courtesy, and excellent problem solving abilities. And then I had a drain problem that also needed fixed, and Lee came out promptly and took care of that as well, with the same courtesy, competence, and professionalism. We were having a new flat roof put on our church (Maranatha Church) with three 10 ton hvac units on it and we had AK WaterWorks come out to remove and replace all of the existing gas line. They were the only ones out of four plumbing companies that would come out to give us an estimate. We ended up having a couple issues with the roof and HVAC but Randy and the guys were very flexible in working with us to get everything done. The work was very professional as were the guys. The two guys that finished the job, Gust and Spiros, even went above and beyond and painted all the gas line with some leftover paint they had. At no charge. I highly recommend AK WaterWorks for all your plumbing needs.Great job !!!!!

These guys where friendly and fast. They came on a Sunday to fix an emergency. The problem was bigger than a quick fix but they made sure the plumbing would work until we could schedule for the appropriate fix to be done. They showed us what was going on and explained how to fix it correctly. The price was more than fair and they cleaned up behind themselves. I will be using them again for sure

They came the same day we called. Greg and Peyton were professional and courteous and walked us through the process. They also made sure that all surfaces were covered and cleaned after the job was completed. Greg texted yesterday, the day before the appointment for a reminder. They completed the job with minimal wall cutting. Another plumbing company was the first call and were unable to accomplish the task! We will definitely recommend them and will us them again in the future.

We had a water leak occur in our basement family room during a recent storm and called a restoration service to make the necessary repairs. After demo, the company chose to not follow through on the job and passed it off to AK Water Works. My husband and I were obviously reluctant. Jeff and Malcolm drove to our home in Western PA, did a thorough inspection (even finding additional areas that were overlooked by the previous company) gave us a run down of the scope of work and outlined our options for the rebuild. They were patient and professional and went out of their way to make sure we had all the information we needed to feel comfortable with our decision. They stayed on site until 11:45 pm that night closing up the wall and returned the following day, at our preferred time, to put on the finishing touches. I especially appreciated the ETA updates when they were in transit to the house. This allowed us to continue on with our busy schedules instead of sitting at home all day waiting. Once finished they walked through with us to ensure all the items had been addressed to our satisfaction. Jeff and Malcolm exceeded my perfectionist standards with their attention to detail and professionalism. They even put out our trash can for weekly pick up. This type of customer service should be the standard.Thank you! We will be recommending this team (Jeff and Malcolm in particular) to all our friends and neighbors.

Randy was very honest, as he could easily have taken advantage of us because we had no idea what was wrong. He was also very friendly, as was his son who was with him. Had a great experience with this company. After only living in our new home just over a week we had a plumbing issue but AK Water works came to the rescue. Randy was very helpful and professional when he came to give us an estimate and explained some things to us putting our minds at ease, he even explained it to our warranty company for me. The next day Mike came out to do the job and it was exactly what Randy had quoted us the day before, no hidden fees or surprises . Mike was also very professional and quick to fix our problem. Larry’s cool. The company itself is terrible at communicating and scheduling I give them a half a star, Larry a 4.5. The water lines are anchored to the wall, pro pressed I like that but it’s kinda crooked, if it was extended longer at the bottom it would’ve straightened everything out more. But if it works it works, and if it doesn’t that’s what recalls are for so I guess I’m happy.

We had some major plumbing issues and called AK Water Works on the recommendations of several people and because they work with Homeserv, our home warranty company. Our house is a slab, no basement, so we were really worried about the extent and the price we were getting into. All of the guys that came to the house were great(I don’t remember all of their names so I don’t want to mention any). It ended up being a bigger job than they expected but they only charged what they estimated which was a huge relief. We were also happy with the clean up. I would definitely recommend them and use them again

They said the sump pump could be replaced as it was an older one. I thanked them and they called the next day to schedule a replacement sump pump. They scheduled it for the following.day. Called with a leak on the weekend, out to review the situation first thing Monday, and on Tuesday (the next day!) they installed a new Hot Water Heater, Water Softener, Sump Pump value, new piping, shut offs etc. etc., the whole nine yards, done in less than a day and the work is absolutely fantastic. Came to my house at 7am Fourth of July, tennant had leak on second floor falling through to 1st floor. They cut a perfect square out replaced my piping that was leaking and put the square of drywall back in so all I had to do was putty it.. the technician was great he located the problem with in minutes and had job done in a half hour. Cut the trap out on tube and replaced it! Explained everything throughly.They were also fairly priced and I will be using them again without a doubt! Pleasant experience beginning to end!

These guys were great. Came out on a Saturday night. Was told they would be there between 7-9 and they called at 6:30 and said that someone would be there in a half hour. No extra charge for the weekend. The guys were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
